There are plenty of Home Depot’s around the Orlando area but this is the location I choose when possible. Other nearby locations on Colonial and at Millennia are fine but I prefer the service at the Lee Road location. Friendly and staff here and usually stocked shelves. Staff here are helpful with questions or navigation of the store. In most departments it has been easy for me to locate a knowledgeable person when needed who can offer a suggestion for my project or call someone else over. When I come here without my husband I find that it is more likely for me to get asked«do you need help?» «What are you looking for?» down every aisle I turn which I find a little bit annoying. When we are there together, it seems to be harder to find help! Sometimes it becomes a game to see how many male staff ask if I need help. Last time I was asked by 5! One male employee even asked me twice in the span of 5 minutes when I was still in the same aisle contemplating a product. Not complaining, just laughing. I appreciate their enthusiasm.

It’s Home Depot. They have most everything you need, but it’s always difficult to find it — or find someone who works there to help you find it. Prices are mostly fair, but most items can be bought cheaper online. They also have several«Home Depot only» items which are generally not as well made as their generic counterpart. Huge parking lot, and they sell Christmas trees.

This location is clean, well organized, and filled with mostly retire dudes dying to help you, especially if you are of the female persuasion. Wherever we went, there was someone to answer our questions and they were knowledgeable without being condescending. The HD on Colonial is closer to me but I would rather shop here because of the cleanliness and staff.

I want to let you in on a little secret about The Home Depot for those who have never had the pleasure shopping here… there is a certain aura around these stores that somehow makes you feel like a better person just for shopping there. This is not to be confused with the warm fuzzy you get from patronizing a whole foods, or even sense of entitlement you may have when you«round up» at the supermarket and donate $.38 to whatever the checkout charity is that month; The Home Depot Effect is different and fels more like«I am a productive human» or «I am building things» or perhaps even«I am a craftsman.» Even if you are just buying a light bulb, AC filter, or flamingo lawn ornament, when you step onto that hard concrete and smell the distinct sawdust-mixed-with-metal aroma you quickly realize that you’re in a primal home of sorts. A depot, but for your house. A place where you can work with your hands, you can cut some PVC pipe, or find a new color scheme for your cabinets. It’s a feeling of productivity and connectedness to your dwelling that can’t be paralleled through a general hardware store or the garden section at Walmart. This Home Depot right off I4 is no different. They offer a wide variety of tools, gardening items, appliances, cabinetry, and everything a modern day renaissance man or woman needs to improve their home in some way. The staff is friendly, the store is organized, and the self-checkout is the best thing since sliced 2x4s.

Jen W — did an outstanding job. She knows the job thoroughly. She is quick, sharp, highly efficient. She was able to come and help the cashiers who were not able to figure out the SKEW number even though they had head cashier like Santiago. She is quick, sharp, highly customer oriented, pretty intelligent, talks only sense, logical, Her general manager Douglas B Thacker is also true GM-he will resolve if there are issue. i had interacted in 2011. he is highly objective, truthful. Today I met Joe another good manager in the store.

This is my go to place, especially now that my local Ace Hardware store decided to cop an attitude. I gladly drive the extra mile to get here. Service is ALWAYS warm, employees greet you with a smile and I am always sure to find what I am looking for, or at least, a suitable alternative. I can get tips from the staff, be directed to right department without having to waste time and leave with the good feeling of getting good service and finding the right stuff.

Located just West the I-4 and Lee Road intersection. This is a great Home Depot location, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice selection of items and nice nursery selections. I was shopping paint and tiles on this trip, there was a great selection of stone and mosaic tiles. I was offered help by many people, which was very nice, as I ended up getting some great tips and pointers for our pending project. Great customer service!

Home Depot is awesome! This year, we even got our Christmas tree there, for only $ 40. The Home Depot has everything you need when it comes to DIY projects and building materials. The employees are very knowledgeable and the entire store is very organized so you can find things easily. The prices are super low and you can buy just about everything online too. This particular location is great, right on Lee Road near the intersection of I-4.

This is my favorite home depot in the area. It is new and very nice, and it has instant access to and from I-4. The staff in all departments are very helpful, i’ve had over the top service from the paint, electrical and garden departments. I’ve always had instant help from porters when i’ve made large heavy purchases. They are running their business the right way here.
