Not your normal pizza delivery, always takes over an hour Second time I’ve had to cancel my order…

Every time I come in to this location I wait 10 or more minutes. Staff is rude and acts as if they are too busy to help you. Today was my last visit. Very disappointed. Stood at the counter for three minutes before being acknowledged.

Awesome pizza. This is great quality pizza with a really reasonable price. The flavor is out of this world. Staff is all very friendly, very helpful if need advice on what to get! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Get out and try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Really freaking delicious… possibly the best pizza in Orlando(sorry!). I had the opportunity to try Jets Pizza earlier this year and man, it was really freaking delicious, lol. At first glance, I wasn’t expecting anything special. The pizza was loaded with toppings and cut into square slices, which caught me off guard because it wasn’t served like the normal circular pizza. However, now I’m down with the square slice, lol. The pizza seems to be thicker when cut this way. I believe I had pepperoni on one slice and maybe veggie on the other. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly and were full of flavor. Honestly, it was so good that I may have had a slice or two more after that. I would highly recommend Jet’s Pizza for big gatherings and groups. I have a feeling Jet’s is one of those places that never disappoints.

I ordered the NY Bold Fold. Well, it wasn’t exactly as big as a NY slice of pizza. At best it was a medium. I actually ate one slice with two bites! I’m not this big monster either, I consider myself average, 5’10″ 210lbs athletic build… The pepperoni were small but thick cut, I added extra cheese and the Turbo crust flavor. I asked for half the flavor crust to not have the Romano cheese but it was added anyway. Other wise the pizza itself was tasteful and flavorful. I wish the slices were bigger like an actual NY pizza, this pizza should be at least 20″ but it’s more like 14−16″. I’m new to Orlando but I’ve had Jets in Michigan before so I thought I’d give it a shot. I get tired if eating the big 3, Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Papa Johns… Although this order wasn’t what I was expecting I’d give it another shot but I’d try another one of their pizzas. Perhaps their deep dish. Enjoy.

Once again Jet’s reconfirmed why they are my favorite pizza spot in Orlando! I can say I’ve never been disappointed by a Jet’s Pizza(except the time I ordered a single slice). I love the deep dish, but the regular is good too, if that’s your preference. I highly recommend the Turbo crust. They’ll put it on deep dish too! I like to keep it simple: bold pepperoni, Italian sausage and black olive. Awesome every time! PROTIP: Don’t bother buying individual slices. Who knows how long it’s been sitting? Buy a fresh pizza. You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed this pizza, it was super yummy. We also tried the new gluten free pizza, if they hadn’t told me it was gluten free I would have never know. Great place.

I’ve had Jet’s at a friends house a few times so I know I love their pizza. I ordered it online for delivery for the first time today and was seriously disappointed with the service. After 30 minutes past my stated delivery time, I called the store and was told that the driver had a large order to deliver before me. My pizza was delivered 1 hour late(1.5 hours from ordering), it was not hot, and was missing the side of sauce I paid extra for. The pizza is great but the experience is not worth the hassle OR the price.

Orlando doesn’t have many choices in Chicago-style pizza, and the Jet’s Pizza chain isn’t one of them either. But they make a very good thick-crust pizza, one which doesn’t feel heavy. Quick reminder that my reviews always are based on comparing apples to apples. I’m not gonna compare a(Michigan-origin) chain like Jet’s Pizza with the original, family-run Pizzeria Uno or Gino’s East, in Chicago. Nope, the star-rating and description is based on comparisons to other pizza chains like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, Little Caesar’s and a host of others, small and large, as well as a comparison to other Jet’s Pizza When you want a fluffy crust pizza, puffed up nice and high, and you want it delivered, Jet’s is your place. 1. The thick-crust has a beautiful, bready, yeasty, floof to it. The ample toppings float on top. It’s not merely a thicker chewy crust as you’ll get at Domino’s or Pizza Hut. 2. Toppings are good quality, and amply dispersed. They’re all extra cost and not overly cheap, but for the quantity you receive it’s a great value. The cheese is slightly under-salted in a good balance to the slightly over-salted crust. 3. The thick-crust is buttery on the edges and beautifully carmelized every time for that crispy crunch. The crust pieces are so popular there’s an option to get a large pizza where every piece is a corner-crust piece(they do this with two small pizzas side-by-side.). 4. Jet’s has salad, somethings hard to find any more at fast-food delivery pizza places. The salad choices are generously decorated with meats and cheeses(antipasto), garden vegetables, Feta and olives(Greek) or a Chef’s salad. The dressings are a bit corn-syrup loaded, but that’s a minor issue, since it comes to your house, and you probably have your favorite dressings handy in your fridge. 5. There is a Jetzee option for the sub sandwiches where they can be made with pizza dough instead of the bread. It makes for the best sub sandwich in the fast-food pizza market. While I saw this option at one time in this location, I couldn’t find it on the menu today. 6. There are«boats» which are very calzone-like sandwiches on which I can’t report since I’ve never had a calzone in my life that wasn’t bone dry and simply awful. It’s just a bad idea anywhere. 7. Jet’s doesn’t deliver as fast as the other chains, and is usually later than the promised time, but it’s worth the wait because the pizza is done right, fresh and hot. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a delivery where I wasn’t either the first delivery, or the only delivery for that driver. You might be able to do better than a Jet’s Pizza in fast-delivery pizza in a bigger city, but here in Orlando with somewhat limited choices, most of which are national chains, Jet’s makes a great choice. And no, it’s not Chicago-style pizza, but it’s good enough that we can overlook that little issue when we order it once in a while. We’ll feast on a great crust with those perfect crispy edges — and every piece a corner piece. Oh yeah.

I had ordered pizza from here before and it was okay, so when my friends wanted pizza I suggested this place. We asked the girl who answered the phone how much a 2 topping pizza was going to be and she said $ 10 then after she finished putting out order in the price of our pizza somehow jumped to $ 16. After a few minutes of back and forth the manager got on the phone and was very rude. He eventually offered to discount our pizza but we said just to cancel it. The pizza is a little better than average, but the employees will make me not come back.

Suprisingly friendly staff ensured my first and subsequent orders were made perfectly to order. The first meatball sub I had was perfection — the best meatball sub I have ever had, but the second I ordered for delivery was just okay. My husband ordered the hot sauce on his wings and actually sweated while eating them. Despite the tears and swearing, he thought they were delicious. The pizza is well made though I prefer a pizza with better balanced ingredients — the sauce is a little overpowering. I’d order again due to the great service and the quick and friendly delivery. If I receive the next several orders with consistent meatball/pizza goodness, I might just raise the review a star.

It’s tough to find really good deep-dish pizza at a reasonable price. Jet’s has it. Less than $ 12 for their six-piece deep-dish and you’ve got a meal for two. It’s great!

Nothing fantastic about this. I got a medium round with pineapple and ham. Decent. Nothing fancy but way better than Little Cesar’s. Hits the spot for a few bucks which is what I needed since I had a 15 year old in tow who wanted pizza. Not a bad value for your buck.

If you are craving deep dish style square pizza, look no further than jets. The pizza was exactly what I thought it should be. I kind of feel that little Cesar’s deep dish option for $ 7 bucks gives this place a run for its money though. The cheese sticks were good and the chicken wings were about average. But saucy, deff were the frozen reheated variety. This place probably would have earned a three based on the food, but the staff got it an extra star. Two gentlemen who helped me were of the highest class of customer service. They asked if I needed plates or napkins(this rarely happens anymore). They even gave me a 15% off coupon for my next visit. Their service alone would have me back regardless of the average food quality.

the quality of the pizza is great. my husband is addicted to the ranch. the place would be even better if there were more locations and the prices were a little better or they offered deals. I have a family of 5 to feed and that can get very expensive very fast when you need 2 big pizzas.

Pizza was excellent but the wings were disgusting. They were mostly fat and overall very soft. Plus we asked for mild and were given hot sauce instead. Would go back for pizza but skip the wings.

Love the Detroit deep dish, but love the thin crust even better! The bar-b-cue chicken pizza is delish and the cinnamon sticks are highly addicting! We’ll be regular customers for sure!

Decent deep dish. Stopped here after a late night and wanting some pizza. Just got a couple slices of pepperoni. The staff were really nice.

Detroit style pizza. There’s a reason why no one really knows what it is: its just a deep dish pizza in a square. Most of the dish is filled with bread/crust(as opposed to Chicago style, where its filled with cheese and toppings/fillings). Its what people refer to as «Sicilian» pizza. So what makes Jets Pizza different? Not much. Don’t get me wrong: its probably the best deep dish/Sicilian style pizza I’ve had. But that’s not saying much. Crust is crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. Its perfect for what its trying to do. But I’ve never been much of a fan of the«more bread» pizzas. I got an extra cheese with pepperoni and everything was cooked perfectly and I was satisfied with what it was. It just didn’t move mountains or shake up my world. I never get cravings for this kind of pizza, but its worth a shot if you’re looking for the best kind of what it is. Especially if you’re about to go to Uno. Don’t go to Uno pizzeria! Get Jets!
