worst experience, had a early morning appointment told the female representative with short black hair we'd be right back. She scheduled my car for pick up late afternoon without my consent. So when I went back after waiting 3 hours, asked what's taking so long she says oh you didn't give me a time I thought it was understood your not in a rush. She was so sassy as if it's my fault you miss understood. Why would a customer schedule an early morning appointment if they wanted to leave their car with you all day just for an alignment. Which by the way wasn't even done correctly, ended up having to take it to another Firestone 2 days later for repair. They even told me it's like they never touched your car. They definitely don't value customers time.

I had a good experience here. My car was acting funny on the way to work, and this was the only place open before 8. I dropped my car off and, long story short, everything was fixed in about 3 hours.
I spoke to a lady named Vincella, and she was friendly and answered all of my questions. She gave me a breakdown of all the parts and labor. The markup on the parts seemed a bit high, but that’s to be expected I guess.
All in all, I’d use this location again.

All I needed was to have a headlight replaced. Waited over an hour for them to even bring my car back, even though I had made an appointment.
They took the cars of 2 men that came in after me ahead of mine. I’m sure they must have had appointments, but so did I. My car just sat out front while the men’s cars were serviced. Eventually I had to go ask them when they were going to take my car back to do the repair. They did not apologize or indicate they had forgotten in error or anything. I get it, it’s a simple repair and anyone can do it, but then have someone do it and then move on to the repairs that take longer. Or tell me there’s going to be a wait or something!
I had a lot I needed to do that day and I felt that it was disrespectful. If I were a middle aged man I’m sure my car would have been brought back right away just like the 2 middle aged men who came in after me.
That said, as soon as they brought the car back, they completed it in like 10 mins and I was on my way. Just wish they had prioritized me as a customer sooner.
Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Women, especially younger women, I’d be slightly wary of this place trying to take advantage of you. Maybe they won’t, and I’m sure it depends on who’s working that day, but just pay attention if you get your car serviced here.

For the last two years I have been a loyal exclusive customer of the narcoossee Rd location, as my work is within walking distance, I leave the car as I go to work, and walk to pick it up when I get off work. My car has 50k miles and never had anything done to the brakes. To budget I asked can I get a brake inspection and tell me a percentage left on brake pads? I was told it had a $ 10 inspection fee. Ok, no big deal, I’d save more than $ 10 if I can catch the pads before they grind metal on metal. I never got an answer. On my next visit today, I asked what was the answer as I didn’t get one, and a guy in a red polo shirt, assumed to be a manager, told me he would have them inspect it and get the percentage to me. I picked up car and inspection report tech fills out has nothing written under brakes. I asked the counter guy who told me ‘Yeah, Probability its half” I asked him is that fact or is he guessing. His answer to my question was asking how I would like to pay. I’m done. I used them excluively and I loved it when Annie the previsous manager was there. You would ask a question and you get an answer, and if she didn’t know it, she told you to your face but she would find out. I respect honest answers. Do not guess.
The only reason I gave them two stars is because of two prior years of excellent service, but I won’t be back. I wonder if there is a way to find out which location Annie is at now, as I’ll go there if she is still with the company.

I had a nail in between the tread of my tire and they said I needed to get a new tire. They said the tread runs from a 10 to a 3– 10 being a new tired and great– and that my tires were a 7 yet needed to all be replaced. I was asking several questions because I didn’t understand why they couldn’t patch it. The nail was maybe a little over an inch long and a few millimeters in width. They insisted on getting a new tire and coming back to replace the other 3 within the week so the tires matched. I went to discount tire for a second opinion and they patched it FOR FREE in under 20 minutes and guaranteed the patch for the life of the tire. I waited for over an hour at Firestone to have nothing done with my tire and to be mislead. Maybe it’s because I’m a young females that this happened but I felt taken advantage of.
This is the second time I had poor service here and I will not be coming back. I would like to be respected and treated like they would treat their own family.

People are all nice, and service might be good. The office is very clean. You can walk to some shopping or coffee shop. Estimate time is not accurate… With appointments, first time, I waited almost 2 hours just for oil change where I was told it will be about an hour. and second time, oil change and inspection, I was told it will be a little bit over one hour and I ended up waiting 3 hours… unless you are dropping off the car, and won’t return all day, it wouldn’t be recommended… No sense of time…

It’s hard to find a car service center where you feel like you can trust what they’re telling you. I’ve been burned in the past and it leaves you with a little distrust moving forward. I am really glad that I found this place because we just moved back to the area and our mechanics are much too far away.
I dropped my wife’s Infiniti off for an oil change and was waiting for them to call and tell me about all the $ 40 items they needed to switch out (filters, wipers, etc). Everything was fresh in the car so I knew they would be full of it if they said anything, so I guess I was kind of testing them to see how they did business.
I’m really glad to say that I got a call much sooner than anticipated and they didn’t try to sell me a thing. The young lady I spoke to actually mentioned that the car was in such great shape for being a 2010 and we didn’t need anything other than the oil change and it was ready to be picked up. Best part… pick it up and it was $ 23.
My father in law moved into Lee Vista about 6 years ago and always uses this Firestone. I’ll def go back for oil changes and any other work needed. I don’t throw around 5 star reviews, but these guys earned it.

We just moved to this area so didn’t know there was a Firestone close by. I took it first to the dealership to get it fixed. They wanted to charge me 550.00 plus 45.00 to look at the car. Not to mention the guy there was already telling me he knew how expensive it would be just by listening to the car. Wow. A friend told me I should call Firestone. When I did, George told me to bring the car in and he would let me know. They were so much nicer, and got the job done for less than half of what they were going to charge me at the dealership for the same thing. He explained things to me and then went to work. They stayed to make sure we were taken care completely and went absolutely above and beyond. They will forever have my business and I will be telling everyone about the service I received — at both Firestone and the dealership. I am very thankful for the work they did and the way I was treated.

Extremely disappointed with this location.
My car was sent here after my compressor broke and caused my serpentine belt to break as I was going down 417. Since I could only be towed 5 miles this was where they could take it. They decided to replace the compressor as well as the entire A/​C system because their was a leak. It was a good chunk of work and in the end it was about $ 2000. I had to apply for their credit card because I wasn’t able to pay for that on my own… and the manager tried to offer me a discount and brought it down to $ 1800. However, a few days later and the whole system completely failed. When I took it to another Firestone shop they said that this store «had no idea what they were doing…»

Excellent & professional service sums it up. I set up an appointment in order to inspect a tire that was leaking and it was taken care of quick and cheap. I received a new tire at a discount since I have had other work done in the past. I was not aware that Firestone is connected to Tires Plus. This store is very clean and it seems they have more bays than most other repair shops I’ve seen. They did not attempt to sell me on any other service and that is always appreciated.

I’ve been coming to the Firestone on Narcoossee Road ever since they opened. They go the extra step to do a job correctly and they can be trusted to do the job right. They are the only auto shop that I will do business with now.
Call for an appointment because they are really good at what they do and are in constant demand.

I’ve been here twice, once for a flat and once for an oil change. They fixed the flat on the spot, and to top it off, it was free since I bought the coverage when I bought the tires! The oil change went smoothly since I made an appointment, and they do not have high pressure sales people. Honestly, with it being a chain store, I thought it was going to be an ordeal. I will be coming back for sure.

This Firestone is great, They don’t try to find everything that you don’t need to charge you 3,000.00 out the door when you came in for an oil change. I took my lifted jeep Wrangler in expecting them to find 25 things at least wrong with it. they gave it a clean bill of health. And a special Thanks to Giovanni for being so Professional. I would take any of my vehicles back anytime with confidence … 5 stars
