Suddath Relocation Systems

My company recently contracted with Suddath for a warehouse move to a new facility after being in the same location for over 15 years. Our experience with John, Rich, and the entire crew was exceptional.
Right from the start, I was impressed by John and Rich’s professionalism and knowledge. As we discussed the scope of the move, they both asked questions that made it clear they were aware of the challenges and preparations needed for a successful warehouse move. They came to our warehouse and took careful notes and pictures to give us as accurate a quote as possible. When John came by to present the proposal, he reviewed with us a well-​prepared, detailed, and clear proposal in an attractive presentation folder. He reviewed the company’s history and capabilities. Throughout the entire process, he was easy to work with, displayed consistent follow-​through, and communicated well with our team.
Rich was extremely knowledgeable and selected an excellent crew to work with us on our move day. The movers on moving day were hardworking, considerate and careful with our product, located items just as we needed, and worked quickly yet safely.
They were so efficient, we completed our move a day early and under budget. It’s always exciting to get an invoice that’s lower than the quote you’d received. While moving is always stressful, they made it as easy as possible and worked well with our entire team every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Corporate move… sometimes these get overlooked as the client is not the one paying. Absolutely untrue… Suddath was amazing! My wife felt at ease, everything was pad wrapped, and they did such a wonderful job going into storage. If anything, we have Suddath on speed dial if we should ever move again. Thank you Suddath for taking care of my family.

I’ve never used a moving company before. My husband was transferred to a new office and his company used Suddath Relocation to move our home. The packing and unpacking crews were very professional and efficient. They were on time every time and very patient and helpful. Everything was packed with care and everything arrived in good condition. If we ever move again, we will be using this company.

I have moved several times, and this has been the best moving experience I have ever experienced! The movers were courteous, on-​time, extremely careful, thoughtful and efficient. Every one of them was introduced by name, and took extra care of all of my belongings, many of which are delicate, breakable, and/​or have many parts. There was someone who oversaw the quality of their work, and another to direct the paperwork and who packed which room how. The truck itself was expertly packed. And the contents arrived completely undamaged and well organized. I was wonderfully impressed. The ones who oversaw the job even came to the next town I was moving to to make sure everything was in order and that I was happy with the service. I could not have asked for better. I would definitely recommend Suddath wholeheartedly.

The entire process was smooth and non-​stressful. Suddath worked with me on getting the right information and arranging for the United Van Lines drivers in place. The packing/​delivery were excellent — no damages, and no drama. My estimate was very accurate. Thank you for your help!

We have moved 4 times throught the country, and the move by Suddath relocations was the worst we have ever experienced. The company suggests purchasing insurance to cover damages, but they don’t tell you the damages will most likely be done by their actual movers. We had over $ 11,000 worth of damage and they covered $ 1800 and then took out the deductable of $ 500. This company presents iteself as very pofesional, but do not be fooled, you WILL regret it!

Suddath did a wonderful job moving us into our new office in The Villages. Not only did they show up on time, but they also stayed late to make sure the job was fully completed for us. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Is there a way to give NO STARS? The movers were complaining the whole time they were at my house, took 7 hours to pack me up with 6 guys — in a 1100 square foot home with only 60 total boxes. Then when I got my shipment, the poor guys on the receiving end could not find everything to reassemble my furniture. The FL movers had taken all parts and just dumped them into one box, no labels, no directions. They FL movers took apart things they said to economize on space, but of course not needed. When they took things apart, they broke them. They promise me that someone will come and fix it… still waiting. Worse movers ever, there are things that are separated from each other in different boxes, so a lamp base here, pieces in two other boxes — it is just a mess and I am still waiting to hear back as to when an adjuster will actually contact me. Promises to make it all right. Doubt that will happen.

Horrible customer service! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had moving. My family and I are moving to a different state because my husband is in the military.
Not only did the movers never show up but when you call to talk to someone they constantly transfer you to another line that no one picks up. When we finally did talk to someone they kept saying that they were going to be there eventually but they couldn’t tell us when. It is now 5 hours past the time when they were supposed to arrive and still no word on when they will be here. When talking to customer service the lady explained to my husband and I that «it doesn’t take that long to pack up dishes» and «well, how much stuff do you have?»
To top it all off, the truck driver is here to pick up the non-​existant boxes, even he can’t get through to anyone on the phone!
If I could give no stars at all, I would! We paid money and did not receive a service.
I hope this isn’t how this company treats all their service men and women! Disgusting, you should be ashamed!

Would NOT recommend based on my experience. Moved out of state and had damage done to my new home. I did not see it until I cleaned up after the mover left. I was encouraged by my Suddath contact to put in an insurance claim with them, and this turned out to be a total waste of my time. After getting 2 estimates, the claim was denied based on the fact I did not see the damage before the mover left (which I had stated upfront). Also I did not like that they used different workmen to help with the move on both ends. They did not know which rooms furniture went in and kept asking me. And I had to request a refund (many times) for things not packed by the movers, but that I had paid for in advance. The company has not responded in the past seven weeks to my Better Business Bureau complaint, the Orlando general manager never responded to my email asking questions regarding the damage claim, and they never sent me a survey of how I would rate my move (which they use the results for to sell their services. No wonder their reviews are so high…)
