Urgent Med

The worst place ever. The worst Dr I had to deal with. I would never recommend him. Dr Bowany made a huge mistake in my medical examination and didn’t want to compensate me for that. I wish I knew he was an asshole. I have no idea how he is still being a Dr. He ignored me when I came with complains. Very unprofessional. And he did nothing to fix my problem which was cause by his fault. I am actually suing him.

Dirty, disgusting office. A friend of mine from Canada was visiting recently and developed an infected cyst on his back. Unfortunately, he didn’t have travel insurance so I took him to urgent med. They charged $ 115 for the office visit which, though deplorable, is reasonable given he didn’t have insurance. HOWEVER, the attending «physician» then said my friend would have to get three shots of clindamycin on successive days. This would also involve two extra office visits at another $ 115 each. Price of each clindamycin shot: $ 125 for the first one and $ 85 each for the second and third. (This even though clindamycin is clearly a generic…) Had my friend taken advantage of this «offer», total price would have been $ 625 and the «doctor» wouldn’t even lance the cyst!!! This «physician» could barely speak english but he clearly had graft on his mind. In the future, though it may be more expensive, centra care would get my business. Be very careful before going here.
