Consistency across the board. Can’t complain with this place. Always get the viet sea salt coffee, Unsweet green tea lychee jelly and jasmine milk tea. Don’t forget to check in for 10% off and on Thursdays it’s 20% off. Boba in the Florida mall Area is your only option so it’s the best place to go!!! Enjoy!

I love Boba Tea! This place is my go to place for feeding my love for boba tea in central Florida. This is always my last stop when leaving Orlando. This place is amazing. Great staff and service.

Good friendly service. The drinks always come out quick and delicious. I also live their punch card program. My recommendations are Vietnamese iced coffee with sea salt cream or the passion fruit slush with jelly. They have coupons if you check in to Unilocal you get 10 percent off.

Huge selection of bubble teas! I’m glad I made the extra effort and drove here with my wife. Fresh fruits in some(you have to ask) and they have multiple flavors of jelly’s and bubbles. Seating is a bit on the small side so anticipate taking your drink to go just in case. Make sure you do your research on flavors before u come here because there are a TON.

The shop is located in a strip mall, there were several CB looking people around which made my wife a little nervous, but otherwise it was OK. It was a used video game store was rechecked out and purchased a PlayStation two game as well as a movie, king of New York. In the store my son wanted to buy her some macaroons and he did that, however the weird thing was is that they didn’t have many of them out most were empty and the ones he did ask for the seven were out of until he asked for a vanilla one which they went and got for him while they were in stocks were people could get to them I don’t know, goes also frozen cold so we had to wait a while before he ate it which also is very weird. I’m a signage for the checkout there wassome weird messages for the customers something to the effect of how to put your straw in for your tea it’s really awkward to read that and extremely condescending, especially to a paying customer it was a strange vibe, it also took them forever to check us out buying only one cookie, A macroon. However the cookie itself was exceptionally delicious according to my son and well worth a visit

Cute little place, recommend the earl grey, crème brûlée, and PB&J macarons. They believe in the Boba Gods, I love different cultures! That’s not a joke, it’s written on their board. Place looks clean, easy listening music sets the mood.

Wow. What a spectacular café to experience amidst sweltering florida heat. Delicious little macarons, amazing boba milk teas. Just wins all around, plus the café is perfectly sized, cozy, and a powerful A/C blasting cold air for the heat exhausted clientele. I brought my bf here for his first time boba drink and it was an overall fantastic experience, also had the pleasure of trying and purchasing several different kinds of macarons, my favorite being espresso, and Nutella! Fairly priced, and a must to go to place for perfect boba teas.

Nothing will ever compare to chewy boba tea. They make the best drinks & the macaroons are always fresh. Highly recommend!

Drinks are still great but I can’t stand the ‘reimagining’ or whatever they’re doing with the menu. It’s too ‘business’ and ‘modern’. This is suppose to be fun and upbeat not grey, silver, dark, and bland. The electronic menu looks out of place next to the fun, bright, happy chalkboard.

First time here def won’t be the last! Lots of variety, friendly staff, delicious product. I got the passion fruit jelly in a strawberry tea. Boyfriend got the almond smoothie with honey boba. Both amazing. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Been a long time boba fan. As a west coast local, finding a good boba place is difficult in the south, but this place is legit. Boba is just the right level of chewy and the mixed jelly… is well mixed jelly. Get the watermelon. REAL watermelon pieces inside. Definitely refreshing and always tasty. TLDR: Bobas cooked right. Watermelon is great. This place is legit.

I’m not sure if the place has adjusted their times to be accurate, but I had an excellent customer service experience here. She’s a really nice pale girl there who is bubblier than the drinks they serve. I don’t know her name, but she’s excellent at what she does. My drinks are always consistent and delicious, the boba is chewy, and I’m not sure what else to say. I am a fan for sure.

This is my favorite place to get boba, they have so much to choose from and the tapioca pearls are always the right texture and flavor. The people that work there are pretty cool to and very helpful if you don’t know what your doing or just don’t know what to choose and they also don’t mind doing special orders.(Example) I didn’t know if I wanted chocolate or almond and I asked if I could get both and the lady that was working at the time said it was no problem and it was the best thing I’ve ever had.

3⁄2016 update New people working the counter, great improvement. I was greeted immediately upon entering(Ok, YES, we were the only customers — but still, there are many places that ignore you). Anyways, all questions were answered about the menu AND tasters were given of the drinks. My daughter was craving boba tea, so she got that with some additional«stuff» put into it(boba and something else that I can’t remember). Honestly, I don’t like boba tea, but at the time it was about my baby girl :) . Big board with alot of daily specials(check out my pics). Friendly staff, clean little store, expensive macaron cookies(wasn’t in the mood to spend $ 2 a cookie today — so no review for the cookies). Check it out if you are into boba tea. Kudos to the young man at the counter. Hope to see you when my little one is craving the Boba.

We were craving for some good bubble tea and this one missed the mark. It could be because we came in close to closing time. Had the honeydew boba tea and it tasted like powdered, watered down boba tea. The boba itself was cooked perfectly. Not too hard or mushy. But at least we got a 10% off for checking in.

They simply have the best boba tea I’ve ever tried. No one can compare. It’s so fresh, while other places serve you some drink that taste made out of a packet. Truly the best boba tea around! I highly recommend them, even if you don’t like boba, give these people a try! They will chance your mind !!

It has been awhile since I visited this place and it’s changing! New drinks, new chalkboard specials and deals, all amazing changes! There are new chalkboards on the walls with new ‘off-menu’ drinks and daily specials. While I’ve never over-indulged enough to see these specialty drinks as ‘too expensive’(a common complaint in their reviews across the 3 stores), I still think it’s an awesome idea! I myself saved 10% by checking in on Unilocal. I grabbed an Almond Joy with coffee flavoring and jellies and it was in-fucking-credible! Best drink I’ve had there yet. My guy got a somethingmango and it was fantastic as well. There were a few iffy changes, though. The physical menus were weird, modern-ish looking, and generally not the image Chewy Boba has ever had. I really hope they didn’t make too many of them and that they aren’t actually trying to mimic the ‘modern’ look of that disgusting chemical boba place in the mall. They changed the lid stuff to something cheaper. After about 20 mins both of our lids had huge tears in them just from normal use. Before, with the astrological sign plastic tops, they never tore larger than the straw. The straws also feel thinner. Were people really hurting themselves and blowing drinks up that badly that they had to switch to weaker materials so you could just touch them to break through? Either way, still one of my favorite places in Orlando! Ooh, I wonder if they changed the tea recipes… I’ll have to try one next time!

They always have lots of flavors to choose from and can mix flavored milk teas. Personal favorite taro and coconut with boba or the avococonut.

Love Chewy Boba! I always have the avocado smoothie. They always accommodate my request for light condensed milk. For anyone new to Chewy, they specialize in smoothies, slushies, teas and other drinks with optional jelly type goodness called boba. They also have macaroons in various flavors. A cool place to stop by for a drink!

I feel like their drinks are powered. I got the Thai Tea was not good at all. All I tasted was the milk and the tapioca had a weird taste. I’ve had Thai Tea before and drinking this one, it stained my teeth. Maybe I just have high exceptions since California boba is 100 times better. I would not come again.

Every boba tea I’ve tried has been consistently very good. Once in awhile, they don’t put enough ice and my drink becomes watery and warm a lot quicker, but it isn’t enough to write a negative review about alone. My biggest gripe with this particular branch of Chewy Boba is their opening and closing times – I came at around 10:30AM on the weekend and they were supposed to be open and they weren’t. This evening, I went in at 7:25PM and the lights were off… really? With bubble tea places opening left and right and becoming more popular, you would think they’d keep their hours consistent to keep customers coming. Apparently not. I’m very disappointed.

It’s a must stop spot when I’m in Orlando — seriously. It’s soooo good. They have gobs of flavors and will even mix something else if you ask nicely. Tons of boba or gel options here, too. Don’t skip the stamp card if you think you might be back — become a frequent boba(I don’t know if that’s what they call it, but they should).

We’ve made it a habit to come to Chewy Boba every single week. My son absolutely loves it and so do we. He always orders The Hulk, because well, green is his favorite color and it’s delicious.(It’s green apple flavored) The hubby and I always try to get something new every time we go. However, our most favorite is the Almond Joy smoothie and the Peanut Butter and Jelly smoothie. I haven’t had one Boba Tea that’s been just ‘okay’. They’re always fantastic. The shop is small but very clean and ‘hip’(or whatever word is being used now). My son especially likes that they have board games that you can borrow to play with while you drink your tea or smoothie. They also sell macaroons, but we haven’t had any, but too pricey(but that’s how macaroons always are everywhere). We love this place!

Visiting Orlando and needing a break from the 20,000 steps you’ve walked in the heat and humidity? Look no further! Chewy Boba is a solid place to get your bubble tea fix! If anything, it’s a place with chairs and A/C. After a somewhat disappointing experience at China Tea, I gave up hope in the Asian offerings of Orlando, FL. Chewy Boba proved me wrong and I visited these guys twice in the sole weekend I was visiting. If you’re going to name your place Chewy Boba, you better have quality boba. Chewy Boba didn’t let me down. They’ve got a wide menu too, so there’s likely something for everyone. Pro-tip: The drinks are a little on the pricey end for bubble tea, so check in on Unilocal to get 10% off.

I’ve been here twice and have to say it’s one of the better bubble tea places I’ve found in the orlando area that tastes very authentic. There’s a wide selection to choose from and different types of additions you can make which I enjoy as it gives me a reason to try other things. The staff are very friendly and will help you out if you are unsure of what to get(don’t be afraid to ask as they will give you samples). The classic milk tea or coconut with lychee jelly is never a wrong choice!

I love this place! Let me count the ways: 1.) Their tapioca balls are chewy as advertised. They are also sweet and flavorful. A+ 2.) Their selection of jellies is varied from popping boba to coffee jelly. Not to mention they make their own grass jelly and egg custard. They’ll even ask you if you want a different type of jelly at the bottom in addition to your first choice. Yay + 3.) In addition to the classic, they have a variety of unique flavors. As an avocado boba lover, it’s hard for me to find avocado on the menu at many tap houses outside of Southeast Asian-heavy areas, but this place goes as far as having avocado combos on the menu like avocado + taro or avocado + coconut. I’m in boba heaven!!! A+++ 4.) The interior is cute and there’s plenty of seating. 5.) You can get 10% off with Unilocal.Whoo hoo! So if you’ve got the craving for bubble tea, head on over to Chewy!

I used to go here all the time, at least once or twice a week, then a new manager decided she was going to start charging me 5.69 for a drink that I have always paid 5.06 for(which is already pricey, in my opinion) just because I get soy. When I told her I always paid 5.06, she said it was wrong and she would tell the rest of the staff to up charge this particular drink. Nope, not happening. Definitely not a good way to treat a loyal customer.

POWDEREDBOBAWITHMACARONS There’s no other Boba drink choices in this area, so I was forced to settle. The drink flavors derive from powders but at least there are dozens and dozens of choices. Plus there are other fun things to add to your drink besides Boba(like popping pearls) which allow for endless combos. I GUESS I CAN’T BETOOCHOOSY It’s not like this place advertised using real ingredients in their flavors. Chewy has always been a ‘fun’ Boba place so I can’t be too picky. That being said the drinks from our party(Honeydew Smoothies, Mocha Slush and Watermelon Slush) were all good. The flavors as well as the ice were mostly blended but once in a while you’d get a chunk. The Boba ranged from partially frozen to a good chewy texture. I HOPETHEYADDTOTHESURROUNDINGS Just like their partner near Colonial, this place made me wanna grab my drink and go to the mall instead of linger around. There was ample seating, but something about the place didn’t want me to stay and play the board games, chat, or work on a laptop.

I’ve been drinking boba milk teas at this location since the Lolliicup days. Service has always been good and the drinks come out soon after you order. There’s not that many boba places in Orlando so I’m not really sure what the standard is for great boba milk teas, but I’ve always enjoyed the drinks here.

YUMM! I love some good boba, I usually keep it really simple and go with Thai Tea with Boba, but have mixed it up on occasion and gotten mango milk tea and taro milk tea. I really like the boba itself here, sometimes boba is mushy, but this is really nice and chewy. lol get it. chewy. The staff is really friendly and the inside is really bright and fun. The only downside is the location, but its not that big of a deal.

I checked into this place and Unilocal offered me a 10% discount. THANKS Unilocal!I enjoy your complimentary coupon. :) This place is located in a small shopping center. Parking is convenient all around. I’ve been to this establishment twice before and it’s nice location is right across from Mall of Florida. As I stroll right inside this cutesy little bubble tea shop, I notice the décor was modern and sophisticated. The barista was very helpful and kind to take my Unilocal coupon which i used for me and my friend. I always order the taro bubble tea, well this time i wanted a slushy like texture. So, i order their frappucino, I notice their menu which offers all sorts of bubble tea flavors and I couldn’t help but ordering more. My experience here was truly delightful, however I wish they offer wifi for their customers.

This boba parlor looks just as adorable on the inside with its boba cartoon graffiti’d on the wall. They’ve got a great selection of smoothies, milk tea, toppings including ACTUAL grass jelly and egg custard, and snow which is a smoothie blended with yogurt base. What really got me was their little crazy boba menu with various combos I wouldn’t have thought of such as «tarocado»(taro+avocado), coconut + avocado, mocha java, etc. I opted for the honey dew and avocado, I figured honey dew would taste good and I knew avocado boba never goes wrong so why not try them both together?! To my satisfaction, I had no regrets after the first sip! Their boba is the best I’ve had in Florida, it was so warm, soft, and just the perfect pinch of chewy. Sometimes the center of the boba tends to be a little hard and chewy but not here! Their tapioca is soft throughout the entire ball, very well cooked, which is perfect for blended drinks such as my avocadew because after a while, the boba hardens from the coldness. I also tried their Nutella and rose lychee macarons. Their macarons looked so lovely, the Nutella’s shell had a pretty golden shimmer and tasted good. The shell had just the right amount of cakey texture and the cream was solid. The rose lychee cream wasn’t as thick though, it squeezed out of my shell a lot with every bite, can’t complain about the taste though.
