OVERPRICED, UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, AND DONT ASK questions they dont know the answers, buy somewhere else, i think the clerk was on something

woah, so i never really enjoy head shops because i think that they are tacky as fuck and everyone in there is super tacky, this was not the case.
I came in looking to purchase a piece (i usually order online)
the sales clerk who was a short girl with even shorter hair is what made this sale happen, i was a lil reluctant about purchasing the piece after looking at it on my own, but she talked me into getting the bio with the 3 hurricanes over the soft glass piece i was looking at.
she was very estastic, charming, and super knowledgable. i felt super comfortable with her in the atmosphere and will gladly come in and purchase more.
anyway props to this shop for giving me the first non tacky headshop experience of my life

I parked behind the shop and was greeted by a homeless man singing and going to bed in an alley. What a great start. I went to pick up some flavored papers and the selection was much less than other places I’ve been to. On top of that, when the person behind the counter asked what I needed, instead of suggesting papers like I wanted, he was endlessly pushing me to get these premade blunt cones. When I clarified they weren’t papers, he insisted they were so much better. I ended up buying both papers and the blunt because he wouldn’t take no for an answer and I’m not happy with the blunt cone he pushed me so hard to get. So I never really want to stop here again.

Just moved here to Orlando and this shop is amazing!!! Every incense you can imagine, every herb and you feel the positivity upon arrival. Sierra and Kyle were amazingly helpful and knowledgable of each product. Nothing less than 5 starts!!!

I visited this shop today and could’ve hung out for hours looking at glass! I was greeted immediately and both people working went out of their way to fulfill my needs. They have an incredible selection, top quality glass and GREAT customer service! HIDDEN GLASS ORLANDO GIVES CLIMAX 2 THUMBS UP! I will definitely be visiting this store again!

We lucked out and came in on their birthday sale, so that was awesome. This shop is great. Awesome, artistic glass. Nothing but positive vibes and a friendly staff that is well educated on their products. We bought the Da Buddha vaporizer and absolutely love it! Highly recommend this shop.

Climax is the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. This is why I have gone there and only there for the past 2 years. When you go to a smoke shop you want to feel welcome and relate to the employees, this smoke shop has the full customer experience and I recommend it to all of my friends.

The shop workers were friendly and knowledgeable; they weren’t lazy and did not have a holier than thou vibe that many other places are known for. Attentive and polite throughout the entire process, they made my shopping experience worthwhile.

So… I’m not a smoker. Well, to be truthful, I used to be a smoker, but I quit about 22 years ago. There were always things I missed about smoking… the social aspect, the smoke, etc. Yes, I’m pretty sure I have an oral fixation.
I was hanging with a friend who was smoking a Blue e-​cig. I said «hey… can I have a hit?». He said yes and I did. Wow! That was cool! My next question is do they make them without nicotine? Sure they do. I thought about it for a few days afraid of what my partner would say to me taking up a new «habit». I googled «smoke shops orlando» and found Climax Smoke Shop right in my neighborhood.
So, I will admit I’m a little nervous going in because I just don’t want to look stupid. I had drug my partner along (he didn’t take it that bad) with me for moral support. Once in the store (cool vibe by the way) a nice guy named Ken offers to help me. I don’t know the right name for what I want, but he’s nice and chill and doesn’t make me feel stupid. He shows me the disposable vapor cigs (without nicotine) and he also shows me the regular e-​cigs that you use liquid to fill a tank. Seriously, this guy is really nice and cool.
He seems to be having fun watching me try the different flavors and keeps offering more. I pick out what I want and pay. He even took the time to show me how to fill the e-​cig and how to «lock» it so I won’t accidentally turn it on.
Cool guy. Cool place. I will be back.
