Major Mulch Installations

Unless you’ve got a HUGE job, don’t waste your time with this company. I needed 11 cubic yards for my home. I called the company and spoke to «Mike» who I think is the owner and made an apt for them to mulch my yard for the following Friday. Friday turned to Saturday, which turned to Sunday, which turned to Tuesday at noon. I had to call HIM every day to confirm the appointment; at which point he would tell me that they would not be able to make it. Not once did he call me! On Sunday when I called to see when they were going to arrive he said they couldn’t make it and gave me a whole list of excuses that I wasn’t interested in hearing; I was sick of his ‘reasons why’. He PROMISED me he’d get my home mulched by COB Tuesday b/​c they were headed to Jacksonville on weds for the rest of the week. I’m having a party at my house on Saturday and he knew from the beginning I just needed it done by then. So fine, Tuesday at noon is fine with me. I call on Monday to confirm the Tuesday NOON appt. Supposedly we’re still on, but of course, its going to be 3:00 and not noon. Fine. That was 3 more hours I could stay at work and not have to take time off. Today is Tuesday, I call him at 2:15 as I’m leaving work to tell him i’ll see him at the house. No surprise here… they’re running behind and wont make it before dark. He asks me if they can come after dark and asks me if I have any lighting in the back yard!!! I am dumbfounded at this point. I cannot believe what I am hearing. Discussions continued about pointing headlights in the backyard, etc… unreal. My husband told me this weekend I was crazy for thinking this guy would actually come through for me. He was so right. I will never call this company nor would I ever refer them to a friend. This might be the worst customer service I have EVER rec’d. I called another company (
) and explained my situation. They’re going to be here at 8am tomorrow. Now THAT is customer service. Just consider this a warning if you decided to call this company.
