The clothes they had in the store(especially mens shoes) seemed dirty. I myself took a bag of clothes in recently, and the man working behind the counter accepted none of it. I couldn’t tell why because he talked too damn fast, but I did hear him say they had been washed too many times. Many of the items I had were washed only once then hung in my closet for a few months too long. Horrid, confusing experience.

I’m really not sure how they pick out clothes to buy from you at this place. I brought in 4 bags full of nice clothing to this location. The attendant was friendly and let me know I needed to fill out a slip and it would be about 25 minutes. Not bad considering last time I took clothes to Plato’s closet in Indiana they told me 1 hr. Went to my car to read a book just because I’m not a fan of stores like these. That many assortment of clothes stresses me out. I came back in about 30 min later. Out of the 4 bags I’d say they picked out 1 bag worth of things(from the smallest of my 4 bag sizes). I saw that they picked out things that I wouldn’t have thought they would. There were clothes in the bags I took back that I was surprised they didn’t take. Mind you, most of the things were relatively good quality Forever 21 stuff, which I’m sure is in the age group they prefer. Anyways, walked out with $ 73 cash(in Indiana I got about $ 120 for about the same amount of things). I guess that’s better than nothing. I’ll probably visit another Plato’s to see if I can more money.

I like this store chain a lot. The clothes they accept are always in great condition and with current style. This particular location is smaller than others I’ve been to but still well organized by size and color. There was not a large selection of expensive brand names but that’s not surprising based on its location. On this particular visit I got several shirts half off the already cheap prices. So $ 3 for a Gap blouse will always get a good rating in my book!
