Fossil Store

What a great store! I have bought Fossil products before for myself and for others so I often browse the Fossil store in malls. I had never been in this location before because who goes to City Walk to buy a watch? But that’s how they got us. Great service the entire visit.
We were browsing here to kill some time between dinner and our movie when we found the perfect watch for mister. We had the help of a visiting Fossil rep/​trainer named Nate who really was on the same page as far as what we were looking for if we were to purchase a watch. He got the style, price, and fit just right. We were sold and I decided why not just finish the deal and buy it now instead of purchasing at another location later as I had intended to do. The regular store employees were helpful and kind also. Great shopping experience despite the fact that City Walk is not my idea of a good place to shop. The unplanned moment turned into the perfect buying experience.
Now I’ve got my eyes on something for myself, too. Bags, wallets, watches… ah. Until next time, Fossil.

I love popping in here while walking around CityWalk to take a look at the watches and the bags. There once was a time in my life (back in my 20s) when I was oblivious to Coach. I know, for shame, for shame. Anyway, during my 20s, I still hated cheap Walmart type bags, so for years I carried Fossil bags. They average around $ 80-​$ 100 each. Not too bad. And they were and are well made leather bags. They are made to last. I’m real big on the whole «You get what you pay for.» Spent more money on something and it not only looks better, but it’s going to last a lot longer.
Even though I no longer use their bags myself, I still enjoy looking at them and I have bought them for my daughters as gifts in the past.
I also have a serious love for Fossil watches. Always have! They always have really cool, neat, unusual watches. I just want to buy them all! I don’t wear a watch very often (we can thank cell phones w/​their clocks for that), but I do wear them occasionally and when I do I want it to be something that stands out. Fossil watches definitely stand out. They are also affordable and purchasing one won’t feel like your wallet has been raped.
Love the employees in this store. They are always smiling, friendly, and helpful. They never mind spending a ton of time with me if I want to look at and try on a dozen watches. They’re also very knowledgeable.

Walked in and the manager literally says to his employees who greeted us kindly, «don’t worry about selling shit to customers just clean up.» Horrible management, decided not to buy the watch I liked solely because of the comment.

My friend wanted to stop in here to browse to kill some time. We had a positive experience considering we did not purchase anything. The sales associates were very friendly and personable especially after finding out we were locals! They were happy to let us try on watches and I loved how the females wore some of the products to model during their shift. Great way to market and engage with customers.
Lots of nice, quality leather products. Worth a stop in if you’re looking for a nice gift for someone or to treat yourself!

Good selection of watches, bags, and wallets. Really classic looks and an assortment of colors for both Ms and Fs. The kicker? Outstanding, friendly service at this location.

Having a particular love for watches, I always make it a point to stop by and discover the new additions to the already awesome Fossil collection. I am a freak. I would buy a watch a week if I could. There is something so alluring about a nice/​cute/​funky/​fun/​glittery watch.
One for every occasion is what you find. The beauty of these watches is the look without the $$$. Fossil is affordable and awesome. The added plus is that the employees are very nice and helpful no matter how packed this place always seems to be.
I have purchased more than one watch at this particular location.
