CVS/pharmacy

I came with the flu to the pharmacist who suggested that I take Tussin dm for my cough and sore throat. A week later and still have the same cough. I came back and saw the same lady who just told me to see a doctor. I know they cold and flu over the counter medicine which supposedly its the whole purpose of CVS. I would expect the pharmacist they are to know about medication and be able to give advice. How am I supposed to get medication from a place that is not even knowledgeable about the medicines they give to people, especially something as simple as a cold or flu or over-​the-​counter medication? I would rather go somewhere where someone is not rude and like helping the customers and knows what they are talking about. This place is not it!

The worst out of the small chain pharmacy company’s, definitely not as good as Walgreens.
