I didn’t know anything about portable toilets when I called to find out about getting them for my wedding, and the employee I spoke with (Richard?) walked patiently through all the options with me. I ended up going with two of the white units, one for men and one for women, and was pleased that he didn’t try to upsell me to one of the trailer units. The toilets themselves were clean and nice looking, and it was great to have running water in them. The only complaint I have is that there were no trash cans in them!

We had heard good things about this business. However, when we called to inquire about having trash service for some of our Summer rentals, the woman that answered the phone was very short with us, and totally unhelpful, to the point where we felt like we were a bothersome. Not a great way to run a business, and they have now missed out on the possibility of four new accounts.
