This place is awesome! Yea, you could go to HD or the other guys for a lot of this stuff but you can’t find the selection of doors, windows and shutters anywhere else. There are rows and rows of every kind of door, window or shutter you are looking for — and some you would never have thought of! My friend and I just kept walking around and exclaiming«Oh my gosh! Look at this one! Oh my gosh, wait, LOOK at THIS one!» As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help. We told them«No, we are just browsing». Two minutes later I went back and said«I lied, I need help!» There was so much to look at that there was no way I was going to find what I was looking for on my own. I told the guy I was looking for some very narrow doors. He immediately rattled off a few questions«Exterior or Interior? What width? What height? Painted? Price?» I answered all and he immediately started zig zagging through the rows and stopped in a section and pulled out a few choices. I liked what he pulled out and they were only $ 10/ea!!! I turned and saw something else that I liked better and he said«Sure, but those are new and $ 79/ea» The ones he showed me were used — I didn’t even know it they were in such perfect condition. I stuck with my $ 10 doors and was very happy! Got so many ideas for projects around the house. Lots of Crown Moulding, trim pieces, decorative iron posts for fences or stair rails, decorative columns, and so much more. My favorite things that they had were decorative glass inserts. You can get them to put panels of glass next to your front door or get a wood door and cut a hole and insert the decorative glass. They had rectangles, ovals, squares — every shape and design you can imagine. You could put them anywhere. They also had a large section of kitchen and bathroom vanities. Will def go there first when looking for any building material. The selection and the customer service are 100 times better than any of the box stores. If you are driving by — just stop in and browse — you’ll find things you didn’t even know you needed! They are on the east side of OBT between Central and Washington(south of Hwy 50 and north of the 408). You can’t miss it — they always have a bunch of doors outside leaning up against the building. Stop in — you’ll feel like you stumbled on a handymans goldmine!

This place can be a treasure trove — or backyard dump. If you aren’t afraid of the salvaged goods arena, and just need a good deal, this is a good place to start. From wood 10″ columns to vanities, balusters, interior and exterior entrances, cabinet hardware etc, etc., etc. go check them out. We bombed out looking for a salvage mantle or find in lumber with that unique potential. Oh well, we could/would have saved a bundle if we were the lucky ones. Next time, next project. Not quite the«Sky Craft» of building supplies, but hey, its all that Orlando has to offer.(well, that I know of at least.)
