FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I use this Fed Ex location both for personal and work related shipping. They are fantastic, especially since I travel extensively. Nothing is easier than having all of my personal shipments delivered, and held, at this location, which is so close to my house. Versus the normal post office, which would leave stacks of boxes on my front doorstep. Which is dangerous for a myriad of reasons, theft of items being one, and letting criminals know «hey, I’m not home!» Everyone who works here, has been absolutely professional, and courteous.

The worst… I just needed to print one file and the woman working was not at all helpful it was like I was following a Bread crumb trail of hints to why nothing was functional in the store.

I’ve been here numerous times in the past few months as I don’t have a printer at home (I know, lame) and occasionally need to print things out at a moment’s notice. I stop in here to use their computer/​printer and get what I need quickly and efficiently. I can’t say much else about this store since I don’t have any experience interacting with the staff or any other feature of the store, though this location is convenient, the equipment works and the prices for Internet access and printing are fair and inexpensive.
I’m sure this store is much like, if not practically identical, to the others in the chain like it, so there’s not too much I can really say, especially since my interaction at this store is with the computer and printer and not the staff. Regardless, this is a convenient location (in between Edgewater Dr. and I-​4) and the staff does seem friendly, as I’ve been greeted while walking in and addressed as I’ve left. If I ever need anything from here that doesn’t involve me simply using the computer/​printer, then I’ll be sure to keep it in mind and update the review. For now, this store gets a solid though unexciting and nondescript 4 stars.
