I ordered tofu Bahn Mi and was given a combo sandwich(which has an assortment of meats). I had already left the store and had to return to tell them they got my order wrong. They said I would have to wait until all their orders were done, showing no signs of remorse for fucking up my order. When I finally received my sandwich it had pâté(liver sauce) which I specifically asked to not receive along with the absence of extra veggies which I also specifically asked for and this wasn’t the first time they have botched my order. When I asked if I could receive a coupon for a complementary sandwich since they messed up my order multiple times, they accused me of ordering wrong. I have worked in the food industry my entire adult life and spoke VERY clearly about how I wanted my order. I am very disappointed in all aspects of this specific Quickly. I most likely will never go back, sadly. *If I could do no stars I would.

I can’t say much for the food, but their smoothies are amazing!

Yesterday, I stopped in for the first time looking for a good milk tea. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with boba and I loved it. The flavor of the tea was nice and strong with a perfect mix of taro flavoring. The boba jellies were sweet and soft but not mushy(perfect). The girl behind the counter was super friendly and offered samples of different flavor teas. The only inconvenience was they were not accepting card(cash only) but luckily I had cash in the car. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Starters: Quickly is a Franchise, there are many more in the Bay Area and around the world such as Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.(Over 2,000 locations) each franchise is different with the same concept of having boba teas & finger foods. There are a lot of expectations when customers are used to getting the same flavor drinks, boba, appetizers being made. You cannot expect every QUICKLY to be the same. What I really like about this Quickly is that they introduce Phở, Bahn Mi sandwiches, teriyaki rice bowls to their menu. I respect the fact that the start up family business is trying and are open for the community. Before Quickly opened at the location they are now, it was Quiznos, Super Subs. You can’t get an authentic Asian fusion restaurant around in this small town. Yes, the crew has a lot to learn and to grow from just like any other start up business. In my opinion I hope that Quickly in Oroville stays in business and apply the feedback from us all and make it a better place.

Their boba drinks are too sweet! Their sandwiches taste plain. Their phở noodles are watered down. Had to ask for salt. Looks like a bunch of kids working there. Customer service isn’t the best either. Expected their service etiquette instead i felt like i was doing their job. I understand they just opened a few months ago, but all of what i just said should be their main focus. With such a sloppy start in their business, i wont be surprised with their reviews. This business is a reflection of themselves. I’ve had other quickly products from other locations and i don’t have that bad of an experience.

I was excited to find out they had a location in Oroville, so I could take my family. I’ve been to this location twice. It was dirty both times. The bathroom had no soap or paper towels. The sauces on the table empty and needs to be filled. The tables was dirty. They ran out items. The service isn’t friendly at all, it seems they don’t care about the job. They just want a paycheck. This could be a really great location if they had employees who did their job, had great service, and cleaned.

So yes they are extremely slow. If you’re coming here between errands during lunch I say either go first or don’t go at all. I got a large bubble milk tea and a BBQ pork sandwich with extra jalapeños. I had to get the large to use my card. Lame. The drink was great the pearls were perfect. But the sandwich was all wrong. I expected grilled pork sandwich(thit nuong) but I got pulled pork. With actual barbecue sauce. It had the veggies like a Vietnamese sandwich but the meat was wrong and the jalapeños weren’t spicy. I miss the quickly in the bay so of course I’ll be back it just makes me sad that it is not the real thing.

First time we tried and totally disappointed we had the chicken noodle soup, they told us they had no skinny noodles do had to take the big noodles. Seems they didn’t know what they were doing, we asked for apertizers and they arrived after dinner served. The people behind counter were more concerned with makings smoozies then servo gong us. Soup had no flavor and service lousy.

The beef bahn mi sandwich is good. The smoothies are good too surprisingly, got a lot of people telling me it’s not but it is. Employees could use a few smiles here and there though. The customer service is questionable. They’re still new in town and the workers there looks like this is their first job so I’ll give them a few months before I go back. Hoping that they’ll clean up.

They keep running out of items. The last time i went in there, i tried ordering ftom the chalk board menu with their daily specials. I asked for the pork belly bao, they ran out of that. Then i asked for the devil wings, and they ran out of that. Then i asked for the angel wings, and they ran out of that. Might as well not have the«daily specials menu». Then i asked for popcorn chicken, they ran out of that too. Asked for a lemon rose boba milk tea, after about 10 minutes they came and said they ran out of the rose flavor. I don’t think they’re running out of items, I think they are unprepared due to lack of restaurant experience from staff and bad planning but hopefully they listen to the reviews and get their act together. For the front of house girls, this seems like it’s their first job and they don’t know the meaning of hard work and don’t have respect for their parents. They look cute but have a really mean face. They have the attitude of «get your food, get out» and I’m okay with that if the food is great and the place is busy and if its old Asian people but they did not fit in that category. They also have a bad ordering system. You can’t say«I’ll have the #13» because menu board and the number on the system don’t correlate and they’re too special to turn their head around. They should also have sriacha on every table, not just 3 tables. The phở was the blandest phở I have ever had. My grandmother is from South Africa, blind and only has one arm and she can make a better phở. The bahn mi had ham. Ham. Like American sandwich ham. The pork belly bao and popcorn chicken were decent when they have it. One star for effort, one star for convenient location, one star for having boba drinks and half a star for having bahn mi in oroville. Minus 1 star for btch faces and bad customer service, minus 1 star for running out of stuff(being unprepared) and taking 10 minutes to make a boba drink, minus 1 star for flavor of the food. 2 stars because I have faith in them

«We ran out of that»…that is the most common thing you hear at this place. How can they run out of popcorn chicken at 11am. It literally just opened like 2 hours ago. That’s happened more than twice now. Biggest issue with this place is the fact that they are so un prepared to run a restaurant. However, i will give them time. The phở is bland. The Vietnamese coffee taste like sink water with a hint of cofee. The bahn mi has bolonee in it, the sausage is not homemade. The chicken wings are ridiculously small. almost like scraps. They should of tossed out those pieces. They run out of popcorn chicken 2 hours into opening. they had pork belly bao advertised, ran out of it at 11am. They also close at random times. Best thing about this place is that it is close to Round Table. If you somehow decide to go there and its closed(which is very often) then you can just go to Round table. There are countless items here that should not be served. It’s as if they just dish it out real quick to get a quick buck. What they don’t realize is that, they are losing customers by doing this. Basically the food is mediocre. They have to step it up or else they will be out of business by this same time next year. ****on a side not though, the snow taro is pretty good. Just don’t order it with boba. I give it 2 stars because some of the snow drinks are good.

I’ve been meaning to try it but I kept forgetting. Glad I stopped in today… I ordered the #2 Phở and it was really good and flavorful. All the girls helping behind the counter were very friendly and kept checking on me. I’m a regular at Phở Noodles but I will definitely change it up and come here more often.

The Good: Slushies – comparable to the little Thai/Lao trailer that comes to Oroville HNY. The Bad: Milk Tea – I’ve had better at other Quickly locations in Sac. Number 4 noodle bowl: see my photo below? See the chunk of meat? That looked and tasted like American breakfast sausage(like Jimmy Dean type). NEED I SAYMORE?

This Quickly is ok. The slushes drink taste a little more sweeter and can really taste the sugar after taste comparing to a different quickly I always go to. It definitely a joint place to hang out with family and friends over for some bobo drinks.

If I could give n stars i would. To say The business owners are unprofessional is an understatement. Given its a new business, it would behoove them to listen to the customer. First time I ordered they messed up the order… they offered to give another phở bowl but honestly I had some bubble tea and was full. They refunded it. The next day I had the ribeye bowl and that was delicious. No issues. Later that day I decided to try the tofu bowl and the cashier talked it up like it was the bomb, full of vegetables. Got back to my hotel and there were some random onions and 3 chunks of green peppers. NOVEGETABLES. I called and took pictures because I was not going to get out of my hotel room to drive back over. Threw out the rest of the bowl because it was just not tasty. Went back the next day and they had promised to give a free bowl which they should given the mess they sold the day before. I got the ribeye bowl again and that was great. Every time I have eaten there I have gotten a bubble tea and it has been delicious. No issues with the bubble tea. Today the boba was hard in the inside and given I have had bubble tea for years in every major city, I knew the boba was stale. Didn’t complain. Didn’t say anything. Went back this evening and cashier talked me into getting their strawberry rose tea. Didn’t like the flavor, it was very different. So went and shared with the gal who talked it up so much. This is when one of the owners I presumed proceeded to tell me that I don’t like anything they make there in a very defensive way. Not true because she didn’t Hear me say how much I like the bubble tea or the ribeye. It was a very childish response. Furthermore…What?! Who does that? Who speaks like that to a customer who was not even being rude. Who then gangs up on a customer yelling at them and then referring to their nonsense«right to refuse service» policy. Telling me to go to other restaurants to eat(which I will), because they have perfected the art of customer service. I mean this was nothing I have ever experienced. As a new business, if your customer doesn’t like something and you are a new business a bit of humility goes a long way. You learn from each customer. You don’t carry on like ghetto rats in front of other diners. I applaud entrepreneurs but these folks need to learn how to lead with integrity. This business will fail because they lack the professionalism that is needed to run a successful business. It was clear there was no leadership. It doesn’t matter how good your food is or isn’t. It’s how you treat every customer that comes through that door. It’s your ability to do conflict resolution. Every customer matters. Everyone. Great businesses are treat when they provide an experience that is enjoyable for their customers.

Don’t bother standing in line. Just walk up to the register. Standing in an orderly fashion waiting for your turn to order is irrelevant when you can just walk up and order!!! Who cares if people are in line and have been for five minutes! Ignore them and just order!!! The people at the counter would gladly help you and piss off anyone else in line!

Everything was good but they are still going through beginners issues. First, if someone orders items to go and for here, you have to give the«for here» items first while the customer is hungry. Most likely the to go is going to someone at home that can wait. Also the boba drink took 30 minutes and the banh mi 30… kinda unacceptable for a sandwich to take 30 minutes. Hopefully they get their act together over he coming weeks because I am sure the complaints will be pouring in. Otherwise it’s nice to see Quickly come to the area and take advantage of the hungry for Asian crowd.

Grand Opening 12÷11÷15 Super excited that Quickly has come to Oroville, CA. A new business and something different in Butte County!!! Came in this afternoon and yes it was crazy busy, hectic, and chaotic for first day! That is to be expected for any new business and will take a few months to smooth out/calm down … I ordered a Thai Milk tea with small boba, #3 Bahn Mi sandwich Chicken, and Popcorn Chicken. Since it was Grand Opening, I received a discount of 15% off and a Free glass Quickly mug. Customer service at cashier was friendly and she was doing a great job communicating with other co workers and kitchen! The Thai Milk tea tasted great and Refreshing, Loved the small boba. The Bahn Mi was delicious, would definitely order this again, bread was great! Next time I’ll have to ask them to cut it in half. Popcorn Chicken, we couldn’t stop eating them lol. They are spicy yummy and addicting! They serve Phở too, HUGE bowl and only cost $ 7.95! If you are a student, bring your student ID if you come in during lunch time M-F for Student Specials. They also have Egg Puffs and Waffles desserts. Overall, first day was a great experience and I really enjoyed everything. Will be back :)
