This was a birthday splurge meal! The restaurant is pretty expensive but delicious! I gave them a high rating for the amount of time and effort they put into food allergies! I filled out a card prior to seating and the chef personally came out to our table to speak with me about alternative options for allergies! They even alerted me to a possible cross contamination incident! Plus, you can’t beat sitting right next a large aquarium with sharks swimming by your table! So cool and so worth the money splurge!

The idea of restaurant with sharks and aquarium is really nice, service is good. Food is really expensive and not big choice. It’s ok for one day experience.

The truth and nothing but the truth!!! I went to this place at SeaWorld and boy that don’t disappoint. The view once you get seated is awesome! A+ !! When is that you get to eat with all sorts of sea life around you like sharks and other huge fish. That alone is a bill in itself. I had the signature salad, Fantastic!! very tasty and refreshing! I mean it! Kids meals were exactly executed to perfection because as you know kids can be picky. Worth the money but more importantly worth every bit of your time.

Great time with the family watching the Sharks and other fish, right next to our table. The service was great. The children’s penne pasta sauce was spicy; not what I’d expect for a kids dinner. The did bring some pasta without the sauce though. I ordered the 14oz Ribeye and it was cooked perfect. Unfortunately, it was 8oz of fat and only about 6oz of meat. The Shrimp was awesome, no complaints there.

Come for the view, not for the food. I was able to get a table here during peak tourist season for lunch without a reservation, although I did notice quite a few families making reservations for dinner as soon as the restaurant opened. Sharks is definitely one of the better restaurants in SeaWorld in terms of class and ambiance. It’s very relaxing to eat while watching sharks and other fish swim in an aquarium that fills up the entire dining area. That being said, the aquarium is also accessible via the underwater shark tunnel, so even if you don’t eat here you can still enjoy a view of the sharks. The food was average and as expected, clearly overpriced. The lobster bisque was sufficiently creamy but I did not find a single piece of lobster in the soup. The mussels were all right, but underseasoned. The fried sushi roll, as one would expect, is a butchery of real Japanese rolls — but having had Cheesecake Factory’s version, I know they could still be executed well. Sharks’ version was offensively bad. Definitely did not get my money’s worth for the food. Come if you really want to eat in this setting, but value and food-wise better options definitely exist.

Disgusting food. We ordered the Mahi and it was served cold and hard. It literally could not be cut through. Fish like Mahi should be tender and flaky. The fish also lacked any seasoning whatsoever and came with undercooked vegetables. Fast food chains get two stars. A sad excuse for a restaurant.

Very few overpriced items. Waitress was extremely short and advised we could order just a hot dog from the kids meal. They still charged us for the whole hot dog meal for 14 dollars. So 14 dollars for a hot dog! Waitress then argued she never said we could just get a hot dog. Waitress forgot my dessert as well yet still charged us for it. The bread was stale and very bad flavor.

The restaurant took forever to seat us even with a reservation. Once we were in I found out why it was taking so long to get sat. The whole place only had 3 servers and it took about 20 min to finally even be greeted by the server. We explain that we have very hungry kids with us and pressed all at once, explaining to put the kids meals in first so that they would naturally come out first. Well what felt like forever with glasses empty. The server finally brought out the bread and then explained that the food would be out shortly and 20 min later still no food or drink refills. 1 hr 30 min later we received all the food along with the kids meals. Very slow service and food only average. Don’t waste your time or money. I suggest to just try the grab and go places.

2 stars for viewing the Sharks-fish swimming right by you. 0 stars for food and beverage. Menu pricing from $ 22 to $ 30 for terrible menu entrees. You are paying for the view of the sharks-fish that’s it. Sea World management should be ashamed of the quality and high price of the food and beverage being offered.

The food is just ok but better than your average park food. The beer was warm and the price for food was higher than average for what you get.

A+ for atmosphere! My daughter can’t wait to go back to school and tell her friends that she had lunch«basically in the shark tank!» We reserved Preferred Seating online when we purchased our park tickets, and it was great! We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and were brought to our table almost immediately. In the two or three minutes we did wait, we got to see the chefs in the kitchen through the window, and a cool cylindrical fish tank. As we passed the bar on our way to our table, we could see that even the bar top was a fish tank– very cool! We got a front row table, right next to the shark tank, which made for some lovely pictures for the family photo album. The lighting was dim so that you could better see in the tank, but it wasn’t too dark at all. Our waitress was on point and she was nice enough to take a photo of or family in front of the tank with my camera. The food was pricey for the quality, which was a bit disappointing, but let’s face it, you kind of have to expect that for where we were. I ordered the filet mignon and it was a garbage piece of meat, but the potatoes and vegetables were good. My son’s chicken alfredo was mediocre at best, nothing to write home about. My daughter’s chicken fingers were real chicken, which is always a plus. Her fries were bland and cold, but she got a free ice cream with her kid’s meal, so she was happy. My husband had the king crab, and he said«It’s ok.» which is a lousy review from him, because he’ll eat just about anything and rave about it. All in all, as long as you don’t want great food from this restaurant, it’s worth the trip for the experience.

Terrible, overpriced food. We ordered a bruschetta for an appetizer. It basically tasted like a Subway sandwich without the meat. Very dry. My wife ordered the lobster tails and I got the cioppino. Both had obviously been frozen, then microwaved. The lobster was dry and tough, devoid of taste. She had to use a knife to chop them up. The cioppino was tasteless and bland. The sauce tasted like a can of tomato paste, no seasoning at all. The pasta was tough and chewy, way overcooked. The fish was gray and also overcooked and bland. Shrimp was dry and tough. These horrible entrees were $ 34 each! We sent them back. The waitress apologized, said«That happens sometimes» and said she would inform the chef. We paid for the bruschetta and left. Never again.

Cool atmosphere with the shark tank in full view of every table, but I wouldn’t go back. I had the seafood pasta which was good, but not a large serving. My husband had the T-bone. His steak was tough. There were 3 of us and our bill was $ 140.

Amazing ! Beautiful views of fish and sharks swimming as you dine. Ordered«catch of the day» which was Parmesan encrusted tuna on linguini, to die for ! You can expect about $ 32 + dollars a plate and $ 13 for kids bit worth it ! Oh and good wine too :)

Everyone who worked here was exceedingly nice. They made both a vegan and a gluten free meal with no problems for us. It wasn’t a five star restaurant in the traditional sense but it was above and beyond what I expected at a theme park and beautiful as well.

The aquarium was awesome especially for the kids. The food is over priced but what do you expect and the only sit down at sea world. Do not get the ravioli for kids it’s pretty bad. I had the scallops not a very big portion and the wife had the stuffed chicken and it was spot on. We also ordered the muscles and they were very small, but a generous portion. It took the 3 of us son, wife and myself about 1HR and 20 mins to get through dinner.

Worst experience of my whole vacation. Three kids meals and two salads came to $ 105. They sat us at a table that did not physically fit our whole party and when we told them we needed wheelchair access(via reservation mind you) they gave us a booth that we had to hoist her into ourselves. They force gratuity and the water tastes like the recycled stuff from the tanks. The service was crap and we would have been just as well off going to any food cart and walking through the free shark tank. I think the cart food may have been better. Also they double charged us for drinks but with the waitress disappeared after dropping the check so no hopes of fixing that. The only thing she did was take our order, runners did everything else. She was angry at is for our order to boot. Worst. Restaurant. In. Orlando.

If you don’t have a reservation, be prepared to dine in the bar area or wait a fair bit as the scene at Sharks Underwater is not The Little Mermaid’s ocean. The far wall of the restaurant runs along the shark tank, so you get to see several varieties of shark swimming about with other fish while you dine. I sat at the bar, and enjoyed seeing smaller fish swim among coral and anemones. For those salad fiends out there, get the Cobb Salad. It is hands down one of the best salads I’ve ever had(and I’ve been on plenty of diets requiring heaps of raw veggies). The bartenders are funny and quite engaging. The cocktails they make are solid and dangerously easy to drink. Plan ahead because the park closes earlier than most area theme parks and the restaurant isn’t open as late as I thought it would have been. The turn around time from ordering food from its arrival from the kitchen was surprisingly quick as the dining room was packed with people. Those dropping by SeaWorld, make sure this is one of the places you splurge on!

I think the ambiance is better than the food. you pay more for eating dinner with sharks than the food. I still had fun though which is what matters :)
