Awesome sushi in hidden place ! They make it in your face everything fresh ! The place looks clean the only issue is kinda slow because they make at the moment ! Totally worth it tho ! Definitely coming here again

U-​Roll has a great thing going for them and I hope they’ll never change.
Their menu is easy to understand and keeps ordering a simple and smooth process. You can make your own sushi rolls or order one of their pre-​selected combinations they so carefully put together. It’s so simple my 9 year old can do it, lol.
I love that a couple of those combinations are cooked sushi because that’s the sushi I eat. Someone told me I don’t really eat sushi because I never order it raw lol. Raw sushi isn’t my cup of tea which is why I love their volcano roll and mango roll. OMG!, they are SO good. Every time we visit Artegon Market Place my kids beg for some mango rolls. That’s their favorite, plus they like watching their sushi being prepared through the glass window.
Sometimes we order to go or hang out and eat at one of the tables located next to their food booth, in the middle of the mall.

I’ve gone to other «make-​your-​own» sushi places like Sushi Eatstation by UCF, but I wasn’t as pleased with the results, but I decided to go to Artegon Marketplace and check this stand out. The first occasion I went was on a slow day, but the quality and service were excellent. I went again more recently and it was somewhat busy and still just as great as the first time!
$ 6 and I get a large sushi roll that surprisingly fills me up (1 protein, 3 fillings). Most sushi joints around here charge around the same (if not more expensive) and you get less customization and less filling in your sushi. It’s the other way around here, it’s inexpensive, you can choose what you’d like, and it’s high quality and a bang for your buck. You can get any and all of the sauces – including the amazing spicy mayo.
And a tip, they have a rewards card that has got me coming back more often than I should. Buy 5 rolls, get the 6th free!

So glad I finally remembered to try this place out today! Decided on the Mango Crunch roll, which includes shrimp tempura, avocado, crab meat & mango! I’d never tried a piece of maki with fruit before, but that little bit of sweetness was so flavorful! Needless to say, I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to try some of the others they offer! I also really love that they make it right in front of you. It’s cool to watch and you know your roll is actually 100% fresh!
The punch card wasn’t offered and I totally forgot that I read about it on Unilocal previously, so I didn’t ask for it, but I will next time because I definitely plan on making this a regular stop whenever I visit Artegon!

Really great food and service! I love this place! If you don’t know what to get they are very nice and will help you pick something delicious. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
