I don’t know why I ever go here. I’m always disappointed when I leave. Today I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwhich, I love the fact they offer a drive through. I’ve never seen that before, it was convenient. I ordered a Asiago bagel with bacon and egg. The bagel itself was pretty good. The bacon was terrible, fatty and round, never seen that before. The egg was also pretty bad, it was very thin and processed. Not what j expected! The bagel vs the egg and bacon was totally off, felt like I was eating just bread. I won’t be back, 2 stars is a stretch. Staff was nice though.

Woman manager was unprofessional with correcting staff, and her blatant agitation with employees made for an uncomfortable greeting and counter experience. Cashier was friendly and helpful but had no menu knowledge. Requested no cheese on my Mediterranean sandwich but it still came on it. Fortunately the veggie soup was tasty!

Not the best Panera bread. It’s right by a bunch of hotels. Never really gets too crowded which is good. Looks like Sea World uses it to do management interviews(which I thought was strange) the service is always fantastic. Never any lines. But almost every time we have gone(which is a lot as we are always staying at Marriott Timeshare resorts) they mess up my order. Not in a big way. Like extra dressing or something like that… Again Panera is always a safe bet and they are very friendly!!!

Stop by on a trip to the area, we purchased a simple soup and salad, service was friendly. Three stars because the place needs a good cleaning in the dining area…

This location has never got my order right. when I would tell them things are wrong or they made a mistake they didn’t care to change it. Said that’s the order or they said we all make it the same just wasn’t the same. They have gone through 3 managers in a year, no one has been able to get the team together.

Very friendly and efficient, but I only got one cup of dark roast coffee. I don’t know what it is about these places anymore. How do you run out of coffee in a coffee shop at 8:00 in the morning? I mean, I would think that would be when you would have someone around making sure that you do not run out of coffee. I believe part of the problem is the way they expect the customer to serve themselves the coffee, and so they only put on a pot when the customers tell them it is out. By then, your sandwich is cold, your pastry is gone, and dude you are out of luck. I mean they are so slow about making coffee that if they do not have it when you come in, you will not get it when you are ready to leave. I like Panera Bread, but when I want a cup of coffee in the morning, I WANTMYCOFFEE!!! I mean, I hate Starbucks, but they never seem to run out of coffee, why can’t Panera do the same?

Panera saves the breakfast meal of the day on our way to WDW. Power sandwich — ham, egg, cheese on multigrain. Freshly squeeze orange juice. Few minutes later you feel energized and ready to go enjoy your all-day adventure. When in doubt, Panera’s breakfast siempre resuelve.

Good food, ample parking, free wifi and clean bathrooms. What more can you ask when you are on the road and dont want to have any unnecessary delays before you hit the parks. You can also do repid pickup and just go in and grab your stuff if you are in a hurry. Otherwise food is prepared fairly quickly and good quality so you can energize for the day without breaking the bank.

For a tourist spot of Orlando, you’d expect people to be courteous and serving. Unfortunately, this place had nothing but rude workers and a dark attitude about it. While most might dismiss it as just a bad day, this place is consistent with their ways. Food barely came out hot, workers rudely dismissing your needs, and God help you if you couldn’t see where to place the food pager. Go next door to the other restaurants. They will serve you with a better attitude and give you hot food. With a smile.

We all know what Panera’s are about. It’s a huge chain that delivers the same product nationwide. This location always remains clean, offers good service, consistent free internet and a quick turnaround on orders. It serves a few purposes: it’s across the street from Sea World(tourists can come here for a quick meal rather than pay park prices), it caters to locals(believe it or not there’s a good size community behind these hotels) and it also serves those going to conventions at the Orange County Convention Center(it’s only a five minute drive away and can be a great place to check email, have a snack before a show if you aren’t staying within walking distance of the center). Otherwise, it’s Panera, a good place to come for pastries, coffee and average bagels and likely a better choice for sandwiches, soup and ok salads. If it’s simplicity, value and a quick visit you’re searching for this will become a regular spot.

Stopped in for a light breakfast on the way to a theme park. Service was fine, place was clean, food came out pretty fast, and everything tasted like any other Panera I’ve been to. After this experience I can’t really believe how many other negative reviews there are… But then again, I came at a non-peak time. Bottom line: good place for a quick and light breakfast, 3⁄5

Just came in with fam ordered the bagel with cream cheese toasted and a coffe mocha, the bagel wasuke warm when I got it and as soon I sat down the buzzer rang to say my moccha was ready, when to pick up but my order wasn’t rest advised it would be next waited a couple min next order still wasn’t mine I requested they call me when it was ready as my bagel was going cold, got back to my seat and it was cold so I took it to the counter and requested another bagel this time though I asked it to be toasted twice advised mite be burnt I said it was ok, fam had the same bagel which they said went cold straight away mine came back with blackened edges but very toasted spread the cheese on and it was very nice, if coming here please request double toast will make a lot of difference, also mocha very very hot take your time.

Went to Panera Bread during my trip to Orlando because you can never go wrong with Panera Bread and… there was a long wait at Mellow Mushroom next door. I’m running a half marathon the next day so I figure I should order something carb-y and decide on the clam chowder in a bread bowl. I love the bread at Panera so I’m super excited for my bowl of carbs when I’m told by the girl at the register that they are out of bread bowls because the last batch of the evening has been burnt. BAHH! Okay fine, so instead I order the lentil quinoa bowl with chicken. Then I’m told that they’re out of bread and would I mind chips instead? I love me some chips, but I love bread at Panera BREAD even more, so now I’m just plain sad. The quinoa bowl was okay, not exactly what I was expecting, more of a soup and a little too healthy. Oh well, I think everyone else enjoyed their food. I didn’t think the service was as bad as everyone said. I’m just bummed about the lack of bread here. I also think their parking lot sucks and there are not nearly enough spaces. On the plus side, there is a drive thru which I’ve never seen at a Panera before.

Came in here with the family. It is a standard Panera. The prices are always a little steep in my opinion but the same as any other Panera. Food was served hot and fresh just as we ordered it. No surprises. The staff was friendly. I’m not sure why it has such a low rating it seems fine here to me.

Ugh… this panera is like an emotionally distant boyfriend I once had: I know they’ll treat me poorly, I know they genuinely don’t care, but I keep coming back, thinking and hoping something different will happen. I used to get the same thing every time since I’m on a diet and options are few and far between: chicken Caesar salad. Pretty simple. Too simple, in fact. Lettuce, 3 pieces of chicken, and shredded Parmesan. I don’t order croutons. So I ask for extra cheese since I don’t order croutons or take a side that comes with it. Nope, that’s an extra 70 cents for extra cheese. Are you kidding me? Whatever. But I kept coming back. I finally discovered the Thai chicken salad, which is actually pretty good since I can order it without the wonton strips. But let’s talk about the service. Whenever I get a manager on a register, everything is rainbows. But when I come through drive through you would think I was disturbing them and inconveniencing them! One girl, right after the car in front of me got their food and was just driving off, waved her arm around frantically because I wasn’t moving quickly enough to the pickup window. Listen, lady, I have an old car that takes its time moving; don’t blame your crappy DT times on me thanks. So I’ll keep coming back for the damn salad and keep on letting myself down in the process. I’m better than this panera, but I need the low carb options… First world problems.

I am topically a fan of Panera Bread; however, not so much today! I ate lunch here with a friend. I ended up ordering the turkey chili and a grilled cheese sandwich. Thanks to the commercial that lured me in with the turkey chili. I really overpaid for the room temperature turkey chili and the saddest grilled cheese sandwich ever. I was like; can I get another piece of cheese on this sandwich? They toasted the grilled cheese sandwich until the cheese was gone. All was left was yellow coloring on one side of the bread and grill marks on the other side. Well, it will be a while before I come back for lunch. I guess I will just stick to breakfast for now.

Came through in a pinch during our party in Disney Retreat. My brothers are both vegan and vegetarian and this was the only nearby place with options. I will attempt to refrain from mentioning that two of the employees made me wish I was under 21 again. LMAO

It’s a chain and meets the expectations one expects from Panera Bread, good quality is as expected, inside is clean, associates are nice — not overly friendly but still pleasant. The tomato basil bread however was awesome, very flavorful and had a unique glaze to it so I highly recommend sandwiches with it. For convenience it is one of the few that offer both online ordering as well as drive-thru.

This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The employees are indifferent and seem to care less about you as a customer and the poor quality food served here makes it even worse. I’ve had multiple friends get sick after eating their food to the point that cooperate was contacted and they mess up on almost every drive-thru order it seems like. I love Panera and there was a time that I went about once per week but I don’t bother because this is the closest one to me and they don’t deserve my money. The bread on all their sandwiches I’ve had as well as the french baguette are cold and hard like they’ve been sitting out for days, not baked fresh daily as advertised. This Panera does not stand up to their standard and if you live in this area I highly suggest taking the extra time to go to the Dr. Philips Panera because the food always tastes great and the staff is wonderful.
