Ok so the crab legs and lobster were excellent but the service is horrible, my son didn’t like the kids chicken nuggets because they were rock hard so we sent them back, you get steak with the buffet and we asked for it well done it came out bleeding so we asked him to have them cook it more(attitude is what the server gave us) so when he brings it back still bleeding ok so we don’t want it but then he proceeds to say well I’m not the one cooking it! Ok we know that and we weren’t mad, so we have a 3 dollar off coupon he has a attitude about that, he barely got us refills and then what’s even more insulting is when he brought us the check I put the cash in there and he loudly tells the other guy hey count this for me and they both spread the money across a table in front of every guest as if we were going to short him or run out on our bill, my husband my kids and I will never return to this place again, on top of all of that they leave the desert out all day they barely change out the food so a lot of it is cold and stale, most ridiculous place I’ve ever been too!

The only positive I can give is that, at least the waiter tried to give us some good service. The seafood buffet is a joke… the only food that have warmth in it is the lobster and that is because it is over cooked. everything else is cold and congealed. mind you this is a Friday night .no replenishment or checking if the food is in edible condition. very sad… My husband and I was placed by a window seat. I think it is to make the place looks like there are people eating in there. I am a seafood lover, even if I can eat my fill of it… this just did not cut it… the quality is horrible… toughest lobster ever, hollow tasteless crab legs .and for the price of $ 43 per person … I must say never again.

Not sure the buffet is worth the price but I got my lobster fix. Rather large craw dads but they’re ok. Don’t think this is somewhere I’ll return to. Pretty quiet for a Saturday night. The green mussels were really good and the snow crab legs were kinda hollow. The desert bar looked better than it tasted for sure. The ambience is ok, but nothing good stands out about the place! This place is good if want to eat a bunch but is all about quantity not quality. I’ll go for the higher end buffet next time.

.I had the pleasure of eating at the lighthouse lobster feast for a friends birthday. Why did I only rate it a 3? Quantity not quality. You can eat as much as you want(1 cluster of snow crab/lobster at a time). I was disappointed as the lobster tails were tough, the crab meat fell apart, the mussels were chewy, all signs that the seafood was overcooked/steamed. For the price paid($ 40/lunch), you think they prepare the seafood better. What I loved was the restaurant atmosphere and the amount of different types of seafood offered. If you’re going to want to eat a lot of seafood and don’t care as much about the quality, this place is for you.

What I like about this place is that it is seemingly clean and that service is usually up to par. However, if you’re not a seafood person, spending money here isn’t worth it(Including tip for our group, it was $ 60/person). For the seafood people in my group, they thoroughly enjoyed eating here and were able to have about 2 – 4 plates each of seafood. They have steaks you can order, which is good, but not consistent in how it’s cooked. Salad options could be better. Pastas and every thing else was at least a little above average. If you don’t mind paying the price, this is the place to go to.

Biggest mistake i made. I would give zero star if i could. When we walked in, the restaurant had zero customer. Tables were all empty so as the food. When manager saw us he started to prepare food and told us to wait 10 – 15 min.(?) Only few lobsters were in container and they seemed like leftovers from night before. Lobsters were rubbery, rusty, and tasteless. Worst lobster i had in my life. Other dishes were saggy and salty. It was obvious that they were all prepared at least few days ago. Ate few lobsters, few clams and ended up paying $ 95 for two. What a rip off! Please please please people listen to my advice and dont go to this place. Food not worth a single penny. Everything was trash.

Just got into town and stopped here for dinner. Was a great decision! Everything was really good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great place to eat.

Should have taken the advice from the lady who stopped us on the way in the door who said, «this isn’t good!» Food didn’t have a good flavor, tastes like it had either been frozen too long, overcooked or both. Wanted to go to a local place and didn’t mind spending good money for good food, if avoid this and go elsewhere. Staff was friendly and it was clean but the buffet lacked flavor. Wine tasted of vinegar. Wouldn’t recommend.

17 Aug. 2015: My wife and I decided to drive the extra miles and visit Lighthouse because the competition(which was less than a mile from where we stayed in Kissimmee) was closed until 4:00 pm. Lighthouse opens at 12:00. We got there at 12:30, and were greeted by Chris. He made sure to seat us right next to the dessert bar. The first choice for our meal was the Lobster Bisque. It was so good that we forgot to try the New England Clam Chowder. After that, we went a little crazy with the seafood. Every single thing we tried was AWESOME! Hillerey kept handing out the lobsters, snow crab(both cooked to perfection), and butter, and Chris made sure that we never had to ask for anything. Every bite of food was exceptional, but Chris and Hillerey made our visit special. If you get there for the Early Bird special, you will find plenty of parking. The food quality, preparation, and taste is so good, you won’t mind the cost. You get what you pay for, and at Lighthouse, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy! And be sure to tell Chris and Hillerey that Rick and Carol said«Hi»!

walked in– walked out… Great advertising– if you like that… sometimes you just know its going to be bad– but walking in the place just confirmed it was not«like the advertising”– really? Another reason advertising is good for business– thankfully their is Unilocal

One word: fantastic. It is normally $ 40-ish per person, but they have an early bird price of $ 37.95. Which, for some, might seem like a lot, but considering it is ALLYOUCANEAT seafood(lobster, crawfish, and the highlight, snow crab legs), you’d end up spending about that much for seafood and not get as much. The selection isn’t huge, but it was more than enough variety to keep any seafood lover happy. Plus, as part of the buffet price, they will cook you as much steak to order as you want. The place is very tidy, and they have a liquor license– there are specialty cocktails available. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. In short, we will be back. Awesome.

Great all-you-can-eat lobsters and others. Was here during lunch time, and the lobsters weren’t bad at all with reasonable price.

Worst food what money can buy. Pleaseplease dont go eat here. Worst restaurant in my entire life. Not the service, but the lobster was dried, long ago dead, small, taste like an eraser. I was not the only one, but the other group of peple were even complaining and the server and yhe manager were whispered rhat its what they paid for, and I heard it

This place is fantastic. There were four types of soup. A New England Clam chowder, a lobster bisque and two more(can’t remember). There was a full salad bar, but I skipped that for the clams, oysters, shrimp, popcorn shrimp, lobster tails and crab legs. It was about $ 38 per person. It was totally worth it. There are plenty of chains that you can go to for the same price by the time you buy an appetizer, soup/salad and entrée. With this place you can have it all. You can even have dessert! Although, we were too stuffed to try dessert but it looked pretty good. Our server was Tony, he was very friendly and attentive. The next time we are in Orlando, we will definitely go back.

Well how can i start? Small place and very old school… small portions of food put out at a time and they only give you crab legs and lobster one by one and the waitstaff is horrible we had a guy named chris who was not even close to proper. He was sweating all over and never asked if we needed anything. The owner seemed to be very nice and was always checking on the food which i must say was pretty decent and wasnt overcooked at all

Joseph was great. Looks janky outside, nicer inside. Small selection but crab legs and lobster are hot and plenty.

The place was okay. Initially I was skeptical because the place was empty. But since it was a Tuesday i figured the place won’t be busting at the seams. I am not an expert on buffets but this seemed small. The one great positive was the crab and lobster. My MIL and her sister thoroughly enjoyed the lobster and I the crab. The desert selection was boring. We were hoping that since we are in Florida there would be Key Lime pie. The coconut pie and pecan pie left a lot to be desired.

What a tourist attraction!!! I think I may have caught Lighthouse on a bad day. The service was not good and the all you can eat sea food was not true they never brought out fresh sea food!!!

Don’t come here if you are not an avid seafood lover. This place is heaven for a seafood lover. The crab legs are to die for… We literally ate our weight in crab legs. The lobster was good but the crab legs were even better. The owner and staff are very nice, the rest of the selections are ok too. If you love crab and lobster it’s worth the 40.00 dollar price tag.

I give this place 5 stars and that’s my opinion. I’ll tell you exactly why… 1. The food was a lot better then most buffets. So considering that it is a buffet, it was really good. The lobster was fresh, along with the rest if the food… If your a seafood junkie like myself then this is the perfect place to satisfy your seafood fix without emptying your pockets. So that’s right up my alley. The crab legs were really good and the green muscle was good. I didn’t really care for the fried calamari, however, the fried shrimp(extra lemon) was good… 2. The customer service was excellent!!! MARGIE was so excellent, always at out table and offering her services. Staff was all friendly… MARGIE made our visit special, just one more positive to our vacation! Thanks MARGIE! 3. The staff always made sure the food was full and that their customers were satisfied. Food was hot, and my cup of Pepsi was never empty. I hope you enjoyed this review, and I hope it helps, ENJOY, ENJOY! ENJOy!!! Oh and… I tapped out at 12 lobster… :)))))
