This store is so overcrowded with merchandise that you can’t find anything easily. You can find good deals but be prepared to spend some time hunting for them. Also, the checkout process is a bit tedious and drawn out.

My mom had been wanting to go to Burlington Coat Factory based on the television ads she’s seen as well as the snail mail paper advertisements she’s received. We were looking for winter clothing and my mom scoured the aisles trying to find something she liked, but with no avail. The aisles were not set up in a manner that made sense and there were many items that were misplaced. Furthermore, I saw more than one customer struggling to locate a sales associate for assistance. Although my mom was disappointed in the clothing selections, we did agree that the prices were good and I found two toys for my nephew to kick off my Christmas shopping. I’m just not sure I’ll return for future shopping trips.

I can’t believe how much Burlington Coat Factory has changed. I really really love this location because it’s close to my house. Also — the return policy is so much better than it used to be you can now return items within 30 days. I really want this review to focus on their offerings and how organized the store is. The employees are awesome they’re constantly working unless unlike other discount stores I’ve been to like TJ Maxx, Ross and even target lately has some lazy employees standing around on their cell phones but not at this Burlington. There is always new inventory and you can always find your size check it out! Prices are insanely low. I mean you can find something at Burlington walk across the street to Macy’s and find the same clothes I’m not saying the same type of clothes the exact same clothes and it’s 75% cheaper at Burlington.

I love this new Burlington Coat Factory! I love the location, right next to Target. They have a huge selection of everything. The prices are awesome. The fitting rooms are clean. And it’s rarely crowded. There’s so much more than just coats. They’re a department store!

I stopped in looking for a specific home item, thinking I could find what I needed at a cheaper price. I ended up leaving with way more! This location has been open for about a month now, and is pretty nice. I like that everything is super organized, but man, this store is huge!
I didn’t get a chance to check out the clothing selection, but I did walk through some of the kids section and found some Christmas gifts for my niece, along with some baskets from the home section. Checkout was a breeze, and I even picked up an extra pair of earbuds (impulse buy!) on my way to the register. The prices are good too! I have a feeling I will be back a few more times before the holidays are over.

I couldn’t be more delighted that this store opened close to home. Since I have a trip to NYC in the books and just can’t use my old coat (RIP furry white outdated coat, I loved you), I knew a trip to a Burlington was in the plan.
This one JUST opened. YES!
It is well stocked and has some nice clothing as well as a great selection of coats. Unlike the last Burlington Coat Factory I was in, here they don’t have the tall racks that make the store look ominous but lower and therefore bright and cheery.
I found a fantastic grey wool Guess mid thigh coat (oh, the same brand as my last one but this one is definitely in style) for a fantastic $ 79! Of course I bought a top and my hubby got something as well.
Their selection of accessories is RIDICULOUSLY large and I am happy with their prices, because you can definitely find fashionable trinkets for a bargain.
The plus to this whole trip? The temps dropped in Orlando dramatically so who got to use her chic coat right away? Yes! This girl.

I’ve always liked Burlington. You can find some really good stuff here. My only gripe with this location is that the carts are wide, and the aisles are narrow. Not fun when there are other carts trying to get around. Other than that, it’s all good.
