My son Anthony loves the lobster roll and my other son henry really digs the hot dog. Me, I’m into the avocado burger.

This place was really close to our hotel, glad we walked over. Generous portions of sides, fries and onion rings etc. My ring burger was great. My husband had the fish tacos, they were tasty, fresh and not overlooked at all. Only thing I would say is to make the fish bigger or use smaller tortillas. Not cheap but well worth it.

These were the best burgers I have ever had. Not only were the sauces and toppings fresh and tasty but the beef was delicious Clean outside tables. Friendly service. Gluten free rolls too!

The lobster roll is fantastic here. It was all claw meat and very sweet! I tried the Avo bacon hotdog and was expecting it cooked around the dog. It arrived with a nice tasting slice of bacon on top. It was a little disappointing. The onion slices rings are fantastic though and the said they serve it with is delicious!

Best burger ever. Puts In-​n-​Out and Five Guys to shame. And the fish tacos are to die for! Great location, super patio eating, and great food! Congrats to Van, Viv, and Mike for flawless execution. Highly recommended!

I always swing by after my sunset paddles in the Cove. I highly recommend the veggie tacos paired with onion rings!!! Also the ice cream cookies are HUGE and delicious.

Awesome little stop! plenty of seating if you choose to stay. GREAT Food, to stay or take out. Friendly staff, and didn’t give this Yankee Fan and grief for Rockin’ my team colors.
Very clean inside and out, will DEFINITELY be returning everything we come to the Cape.
Just my opinion… the only thing that keeps them from 5 full stars is the size of their lemonade cups… Lemonade is fantastic BTW. I actually wanted to rate them 4.5 stars, but Unilocal does not have a half star option.
OK, so I just read a previous review… I had an avocado burger… I don’t know how much avocado you wanted on your burger… but. half an avocado should be more than enough for anyone… AWESOME burger!!!

Love the vibe! Smallish but tasty lobster roll! My man loved the onion rings and his burger. Super fast service! Clean and neat as well. A great addition to the local scene.

On our spring vacation to the Cape we came across the knack and it has turned into our favorite burger joint the meat is of excellent Quality and the hamburgers are cooked perfectly super juicy and great onion rings the restaurant has a updated beach shack look definitely worth the stop

Located just off the rotary at Rt 6 and 6A was The Knack. Stopped by this take out joint because there were limited options available on April 30. Menu has fast fresh takes on classics. I ordered the fried fish sandwich. Crispy, fresh fish on an hot dog roll that was with a little lettuce and house made pickle. It was a little unwieldy at first but it was tasty and different. My wife got the Hot Dog with onion rings and those pickles again. Good snap and tasty. Onion rings as a side, classic New England onion rings, battered and deep fried, a generous portion. Had fresh lemonade that was tasty. Other menu options, burgers, lobster rolls.
The only nit I have was with the dessert. I ordered the ice cream sandwich, peanut butter cookies with swirl ice cream. The cookies came out really hard. One a summer day it might be ok with a chance to warm up, but I found the frozen cookies lacking real flavor. I know a nit — I’d recommend a try.
No indoor seating, but a small patio that was heated. VERY small parking lot next to the building with some spots behind.
Give it a try.

Excellent roadside restaurant with great veggie tacos and onion rings. Definitely get the milk shakes — peanut butter one rocked! Food was solid 4 stars and fun to eat on the patio and the service was worth the extra star.

I really like the Knack. Excellent food options. We had fish tacos and burgers. Really nicely prepared. The avocado burger was excellent with a nice dressing on the bun. The side order of fries was also good.
The fish taco was wonderful.
Beer selection is very good also. Local beer.

Most overpriced soft serve ice cream on the Cape. $ 3.50 for a small (smaller than Mc Donalds .59 cone) easy to choose, just don’t patronize!

Great easy, casual, delicious place to visit when you’re in the area or on your way back to Boston. The staff is super nice, you order at the windows, get a buzzer, and find yourself a seat on the patio. Everything is pretty well priced and once you get your food, you’ll see why. Despite the smaller sizes, the quality of food is great!
+ Avocado burger is delicious — the meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked, buttery bun, caramelized onions with slices of avocado, not just avocado mush.
+ The lobster in the lobster roll is very fresh
+ Fresh shakes — the strawberry shake is made of their own fruit purée from fresh strawberries!
+ Good variety of other things: Salads, ice cream sandwiches
+ Convenient location, plenty of other things nearby including shopping
+ Easy parking
— The portions are a little on the small side but are enough to satisfy!
— The lobster roll uses lobster claw
— During busy season I could see this place as having limited seating

I recently visited NYC for 2 weeks for a much needed vacation, and was lucky enough to stay in the West Village, right around the corner from Barre3. I’m a Barre3 regular and work trader in Santa Barbara where I live, and was eager to try a different studio during my trip.
All the staff and instructors were SO welcoming and friendly over the course of my stay, and they were constantly offering food samples, holding clothing sales, and welcoming new members.
I ended up gravitating toward the Manager Dino’s classes (the most crowded) because I liked his energy, music choices, and the challenge of his classes. While the studio was only about a third the size of my home studio, they still managed to fit everyone in, and people were always kind to make room when it was crowded. The brightness of the studio overlooking 6^th Ave was a bonus! On a side note, the bathroom was really cute and clean, with all sorts of amenities:)
I already miss the West Village Studio and look forward to returning on my next visit. Thank you Dino and staff for such a wonderful stay!

Excellent Shake Shack-​ish vibe. Food is fresh and good. Wish they were open year round! Get the onion rings.

Everything about this place was great from out the fresh fish and delicious onion rings to the clean outdoor seating and friendly service. We had been at the beach all day and were looking for a quick snack on the way back to Chatham, and lucky for me, I had got right off on Rt. 28 from Rt.6, and this place was right there. I didn’t have any idea it had such great reviews until later.
I went with the pickle and spice burger with some onion rings as a side, and my girlfriend and sister tried the fried fish sandwich. Man, that was a great burger, and the house made pickles with spicy mayo just made it an awesome little meal for the mid afternoon. The onion rings are pretty big, by the way, and definitely easy enough to share. They come with a horseradish sauce that’s super tasty.
Both my girlfriend and sister loved the haddock on the fish sandwich, and they were pretty damn big sandwiches, so you won’t be leaving hungry, especially if you get anything on the side.
Everything is a tad on the expensive side, but in comparison to the rest of the places we’d visited on Cape Cod, it wasn’t that much different. The simple menu and great ingredients make this an awesome pit stop that I’d be frequenting all the time if I lived in the area. I’m not sure how this place works in the Winter, since all of the seating is outside, but it looks like the sides of the patio come down for cover. If you’re visiting Cape Cod and looking for some quick, simple food with great taste, I highly recommend giving this place a go.

Fantastic food in a laid back setting. We went on a boat tour in Orleans and stopped here for lunch. I really wanted the onion rings, but my son wanted me to get french fries. Which he loved. :-) The prices were great, the fish, lobster rolls, and burger made us all very happy. You really can’t go wrong here.
Also, they did make me feel very safe with my and my son’s allergies.
And the bathrooms were amazingly clean. Totally unexpected and very appreciated.

Atmosphere-​mSimilar to a beach shack, this place is laid back, casual, and so welcoming. The bathroom is so clean and smells like real wood, though it’s probably laminate. theres a decent amount of patio seating, both covered and open.
Food– everything is fresh, including the onions rings and fries. The carrot and apple slaw is slightly dressed and a perfect crisp and cooling side to go along with the spicy pickle burger. The gluten-​free bun is the best I’ve ever tasted, it doesn’t hurt that it’s grilled. The veggie tacos are bursting with flavor and better with a little siracha.
I wish I had room to try the ice cream sandwich or milkshake, but there’s always next time!

Outstanding quality, fresh, drool worthy flavors and vibe. I’ll likely never come here again but it doesn’t mean I won’t miss this place. I was absolutely impressed with my perfectly cooked juicy burger and lemonade. The pickle and spice burger is what I would tell you to get, it was just everything a burger should be.
The only reason this place lost a star? They go cheap on the fries. And they’re great fries. It’s a potato you can afford to throw an extra handful on the plate.
