First allow me to explain a little of my experience background story. Let me start by saying that getting ahold of President of USA on the phone would probably be easier than getting ahold of someone in this center. You call and call and call and it just goes to a voicemail. I go to the center for facial laser hair treatment. I have had 2 treatments to far. The first treatment was done at the Clermont office and the Esthetician there helped me book the next 2 appointments at the Orlando center as it is closer to me, one on Oct 1st and the other in Nov 4th. When I came to the Orlando center the laser tech/esthetician explained to me that she was new here and the previous esthetician was no longer with them. I let her know that this was my first time here and I didn’t know the previous esthetician.(You would think that a professional would have done her homework to see if the patient had been there before, prior to start talking about the turn over they are experiencing.) I asked a bit about her background and she let me know that she had done this for 6 years and worked in Miami before. During the treatment she was telling me about a package that they were going to have soon and was trying to sell me more treatments. I expressed interest but shared that wasn’t too sure what I wanted to do as i was a bit afraid of the pain i could experience in certain areas. She said that the equipment she used was better and there wouldn’t be as much pain. She was very persistent that I purchased more treatments right there and then. I let her know that I would think about it and see the results of the current treatment before making a decision. At the end of the session she told me that she had to reschedule the next session(on Nov 4th) due to availability(new esthetician, new schedule…) She scheduled the next appointment on the first week of December, way too far. At the time I agreed trusting her advice but as the time was going by it was getting harder to deal with the situation. When going through laser treatment you are instructed not to plaque the hair, only shave it. Now if the hair was elsewhere maybe it wouldn’t be as challenging but having shaved hair on your face when your are facing hundreds of people daily in your job it certainly becomes very stressful. So I decided to call and see if they had any possible cancellations and i could reschedule for a closer date. After 6 attempts over a few days I was finally fortunate enough to speak to a human being. I explained the situation. The receptionist told me that they didn’t have any openings and asked what time i was looking for. i told her that i typically work very long hours and don’t have set days off but I would make arrangements with my job to be there when they had time. She sounded very annoyed and kept asking what time I was looking for. I then asked her if they had anything at the end of the day. Finally she scheduled me for November 19th @ 5pm. At the time still 2 weeks to the appointment, but way better than waiting another 5 weeks with coarse hair on my face, which by the way seems to be getting worse, not sure if it’s the raiser but it’s worse. I had also decided to move forward with a treatment for a full bikini and half leg and was looking forward to talk to my esthetician about the options. On the 19th I left work at 4pm and what should have been about a 40min ride became 1hr and 15min one due to horrible traffic. I attempted calling the center while I was driving to notify them of the traffic delay but of course the only thing i could get was their lovely voicemail. On the appointment card they have a direct number so i tried that one and I got a voicemail again so I left a voicemail notifying of my delay at about 15 min to my appointment time. At about 5:10pm, when i was about 5min away from 100 Gore street, I get a call from the center. The lady on the phone said that she was calling to reschedule my appointment as i was late and I was the esthetician’s last appointment. I apologized for the delay and explained the traffic situation and let her know that i had tried to reach them and left a voicemail. She put me on hold and after a bit came back on the phone and said that she was sorry but they were turning the machines down and I would have to reschedule. I told her that i was literally 2 min away from their parking lot as shown on my GPS and she put me on hold again. The third time she comes back on the phone I’m turning on their parking lot. She said: «I’m sorry sweety, we will have to reschedule your appointment as the wait time is 15min after the appointment time and it is now 5:15pm and we have to go» I was in shock!!! I told her but i’m here… and she said sorry again and started telling me that she would reschedule me. I thanked her for her unprofessionalism and hung up the phone. I will never return and would not recommend anyone to. BTW i purchase this deal from living social so Idk if they have a special deal treatment as wel
