Interesting place to visit! I loved their whimsical storefront decorated with all sorts of garden items. Haven’t tried their food, so can’t comment on that. They various honeys, jams and jellies, sauces, however they were not organic. There was a nice selection of various local wines and they were selling some stuff by local artists, some trinkets. I thought it was worth visiting!

This is a great place to stop for lunch or a snack. They have a little bit of everything — from tasty milkshakes and espresso to a legit wine selection to in-house baked pies and fresh made sandwiches. There is seating inside as well as an outdoor seating area, complete with a little pond and some kid-sized lounge chairs next to the adult picnic tables.

This gem is a place that many might pass without stopping. You should. Great sandwiches, even comes with an apple. And very nice people. That plus blue star coffee. And lots of grocery items too: produce, bee and wine, that make this a nice stop before you head up the Methow.

They make beautiful pies! Today was just about a delicious cup of coffee and he made caramels. If you’re on hwy 97 you’ll want to make sure you stop here.

If you are going through Orondo, make some time to stop at Lone Pine. They have a great soup and sand, but leave room for a piece of pie too. Picked up some fresh local fruit and a bottle or wine all in one stop. Fun place.

This place is amazing. They have absolutely spectacular fruit — much of which is grown by them, all of which is local. But that’s not all… The coffee/espresso they serve(pulled expertly from a beautiful Italian made machine) is from the wonderful Blue Star Roasters in Twisp. But that’s not all… There is a plethora of Washington wines for sale here — many of which are not easily found outside of their respective wineries. But that’s not all… Lots of beer and cider too! Oh, and freaking awesome pies. And baked goods. And shakes(peach, blueberry, blackberry — oh my!) And candies. And chocolates. And more. But that’s not all… Antiques and arts and crafts — all well curated. The place is adorable(even the bathroom is cute.) My kids loved sitting in the wooden cars out front and sitting by the«waterfall» while we consumed all our various treat. But that’s not all… I’m positive there’s more that we didn’t get to. We’ll be back. As we were leaving, my wife said, «I’d love to work here!» It’s that good. Please stop in and support them — WA needs more farms like Lone Pine. — My standard rating disclaimer: I rate places as compared to other similar places. In other words a hot dog cart or taco stand can easily be five-stars when compared to other carts and stands.

My parents always stops here on the way to any significant town(they live in Okanogan, pop. 2500). Lone Pine has a surprisingly good selection of a variety of things. Whether you just want a cup of coffee, looking for a good wine/beer, or looking for a neat gift for someone, chances are that Lone Pine will have something you’ll be interested in. If you’re in the area(you’re probably not), it’s a great stop to check out.
