Absolutely horrible. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible experience. Cheap ingredients, everything was bland. This was our first and last time visiting this establishment. When we walked in, a sever buzzed by and said«sit anywhere you want». So we attempted to do so. As we walked through every table needed to be bussed. The ones that didn’t were filthy and needed wiped down. We finally found a booth by the bar that was halfway clean. We sat. A sever came up to take our drink order. The drinks were good at least. We ordered a large calzone well done. We received a small under cooked calzone. My son who loves New York style pizza ordered two slices of pepperoni. It looked they just put pepperoni on top of two cheese slices warmed it and brought it out. Hence the word warm. There was barely any sauce, it too was under done, and needles to say he didn’t even finish eating it. We had to ask for silverware, and parmesan. When it experience was finally over we waited and waited for the server to take our card and the bill. That never happened. We got tired of waiting and just decided to use cash and leave it on the table. As we walked out of course no one was near the door to thank us and invite us back. Beware this is not a New York pizza place!!! Even though they claim too be. Little caesars has better pizza.

Came in earlier today to grab a quick Cannoli. Imagine my surprise when I found this little guy in my dessert after only taking a few bites… Thanks but no thanks. I will NOT be eating here again.

I recently made my first visit here. While the prices are a little high the service was great and the food was delicious!

I just moved to the area, and while moving decided to order pizza while unloading. They called back after I placed my order to say the manager caught a mistake in a deal they gave me and told me they’d have to change the extra $ 9, instead of just forgiving it. This brought the total of 2 pizzas, wings and a 2-liter to $ 50. Totally stunned by the price I asked for the price of each item. the most surprising thing. the 2-liter was $ 5!!! $ 5! After speaking of my disgust to the guy who took my order, and the girl who delivered it, it became very obvious this is all because of terrible management. So there you go, Mr. Manager, because of your greed of $ 9 and gouging of soda prices, you will no longer receive business from me, a person and household who literally orders pizza 3 – 5 times a week.

Love their food, they have great specials and the staff is super friendly! They have the best pizza in Avalon and I love their salads, great house dressing.

The WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! My husband ordered a take out from there hoping that maybe their takeout would be. Wetter than their dine — in service and unfortunately it’s just as bad. We received the wrong salads and when I called to advise them the girl on the phone plainly said«what would you like to do»? Well I would like my correct salad! She said ok well you will have to come back and pick it up. Seriously… Horrible no I’m sorry please come back we will have it ready for you. Or here is a coupon or a free desert. Horrible. To bad the food is great but the service will lose a lot of potential customers.

While eating my pizza which was disgusting by the way, the manager was in the process of firing someone right in front of us. I don’t understand why he did that, made my sister and mom my uncomfortable eating. Just a bad a experience to feel at our first time being there. The owner needs to replace management.

Horrible service. This is not the first time we visited this place try to give it another go after a few months but same result. Needless to say we waiting an hour to get some of our food yes I said some. 2 out of 5 dishes came then the waiter procedu to access what did you have again. What’s the other orders were never entered. Needless to say this was after we watch three groups of people sit down after us and almost done with their food as we got our half order.

The pizza was so dry that I had to ask for extra sauce. The sauce wasn’t anything to brag about. The taste of salt and garlic powder was over powering. I was really disappointed. If you’re just looking to fill your belly then sure, come here. But if you actually like to taste your food while eating it then I recommend making the drive to a better establishment.

I’ve been here a few times and I haven’t been disappointed yet! The pizza is good every time. The only thing that is annoying was they had a coupon listed on their website, yet when I called to order they wouldn’t honor it saying it wasn’t good anymore. There was no date and it’s posted online so it’s not like I got it in the mail a month ago or anything. Anyways other than that I have no complaints! :)

Some friends and I ended up here after walking around for a few hours for a Christmas holiday event in in the downtown Avalon Park area. The interior was a typical pizza place, nothing over the top that made it stand out. It had a lot of booths on the outside and mostly tables that filled up the middle. We started off with a couple pitchers of beer which came out quickly. The garlic knots came out next, and they were delicious, maybe the highlight of the meal for me. Out of the seven of us, we were debating over who was going to eat the last two knots for several minutes before one finally just grabbed it and ate it and ended his part of the debate. Once our appetites were wetted, the pizza arrived. It looked good enough, but it lacked a certain something. I have a saying. «There is no bad pizza, just pizza and great pizza». Ok, maybe I don’t really say that, but this pizza wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. Thankfully, I didn’t do the $ 4028″ pizza challenge(which is on the house if you eat it all). After 3 slices I was done, full, and happy. I see a few reviews for bad service, but I did not have a problem. Everything came out quick, hot, and the waitress was super friendly. Overall, this was an ok place for a late pizza dinner. I don’t live in the Avalon area, so I don’t know what else is out there, but sometimes an «ok» pizza is better than no pizza at all.

We ordered a couple slices of pizza, sodas and a chicken parm dinner. The food was good. The chicken parm entrée is big. Great portion and very tasty. The food came out pretty fast. Only 3 stars because service was so slow even though it was not busy. The server did not check on us for refills and took forever to give us the check and to run our credit cards.

This review is on behalf of my mother(in her words): I am writing to air my complaint about the very poor service that I received at your restaurant. After returning back to our hotel after a long day at visiting Busch Garden, my family and I decided that we would order from the Milano’s advertisement that was left on our hotel door. My son-in-law and I debated between Milano’s and 2 Italians pizza, but he persuaded me to order from Milano’s. What a mistake! We ordered at 10:32 and the delivery did not come until 11:50 and it was an incomplete order. So I called the delivery man and informed him that I did not get our complete order, he told me that it would take 10 minutes to return. Negative! It took an additional hour. My son-in-law had a sandwich and my daughter went to sleep before the first order arrived. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very poor! I was extremely disappointed with the staff’s attitude, slow service, cold and tasteless food! All things considered next time we visit Kissimmee and order for a late night snack, TWOITALIANSPIZZA will get my vote!

I used to love this place, I thought the pizza was okay but not a bad late night snack. I used to order pizza from them all the time and it was always okay. But last time I went in for a late night snack, the pizza was old and flies were all over the pizza, despite this I asked for a pizza(before knowing there were flies) and after he toke a slice and threw it into the oven I noticed the flies, after I got my pizza I noticed there was a fly cooked into mine… they gave me another slice but I wasn’t about to eat that. I got the fried mushrooms and they were good but I paid for them later that night and that was not fun. I will not be going back to this place anymore. It’s unfortunate there aren’t many pizza places around here! At least good ones… STAYAWAY

This place has recently been bought out and the place is not good any more. The service is great but the food sucks. Cooked my pizza and added tomatoes and ham cold who does that. I feel bad for the staff.

My family and I have been here countless times. We usually have good experiences here and the food is good. I especially like the Chicken Parmesan Sub. Also, I am not much of a salad eater, but really like their chef salad(get the small, it’s more than enough). Service has improved since the new owners have taken over, but still could use some work. My to-go orders have been ready on time lately though. Nice little community Italian restaurant.

Since my previous review, I’ve started going to Milano’s fairly regularly — about once a week or so — dining in instead of doing take-out. I get a serious pizza craving for lunch and they’re the one within easy lunch-range that won’t make me ill. They’ve recently moved into the main building of the same shopping center they were in — taking over the space of the old Beef O’Brady’s. They haven’t really done anything to make the space their own aside from taking down the local sports decorations. It feels like something between a pizzeria and a sit-down restaurant. Over the past few months, I’ve found that the pizza ranges from«a-ok» to «ugh». The sauce is still weakly flavored, but a bit of red pepper flakes and garlic is enough to correct it. The crust is the real variable. MOST of the time, it’s decent — slightly chewy yet crisp. Every now and then though — it’s terribly dried out and snaps in half when you fold it(yes, I know that only New Yorkers fold our pizza). Since I visit for lunch, I take advantage of their lunch deals. The pizza deal is alright, but nothing particularly special. Their pasta lunch deals are amazing though. For about $ 8 you get a salad, two garlic knots and a huge plate of pasta. As expected though, their pasta sauce is as un-exciting as their pizza sauce. Their service is friendly and usually pretty quick. I find it interesting that over probably 10 visits at lunch, I don’t think I’ve ever been served by the same person twice.
