My husband and I had hoped for Italian. Meatballs frozen with Beschemel sauce mediocre at best. Pizza less so. Salad pricey for the romaine and hard boiled egg. Basket of fries at an Italian restaurant? But a tasty surprise. Our waiter Matt did a nice job warning us of the meatballs and heartily suggesting the special that we probably should have ordered even though pricey, but it is a resort. Don’t expect we’ll be back.

They have a gluten free menu, but you have to ask for it. The quality of the food is what I would expect from a school cafeteria. Most burgers & sandwiches were around $ 14-$ 18 entrees more. We ordered the veggie burger on a gf bun and chicken tenders with sweet potato fries. They boast local and organic food– which made me hopeful for the quality. Unfortunately the tenders were just small chicken bites that seemed to be reheated from frozen. We didn’t get sweet potato fries– again just heated from frozen french fries. Black bean burger didn’t come with any toppings(no lettuce, tomato) — just the patty on a bun. The staff was friendly, but seemed to be way understaffed, so service was really slow. I would eat anywhere else if you have the option.

I’ve eaten at the bar… great service, decent food. I ate at the tables once this week and was delivered the wrong meal, then the wrong meal a second time, and finally had to wait for them to correct the order which set my lunch back an additional 20 minutes. Full trainwreck. I will keep to eating lunch at the bar in the future. They make a solid chicken quesadilla.

Breakfast included in are room price, very very great food. Everything made in front of you, fast, short line, can’t say anything bad about it.

Solaris is located inside the Orlando Marriott World Resort. Solaris hosts a larg buffet breakfast. I believe it was $ 27 per person. The food included fruit, cold and hot cereal, bacon, eggs, an omelet station, potatoes, some specialty items, toast and bagels. Pretty standard buffet. The turnover seemed to be quick. It’s a very large restaurant accommodating a lot of people. The restaurant appeared to be clean. Our server was quick and brought us coffee and water as soon as we sat down. He also kept our water refilled. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re staying in the hotel. Often travelers try to eat at IHOP or other local places because they’re cheaper but be warned the wait is usually an hour or more. Not ideal if you’re heading to the parks that day or you’re in a time crunch. Not to mention have screaming hungry children!

We had never eaten at this massive hotel. Just to get from the parking area to the Lobby we had to take a shuttle. But once you walk into the very impressive Lobby and find this restaurant for brunch it was all worth it. Very good wait staff and the stations were spaced far enough apart so you didn’t feel like you were on top of other hungry guests. Great variety and everything was hot and very tasty. The scrambled eggs were so good I went back twice for them. The fruit was a great selection and very tasty as well. It was a great buffet.

The taste and quality of food was disappointing specially that it is attached to a higher price tag, as one would expect to have at least a decent meal! I was expecting a great breakfast since we are in a Marriott resort, but the blueberry pancakes I ordered were bland and not evenly cooked, it tasted starchy! The eggs Benedict wasn’t as good as I’d expected it to be. The server was nice and offered if I wanted my pancakes replaced but I didn’t bother anymore.

The Good: Super fast breakfast service. Server(Drummand) was very professional, polite, and good at what he does; even offered me a to go coffee! The Bad: So I would say the cost, but really you have to expect to pay resort fees at resorts and I am on vacation so not worrying about an extra few bucks. The Rest: Had over easy eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, wheat toast. Food was good, as expected.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Breakfast buffet is a bit steep but worth it. Seriously, why not treat yourself? Wear your eating pants. Huge selection. You can get your eggs and omelettes done any which way you want. Bacon… Deserts. Fresh fruit. Fresh made orange juice. The eggs benedict that you can order is maliciously delicious. Very rich and cheesy, an acquired taste, I guess. Service is on-point. Very warm and friendly. The environment of Solaris and Marriott World is gorgeous and clean. If you’re not checked-in the resort, there is a parking fee but it can be validated. I think.

Really loved their breakfast options… a lot to choose from if you’re a bit picky or don’t eat eggs(like me). The fruit was fresh, the turkey sausage tasted savory and homemade(I know it wasn’t) and the hash browns donned that perfect crispy halo. Coffee was great, too. Considering there are not many places you can get breakfast in Orlando(other than Perkins, IHOP, or Waffle House — meh), you really can’t do wrong here.

This place is amazing for the breakfast buffet! You cannot go wrong with unlimited breakfast offerings and the fresh orange juice. A made to order omelet/pancake station make this breakfast buffet stand out. Nowhere in Orlando will you get a filling breakfast for just $ 27 that saves you money by skipping lunch at the amusement parks. If your still at the World Center do not miss out on this gem! Service was phenomenal as well, big shout out to Drummond who served us on our second day at Solaris.

Amazing breakfast buffet. They have thought of everything. To many to list here. Service A+ my drinks of fresh squeezed orange juice and brewed coffee never stayed empty. The place is super busy, and the staff does not seem to miss a beat.

Breakfast Buffett on Steroids! What can 27 dollars minus tip get you? You can feed a family of four at McDonalds. You could have one nights valet parking right here at the World Marriott. You can get 4 five dollar subs at Subway. You can buy enough eggs and bacon to feed a family of four for at least 2 days. Point is, this Buffett is not cheap. But I will say this, for the variety of food, drinks, and juices it’s a fair deal. I’m sure there will be a lot of people that would disagree with that statement so let me break this down for y’all. 1. Service is top notch. Whether you get the breakfast buffet or not. Every several minutes my server on both days I ate here, asked if I needed anything. They had huge smiles and were very friendly. They were well groomed and dressed professionally too. 2. This place is clean. The food stations, the carpets, the tables, and the windows were spotless. I mean this place is huge to begin with so staying on top of the cleanliness must be a huge task. I was watching the chef make my pancake and some other person an omelet. I marveled at how clean his station was. Not a crumb or smear anywhere on the stainless steel. Trust me I was looking because I’m weird like that LOL. 3. The food choices are off the charts. I’m not going to list everything they have but my favorite was the smoked peppered salmon. I had it both days. I placed it on a toasted wheat bagel with cream cheese, capers, diced red onions, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Just outstanding. 4. My wife wanted to sleep in so each morning I brought back to the room, a toasted bagel, some peanut butter, two strips of bacon, a diet coke and some plastic silverware. I didn’t hide the fact that I was taking this to go for my wife. Now mind you I didn’t go crazy either. I only took the items I listed. The servers never busted my balls about this and I appreciated it. I didn’t get charged extra either. If I did I would have never have returned the second day. Verdict Is it cheap, no. Is it worth the money, yes. Would I ever go back, YES! Stay hungry!

Carlos, my server, was very friendly and nice. I had the spicy shrimp salad and while I wasn’t expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised. The portion was nice and the shrimp were seasoned and cooked very well.

Convenient spot for a full breakfast or buffet at the Marriot World Center. Obviously, it’s s good place to go if you’re staying here on business but the quality is quite good and have looked forward to coming back. It’s a bit pricy if you just want a coffee and muffin but other places are available. There Re healthy options and a myriad of choices including chef made omelets and eggs Benedict at the buffet. Service is efficient and attentive but the place is not a bargain.

The service was attentive and friendly. The prices were high, but only as high as one would expect at a resort in Orlando. The food was edible, but no better. In our party we tried the French dip, the Cuban, and the crab cake sandwich. No one was thrilled. The Cuban was dry and the crabcake had shell in it and was flavorless, with nothing to add texture. When I asked for sriracha or remoulade or something to kick it up, the waitress could not offer any options.

They have a huge breakfast buffet and a small menu of a la carte items, all of which are huge. The side of hash browns is enough to feed at least 2 people. The hash browns are cooked with a nice crispy crust and soft inside. The crab Benedict is huge and every bite wonderful. 3 large slices of heirloom tomatoes, 2 large jumbo lump crab cakes, 2 poached eggs, all topped off with hollendaise. The family next to me really enjoyed the buffet and the kids couldn’t wait for the Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes from the moment they walked in. The restaurant is also very accommodating with providing a coffee, water, juice, etc to go after you finish up with your meal. The service was great as well. This is not your typical generic hotel breakfast. Two thumbs up for this place.

4 stars only because it is kinda pricey for breakfast if your eating here everyday. I’ve been here three times since staying at the world center and each time I’ve been heavily impressed with the pure amount and quality of the food presented in the buffet. I’ve never ordered anything off the menu-so this review will be only for the buffet. When I went to get my food, I literally was taken aback. It’s just so impressive to look at. Also each day I’ve went, there has been a few different options/selections which made it 10 times more breathtaking. Seriously if your staying at the world center eating here once is not even in question, it’s a must. The only down side of Solaris is the price $ 25 dollars /person which can add up quickly of you have a large family. Luckily though if you have the resort fee(black wrist band) you can get a child’s meal free with an adult order.

Came to this Marriott for a union meeting and was given tickets to eat at this restaurant within the Marriott for breakfast. This was one of the best breakfast buffets I have enjoyed, especially coming form a hotel setting. There was just about everything you could imagine. My highlights were the made-to-order omelette station. You could pick your cheese, veggies, meat, whatever. I went with a bacon, jalapeño, swiss, and mushroom omelette. Cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed all of the fresh fruit, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple, etc. I would not hesitate to come back, nice service and great food.

Excellent buffet breakfast. There is a very good selection, from breakfast cereal, including homemade granola. The fruit is fresh and the hot selections are very good. The omelettes are excellent — get those instead of the scrambled eggs. The service is very good too. Staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very kid friendly. It was not crowded when we were there — Tuesday morning, but there are a lot of tables, so it probably gets very busy on weekends. Valet parking with validation is only $ 5. Very convenient to come here for a good solid breakfast when you are staying at the Marriott complex.
