My experience with Absolut Realty was rocky from the start, all sorts of miscommunication, but I got the condo that I liked and was able to move in without too much trouble. After I moved in they were supposed to send a repair man to fix a drawer in the kitchen, the blinds in the dining room, and I got no response on the broken bathroom cabinet & dishwasher… (although for some reason they did respond promptly for the washer/​dryer) I am incredibly busy and after waiting around on two separate occasions for a repair man that never showed I called it a loss. I lived in the apartment through the end of my lease, always paid my rent on time and thought everything would go smoothly when I moved out especially considering I found someone to move in. What a nice gesture I thought, that they don’t have to work to find someone new. I spoke to Oliver, and he made arrangements with my friend that would be moving in, and as soon as he did he stopped communicating with me altogether. I would call and leave messages, and email and get no response, so I just trusted my friend. My friend said that he had signed the lease, so he moved in and I moved out about 3 weeks before the end of my lease. I contacted them several times to see when they would inspect my apartment since I had paid for carpet cleaning and scrubbed the apartment, but they didn’t inspect it until 4 weeks after I had moved out, at which point the apartment had been dirtied. I was charged $ 450 for «cleaning, carpet cleaning, and new carpet in the master bedroom.» (there was a bleach stain appx. 4×4 inches on the carpet, but last time I checked it doesn’t cost $ 200 to replace a small section of carpet) Don’t be fooled into thinking this rather unassuming couple are good people, they will screw you over. I really wish I had read the many similar google reviews before signing a lease with them.

While looking for a new rental I read some raving reviews about this realty. After taking a look at their website I decided to schedule an appointment to check out a condo.
I only got a chance to view the property with Absolut Realty so I do not have much experience to base this review on. I will say that the service was friendly, timely, and follow up was great. I would use their services again if needed.
