My fiancé surprised me with a beautiful and expensive. Watch for Mother’s Day. It was too big so I went in for complimentary resizing. When I walked in I was was warmly told someone would be with me in a moment which I’m guessing was the manager because she was the only friendly one. When I told the woman at the checkout what I was here for she looked to see how many links were going to have to be taken off then said nothing else… Not a approximate wait time if I needed anymore help nothing, but she actually moved me to the side to check another customer out. Listen I know retail and I understand that you can’t give undivided time to one guest but I would have appreciated atleast the offer of anymore help or if I was interested in anything else. I guess just because I’m young I’m underestimated that il make them money. Main reason why this location gets three stars is because usually the staff is amazing and helpful.

I love Michael Kors! Is there actually a woman out there who doesn’t love Michael Kors? Yes, we have a fabulous store in jacksonville, but I just happened to be down in O-​Town on the Fourth of July doing some shopping and I had to pop in here.
I was looking for one bag in particular. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it. But the sales lady was very sweet and showed me some similar bags since she was familiar with the bag I was seeking. I saw it recently in jacksonville at the Michael Kors store and also at Dillard’s. I did like the other bags, but I had my heart set on this one particular bag (I ended up finding it at Macy’s and purchased it there).
Since I was in the store, I decided to browse around. I was there for about 15 – 20 minutes and during that time, three other sales ladies came up to me, introduced themselves with a smile, and offered assistance. Honestly, I was floored by how kind and down-​to-​earth all the sales associates were in this store. I’ve shopped a good bit in Mall at Millenia and it’s pretty common to come across snobby sales associates in these high-​end stores. This was a very refreshing change!
They had some very good sales going on. They even had some bags marked down as much as 50%! There was one that was $ 399 marked down to $ 199 and it really caught my eye. I was quite tempted to purchase it, but I knew I had my heart set on the other bag I came in seeking. In hindsight, I wish now I would have picked up the bag on sale for $ 199 because it was a Fourth of July special only. The bag I wanted and purchased at Macy’s wasn’t on sale and I could have picked it up anytime. Oh well. I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
When I’m in O-​Town and find myself in Mall at Millenia, this will be a store I visit every time.

I ran across some Michael Kors ties some time ago and snapped those beauties up like a kid in a candy store. That guy makes some great stuff!
But if you are a man, this store is not for you. It’s ALL about the ladies at this location in the Millenia Mall. I’ll admit it was nice to walk in and check out his stuff in a physical sense. The man is an artist when it comes to fashion. I did find the ladies here a little snooty and quite full of themselves. Check yourselves sister! This is Orlando, not New York. Just remember where you rest your head at the end of the day… ok?
But I won’t take steam from my boy. Guys, if you want a fast track to the honey pot, pick your lady up a little somethin-​somethin from this high end shop. She will be tearing away at your zipper in short order. If she turns up her nose at anything from here, kick that hoochie to the curb because she is Magic Mall material. YEAH, I said it.
So get on down, buy something for your lady. When she opens up the bag just say, «Whose your daddy.»
