I really enjoyed the Palm. It is a big restaurant and the decorations for a steak house were very cool. The food was really good. I ordered the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly and it was full of flavor. My husband had the filet mignon and he loved it. I also tried the tuna and it was very good. My my sister had the seafood salad and she couldn’t stop talking about it. The service was above and beyond. The Palm is a must try.

Had a very unfortunate experience at The Palm recently. My coworker and myself got food poisoning after eating there and when I informed the restaurant, they acted very nonchalant. I then got connected to a more senior manager who basically told me that I couldn’t have gotten food poisoning from them since no one else that night had called about getting sick. He said that food poisoning usually hits 48 – 72 hours after eating and that since mine occurred within 4 – 5 hours, it had to have been something else. I have had food poisoning before and it always hits within 4 – 5 hours; not 48 – 72. He offered his apologies but nothing else. Our meal was over $ 300 and I’m a regular customer when visiting Orlando on business but I’ll now be going to Eddie V’s instead! I can no longer recommend this restaurant. Obviously, this restaurant doesn’t value a customer’s opinion.

Outstanding in food, drinks, service and ambiance. You can’t go wrong with ordering anything off the menu. This is why they are the best. The GM Michael, is super attentive and always makes us feel special. The only down side is that there is no downtown location, so the Universal location is a farther drive than I normally like to do to go out to eat. But it’s always worth it.

After very disappointing fare at the universal restaurants went to the Palm last night, sat at the bar, had a wonderful glass of a Super Tuscan, a filet and delicious Brussel sprouts. Traci, the bartender has been with the Palm for 15 years and is a delight. It is very expensive but if rather pay up and have a great experience.

You can say what you want about all the other steak houses, there’s nothing better than The Palm! A true classic with their own unique flair & atmosphere. Their steaks are the best!

I ordered the country Benedict. It was very good. My friend ordered the traditional eggs Benedict. It was good but not as good as mine.

First time ever for a terrible experience at a palm restaurant. I have travelled far and have always enjoyed Palm. The Orlando at hard rock has a problem in the kitchen. Sent a wedge salad back for being water logged. Felt like the lettuce had been frozen. My wife’s filet was ordered med rare and she received it almost well done. The managers and the waiter ere very responsive and the steak was took off the bill. There is something wrong with that kitchen. Palm corporate needs to review this.

I went here with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary and boy am I glad we did. This place was amazing. Exactly what I wanted and expected considering the prices. I will definitely return here for more filet! The sides did not disappoint either. Our server was a nice old man that kept us happy and satisfied.

Everything is awesome here. The best surf and turf. I loved the filet with king crab legs. And, crème Brule for dessert was perfect. Very classy, sit enjoy your company with a nice glass of wine and the perfect atmosphere. Everything here is worth the cost.

The best dinner I’ve had all year! Came here for my birthday dinner… service was amazing, the appetizers… butternut squash soup and crap cakes were out of this world. My fiancé and I both had the 9oz filet… melted in our mouths! The best atmosphere, the nicest people, the amazing food. Will definitely return!!!

To begin with, our server was creepy and pushy. He kept pushing us to become members of the Palm club. I think there were two full pitches and several more mentions. When he brought the bread out, I asked if they had gluten free bread. He went back to ask the chef(really? This is the first time someone’s asked this?!) and said they don’t. Ok, it wasn’t that important, but he kept telling me he could bring out some housemate potato chips. I declined twice. I’m at a nice steakhouse, I don’t want potato chips. He brought them out anyway! Ugh! Anyway, on to my lobster. It was overcooked. The meat was hard to get out of the claws and it was dry. The hash browns were basically French fries stuck together. It was salty and unappetizing. My husband ordered a steak, which was melt in your mouth. Maybe I should have ordered a steak at a steakhouse? I’m a dumbass. The crime brûlée was delicious as well, and the caprese salad was delicious. Not at all worth the cost or the stuffy ambience.

I went out for a solo birthday date and had one of the best meals EVER. There was a lamb shank on special that was to die for — mushrooms/potato/some kind of magical sauce. Seriously outstanding. They have a pretty full wine list and the waitress knew her stuff(I am still a beginner here really) and brought me a few samples before I made a selection. Note on the waitress: they need to clone this woman! She was great. Always there, but not annoying. Cheery, chatty — you can tell she loves her job. I ordered cheesecake and a bourbon flight for desert(barely got through the cheesecake — very rich and I was full)! The flights were really cheap $ 15 for 3 pours. I had a wonderful dinner and experience here.

My goodness was the dinner unbelievable. Yes it was expensive — but it was perfect. Large portions and everything done perfect. Attentive staff — lovely dinner

Food is excellent as is service. Very true to the typical Palm experience. Free validated parking if you know about it. We will go back when in town again.

That was probably the best wait service I have ever had. We ordered a full lobster, and boy, was it amazing! My family all got steak, but I went the chicken route with their chicken parmesan. BUT the best part was the dessert. Gotta get the Donuts!

My husband and I ate at the Palm for our anniversary on May 31. The food was outstanding! I had the Seabass my husband had a fillet and we ordered mushrooms and cream spinach. The food couldn’t have been more perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The only thing I think is strange is all the faces drawn on the walls. I understand it’s a theme, but it’s really distracting from the romantic experience, the food and atmosphere. The service was good, but I felt they came to the table too many times. They should’ve been more aware that we weren’t needing them for any reason.

This Is without a doubt our Favorite restaurant in Orlando. No one does an 18oz New York Strip better than The Palm Restaurant! We order it «rare plus» for temperature. Complement it with sides of their sautéed mushrooms, mac-n-cheese and you are good to go. The friendly staff here is the real draw for us as we are always treated as if we were dining in a friends home. Michael Martin and his team spoil their clientele, so you always come back for more.

I had a speaking engagement in the area and the company I was speaking for took me to dinner here. This place is old school high end steakhouse done the right way. The ribeye I had was downright amazing. The sides(mushrooms, mashed potatoes, etc.) were all superb. The service was also exceptional.

Boy! That’s good! My sister and her family took us here for dinner. I had been with them once before. They normally went to the one that used to be in Tampa. My brother-in-law recommended the veal Parmesan. Wow! It’s huge!!! I had a ton to take home. Best I’ve had in a while. The half and half was also good. Half onion string and half chips. We also had creamed spinach. I normally don’t order spinach, but my sister swore by it. Excellent! My family knew the server from the Tampa location. Alfredo is awesome! He knew all of them and remembered what they normally ordered in Tampa. He was so nice to us and was excellent at recommending a good tequila(our favorite!) Prices are steep, but as they say, you get what you pay for. I’ll have to try a steak next time.

I just had drinks here with a friend after Velvet Sessions the other day. The bar has changed a little bit but that’s ok. The drinks were strong but a little pricy. The bartenders very nice and funny too. Just to let you know the bar in closes at 10 pm but the Velvet Bar closes at 1am. Look at the walls to fine locals
