It’s been years since I’ve been here. It used to be called the Clubhouse. I liked it better then.

It used to be called the Clubhouse, now its Primetime Bar. The only thing that is primetime about it is the homeless population coming in to get free water or watch the games on the big screen through the windows… i don’t know what makes this primetime at all. Ok, my analogy stinks. The bar has a good happy hour deal, $ 1 drafts and wells, $ 2 large drafts and calls. You can definitely drink for cheap before 7. The place has nice big T.V.‘s for games, but have you ever watched a game on a t.v. that is facing a window, and the whole time a bum is watching a screen behind YOU, and so its like you are staring at each other the whole time… as you look into his soul, and he yours. Creepy. I had a voodoo chicken sandwich, which was greasy but not bad. Gf had the french dip, the au ju sauce was more flavorful then most places i’ve gone, that was a nice surprise. The roast beef was tender. The place was empty so the scene is kinda sad and boring. Even for big games its never a full crowd. My recommendation is bring some change if you are gonna go here… because of the bums of course. Gotta support our local Orlando bum crew. God bless em.

This place looks like a decent sports bar, but lacks any energy or character. We checked this place out because everywhere else we wanted to grab a beer and a burger was full, because of the March Madness games on TV. That should have been a clue when a sports bar is not busy when every other bar is busy with people watching sports. There was one server for the whole place. She didn’t care if we were there or not. The burger and wings were nothing special, but nothing really too wrong with them. We left underwhelmed.

This place is an ok place to watch football or some other sporting event with friends. The earlier you get in, the better chance you have of getting the seats you want and have the game you want put on the TV next to where you are. The wings are good, overall the food is greasy and ok. I only go there with friends to watch sports, but for that it works. The staff initially was quite bad(slow, careless service), but since has improved slightly, depending on your waitress. Some try to be nice, others seem to not care at all. And the bartenders are just ok… but I will keep going back for now.

Went to watch the game to meet with sone friends that live downtown. I had the nachos and two buckets of beer. The buckets were about 10 bucks. Pitchers were Like 8 or 9 dollars. Kinda overpriced for people who like to drink. Nachos were horrible I could t finish them. How u mess up nachos! I don’t know ask them. No table on the living room set up in the front. Waitress brought a table so we could stand up and eat. Very nice of them. Pretty sure I’m not the only one that complained about the lack of table. Is been open how long n no tables? Will go back n give them another chance. Maybe in the main sitting area and when they have drink specials. But wasn’t happy with my 1st time there

The awning is the same, the location is the same, but the name has changed. What once was the Clubhouse is now Primetime. The idea is the same as well– downtown sports bar. There are still plenty of TVs and what seemed to be more tables. It also looked as if some small remodeling had been done to give it a newer feeling. The menu is pretty similar with one item making the leap from the Clubhouse kitchen… the mini corndogs! Overall, great place for pitchers and greasy food with friends.
