Cache’

The clothing is gorgeous, but the service here SUCKED. If you live in Florida and want a Cache fix, go to either Wesley Chapel or International Plaza (both are in Tampa).
They had a sale so I planned on trying a lot of stuff on, so you would think I would’ve gotten a little more respect. The sales associates appeared to be friendly but I could just tell that it was very fake and phony. Not like the store in Wesley Chapel where they are super nice.
One associate in particular, Carmen, pissed me off. There was a shirt that I fell in love with but they didn’t have it in my size, so she offered to order it for me online. She told me it would be $ 8 shipping, then I told her that I was given an e-​mail from Cache a few days ago for free shipping on any item. Without even looking at the coupon, she said, «It’s only free shipping for non-​sale items.» When I went home, I tried applying the code online on a sale item and it worked. She was full of shit.
Then as I was about to pay, I was beginning to have second thoughts because of the bad vibe I was getting. What does Carmen do? She presses «enter» on the screen that I am supposed to do the transaction on (isn’t there some kind of rule against that?) and by that point I wanted to cancel because I was fed up with their crap, and she said that I had to complete the transaction now because SHE pressed enter!
On top of that, this retailer has the most ridiculous rules ever. You cannot use merchandise credit online. You cannot view your order online if you ordered at the store, you have to contact the store if you want any info, and I tried canceling this transaction since it’s a Sunday and I know it hasn’t been shipped yet, and I was told I couldn’t.
Not only am I done with this Cache location, but I am also done with buying from Cache online and their silly rules. If you want fashionable clothes without a hassle, I recommend Guess.

I know I complain about prices a lot, but Cache just has some really stupid prices. Sure, their stuff is mainly high fashion, but some of their stuff is so blatantly overpriced that it makes you feel like a crazy person.
The Good:
Fashion Forward: A lot of their stuff is very high fashion accessible that you can wear on a night out to impress your friends (and anyone else who might be looking)
The Bad:
Stupid Prices: Here are 2 examples
A $ 60 Tee with a Fish on it: No I am not making this up. This place sells a tee shirt with a gold fish on it. Standard cotton, the works. $ 60 please. UGH.
A $ 50 brainsert: Don’t wanna stuff with tissues? Try thier $ 50 bra insert. Hopefully it’s also made of miricles to be worth $ 50.
Overall 2.5/10= You can’t make me believe these prices are real…
