Terrible experience!!! I ordered contacts on 3÷2÷2015 which I still haven’t received. I call several times inquiring about them. The response I received each time I called was «They aren’t in yet. We will call you when it come in.» I went in today in person because I was completely out of contacts. When I spoke with the manager she told me the contracts were there all along and I would need to setup an appointment to get fitted. I ask can you fit me in today since you screwed up. She said, no. I told her I just want money back and I will go somewhere else. Please people do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The customer service at this location is terrible.

Absolutely terrible experience. Appointment was made 4 days in advance and they canceled it even though I confirmed it. At the time I made the appointment face to face they did not tell me about having to call to confirm my appointment or it would be given away. I was then told to wait an hour as a walk-​in. No apology, nor concern. Never going back.

I come here for my annual eye exam and yesterday was my second visit. I made an appointment online which was very convenient. The whole staff is amazing… They are very welcoming and fun. They are all super nice and absolutely helpful unlike other places I’ve gone to before where everything was just so «routine», almost robotic. They have beautiful frames to choose from. This time around i decided it was time to get contacts. Dr. Henry gave me a pair to try. That evening, when i removed the contacts, i noticed my eyes were bloodshot. i figured it was irritation from the contacts. I thought to sleep t it off, but the redness didn’t go away. I called first thing in the morning and was able to be seen that afternoon. Dr. Henry prescribe some eye drops and told me to come back in a week to try a different brand of contacts. I would definitely come back next year.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
Although Dr. Henry was not my regular eye doctor, he will be now. My regular optician was closed for the holiday weekend, and I needed an appointment ASAP. I went online and made a same day appointment. I called to confirm since it was less than an hour away. I spoke with LAURA who was helpful, friendly, and knowledgable! When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and ushered to fill out my paper work. Dr. Henry saw me right on time, and was even able to get me a pair of loaner contacts as a temporary solution.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Target Optical, with Dr. Henry, or his staff! A huge thanks for their professionalism and availability!
