I have to get monthly blood draws for a medication that i am on and i always come to this location as a walk in. I am in and out within 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. Anderson does the best blood draws ever…

I went here a couple of weeks ago and I was really impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the staff. It was a beautiful facility, clean, very prompt appointments and without a doubt my favorite Quest location!

The new Quest Diagnostics app works great. The office is amazingly nice– I mean, far nicer than any lab I’ve ever been in. But, then, unfortunately, the nurse couldn’t find a vein. She tied the arm off poorly, couldn’t find it after rioting for it for almost a minute and a half. She found a vein in the other arm…
Then, after bringing in a sample, the called me four hours later (I don’t live nearby), and asked me to come back in.
Clearly, the Interns were working unsupervised today.
Avoid. Try Labcorp!

i have regular blood draws every few months & dread them, as i have small difficult veins. i went to a quest location on semoran & had an AWFUL experience. i never went back & drove almost an hour out of the way to go to a phlebotomist i trust. i decided to give this location a chance, since it is in our neighborhood. it is clean, new, the staff is friendly, and the phlebotomist got my vein on one try! highly recommend it!
