Delicious food. Great service. If you don’t get the food you wanted it’s because you didn’t take the time to figure out what you want and how to order it. Reasonable prices. Clean can’t ask for much more. Five stars!

One of the best sandwich shops in Orlando! Always very friendly service, and they honor a 50% discount to military vets — I will always support a business who supports our troops. The sandwiches always come out right, and the other whole concept of building your own sandwich is pretty neat. There are tons of options to choose from, and it’s hard to get tired of a place that has unlimited options! Love love love this place!!!

From the time you walk and see the unique menu you know you’re in for something different. The staff were all friendly and the food was definitely as good as it smelled. All in all, a delightful spin on sub sandwiches

Delicious sandwiches with a create by yourself flare! Guests take choice in the meat selection they want and choose a bag, the bag is full of various toppings and condiments that can be had on the sandwich! Give the filled out bag to the cashier and wait for them to make your custom sandwich! Great concept and great food!

Just tried this place for the first time, I was completely clueless how to order until an employee came around from the counter to immediately help me. I ordered the large egg salad sandwich and it was MASSIVE and most importantly delicious!!! I also got the banana shake which was awesome too. Very friendly and fast service. Quality food. Will definitely be going back often!

This was my first time here and I loved it! The way of ordering is nice and my sandwich was delicious! They didn’t skimp on the meat! They staff was really friendly as well. I really like their white bread. It was very «fresh» tasting.

When you enter the shop, you grab a brown paper bag, which you will use to indicate the type of sandwich you want (i.e. turkey, chicken, beef, seafood, veggie), and then indicate what you’d like in/​on your sandwich such as cheese, veggies, oil, mustard, etc. It might be a little confusing for a first-​timer, but I think it makes the whole custom sandwich ordering experience pretty easy, once you understand the general concept and system. My husband actually introduced me to Which Wich about a year or so ago and we usually choose to frequent the Sandlake location, but we were in the Dr. Phillips area today and I was craving a sandwich, so this was perfect! I ordered a turkey club, which includes ham and bacon, with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and honey mustard dressing. I choose to have a cold sandwich, but you can choose to have your sandwich made hot, as well. The options are seemingly endless. They also have snacks such as Rice Krispy treats, brownies, cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and a few other things I can’t remember. Only negative — staff was friendly, but the young lady who was making my sandwich forgot the bacon, caught herself and let me know right away, but then she just sort of added the bacon on top, as opposed to inside the actual sandwich, which just sort of rubbed me the wrong way, so to speak. But it was still very good!

I always love coming here to get food. The staff are always friendly and the sandwiches are so amazingly delicious, especially the bread that they use for the subs. Ordering process is pretty simple and there are so many different ways to customize your food.

Had lunch there today it was great the service was wonderful and the staff was friendly! Grabbing lunch or a quick bite to eat this is the place. Definitely will be returning back to this location!

Quick, easy and good subs. There is a lot of selections to choose from and all their sandwiches are customizable. You plave your order on a bag and choose what you toppings you want. The bac-​hammon is good and I like the cheese-​whiz for my cheesesteak sub. The staff is friendly and the food comes out extremely quick. It’s never busy when I come in so if you want a quick bite I’d recommend stopping by.

We enjoy eating here when we visit and this location does not disappoint ! The young people working during our visit were friendly and professional. There was a problem with a gift card and they helped us solve the issue.
The sandwiches are amazing! Meat and toppings are fresh and good. Will continue to be a stop for a meal or two on future visits to the area

How this place ended up next to the one restaurant that single handily changed the fast casual restaurant experience forever is beyond me but one thing is for sure that being next to Chipotle doesn’t help the fact that the sandwich I had here was horrible. As someone who has passed Which Wich on my way to Chipotle for months, I decided it was time to be different and give this place a try.
Yeah. Never again.
The way you order the sandwich seems pretty cool. A bag has a checklist and you simply give the bag to the front after you have selected what you wanted. Also, if you complete the survey on your phone you do get two free cookies (I’m guilty of being that guy).
From there it goes all downhill. I got my sandwich and it tasted horrible. Now to be fair, I did order the «Limited time only» Shrimp Banh Mi which seems to be a new sandwich and not one of the staples they sell. It was naïve of me to expect it to taste like a real Banh Mi. The sandwich was just plain bad. The shrimp was dry and the sandwich had weak flavor.
As my girlfriend told me as we left, «we should have gone to Chipotle». Being next to Chipotle is going to be hard for any restaurant but if you are, you better be excellent. This place was not.
I guess I’ll be waiting in line in Chipotle instead going into the empty Which Wich store.

I LOVE!!! their concept of ordering. When you enter you pick up the corresponding brown bag of what sandwhich you want to order (or you write it in the box) You then mark off the type of bread, cheese, toppings, etc. with a marker that is in the bins. Then you pay. I was asked a couple other questions but it was so easy.
I also opted for the big plastic cup cause it was cute and fun, and was told if i bring it back I get a discount on my next drink. That is awesome!
Then called up when my sandwhich was ready, IT WAS HUGE! Granted, I ordered the large one, but did not think it was going to be that big. It was very tasty!
I loved their variety of sandwiches and how nice the employees were. .

Pretty awesome sandwich place that’s super affordable. Literally anything that you’d put on a piece of bread is available here: all the meats, 4 types of mustard, mayonnaise, 10 types of cheese, hummus, vegetarian options (including black bean patty, artichoke hearts). I wanted to get the Elvis Wich but opted for turkey.
You grab a paper sleeve and select your toppings, then dig in. Friendly service, clean as hell inside.

Fun concept for a sandwich place, and the sandwiches are delicious. Instead ordering at the counter, you choose a brown paper bag with a sandwich category on it, and use a marker to customize based on the list of options on the bag. When you’re done, you give the bag to the person behind the counter and they make it according to your specifications.
I wish I lived closer, but the only sandwich I have ever tried here was the french dip. The best thing about the sandwiches here is the bread, it has a the most homemade texture and taste out of all the chain sandwich shops I’ve ever been to.
My notoriously picky husband (as mentioned in several reviews) had the Philly cheese steak and said the only one he’s ever had that he liked better was in Philly.
Next time I find myself in this area, I’m definitely going to come back to try a different sandwich.

Stopped here for a quick lunch before leaving Orlando and would say it’s just «okay». It took about 15 minutes for us to get sandwiches and it wasn’t very busy in here… My customized italian sandwich was much better than the boyfriend’s dried out philly cheesesteak. Overall — I’ve had much better in the sandwich department.

Maybe its just me, but I am not a fan of the ordering process. Grabbing a paper bag and marking my choices just doesn’t sit well with me. Not only that, they still managed to get my sandwich wrong even though everything was clearly marked. I don’t plan on returning.

Always delicious. I can’t get enough of this place.

One of my go-​to lunch spots!
As someone who is somewhat picky and tends to like to customize my menu picks, the format here is great for me. First you pick a brown bag printed with the sandwich type you want. On the bag itself, you are able to check off how you’d like to customize your sandwich– type of bread, hot or cold, what type of cheese/​veggies/​condiments and so on you’d like. It’s a great way to ensure you get exactly what you want in a «low pressure» format!
Sandwiches can be served as salads or in a low carb lettuce wrap, which is nice. Of course, there are all the usual sandwich place add ons of drinks and chips (including homemade!) plus they also have milkshakes and some homemade baked goods!
There is a punch card which can earn you a free sandwich and they do have an online «Vibe Club» which can earn you a special offer on your birthday and upon signing up.
The restaurant itself is always tidy and the staff are fantastic!
