This has been a nightmare. The gentleman who drew my blood accidentally pulled out the needle before taking blood so he had to reinsert the needle in another place leaving me with 2 bruise marks. I asked him to take down info to get the results to my lab. He wrote the fax number down on the back of my order slip. I asked him to write down my medical record number on his form and he said they had the info up front(they didn’t). I also asked that the results be emailed to me and the lab tech said they were not permitted to do that. After four days my lab had not received the results from Labcorp and we only could reach an automated phone system and we could not reach a live person to find out what was happening with my test. No luck online either. We decided we had to physically go into a Labcorp to track this down and started searching for one close to us since we are traveling. In the meantime my lab called and said they would try to reach someone at Labcorp since they had another numer to try. They were able to reach someone and locate my test which Labcorp faxed to them and emailed to me. This has been a very disturbing and unpleasant experience and I would like my payment refunded.

I had one of the worst experiences possible here. Employee named George literally barked and shouted at me for asking questions about their policy. I was treated like a jail inmate. He insulted me, told me I was giving him an attitude & blatantly talked about me to another employee I’m front of my face saying«I don’t want to deal with anything that has to do with her.» I have never been handled in a medical setting as poorly as I was at this office with this employee. This is a medical office and patients should always be handled with care. I have had better customer service by teenagers. Save yourself the trauma and go to another office where you can be handled with respect. Don’t waste your time here unless you enjoy being handled like a second class citizen.
