I really like Burger 21!!! I got a free coupon(when you download the App, you get a free Cheesy Burger), fries & a drink! The burger was verrryyy juicy, a pretty good size & the fries were cripsy and salty(just the way I like it). The service was great, there is a good amount of seating(outside seating as well). Parking can be a pain but that’s because you have Lazy Moon & Tijuana Flats right next to them. Price is the same price at any other fast casual burger spot. The food timing is great, it doesn’t take a while to come out. I can’t wait to try out their shakes! PS — Don’t order Ketchup, Mustard or Mayo on burger(unless you want it), they have over 12+ different types of yummy & unique sauces! Don’t forget to download the app as well! I

This place has some excellent gluten free options. They even have GF root beer and floats! They have lots of options for sauces and styles of burgers. The inside has a really clean modern look(not what you expect at a burger place). The food was tasty and the 1 pound half original/half sweet potato fries is an excellent compromise on unhealthy and slightly less unhealthy. It’s not a fast food place so the prices are a little higher but this is definitely the stop now for burgers if you have food allergies.

Really good Burgers, fries were not super hot, like the fact that they had a beer selection to go along with the burgers. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Definitely a place I would eat again.

Went in and ordered 2 medium cooked sandwiches and fries to split around 2 pm when it was very dead.(2 other customers in the store) they brought one sandwich out with the fries even after requesting all food be brought together. I told the girl I didn’t want mybfood to sit under the heat lamp for 10mins waiting for the other burger, but she took the food back to the kitchen that’s exactly what happened. After bringing the food back with the other sandwich, the new one was wrong, and the original fries were cold and the burger was now dry and room temp. The server girl seemed very unconcerned and annoyed with everything we asked for. Even had to wait 10mins for a manager and had to request the manager from another employee before actually speaking with him. I requested all food be remade fresh and brought together so the manager went back and brought out fresh food. Once receiving the food both burgers were now well done and super dry from being over cooked. Now after waiting over an hour for 2 burgers we sent them back and decided to call it a lose. I waited another 10mins for the manager to explain the nightmare and let him know why the food went back now a second time, and he seemed confused. He offered to make fresh food but after waiting so long it wasn’t worth it. I ended up taking a chicken sandwich which was dry and rushed. He offered full replacement on our next visit but I’m not sure there will be a next. If so it will probably be just for fries and shakes.

Went to the one in Viera, FL after few coworkers raved about the tasty burgers. I have to say their burgers are delicious! So much so that i took the rest of the family! They have that seasoned grill burger taste. The dries are good. They have various dipping sauce for your fries or burger. Now their shakes are… mediocre.

I really enjoy Burger 21. They have a good slate of gourmet burgers like the black and bleu, the philly, and my favorite, the shroom with sautéed mushrooms and fontina cheese. They also have chicken and even fish«burgers»(the buffalo chicken burger is fantastic) along with hot dogs, which I’ve never tried. Their fries are great and they have a huge number of sauces at their sauce bar. And their shakes are amazing! They garnish them like little ice cream works of art. There’s a new shake and burger every month that’s limited edition. The red velvet cake shake is fantastic. I also love the bananas foster shake on the regular menu. Pro tip: they’ll split a shake for you if you like and then you get two smaller shakes each with their own whopped cream and garnish. If you’re looking to stay within a calorie budget this is a great way to do it and still enjoy the shake!

Definitely a young person’s hangout. It wasn’t clear where to order or if you should seat yourself, but the food was surprisingly good. I ordered the Black & Blue sliders with sweet potato fries. Juicy and tasty. The bun was soft and sweet. My husband ordered the Chicken Tenders. Again, juicy with crispy breading. Both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. I recommend the Apple Cider dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries. I will definitely go again.

After researching this online, we finally went, the cashier who greeted us was super sweet and helpful. However, the food was just not what I expected, the burger was nothing special at all, and small for the prices. The only decent thing was the strawberry shortcake shake, and the fries were really good. Will probably only go back for fries and a shake type of thing, not burgers.

Absolutely great! Loved the turkey burger! It’s a great atmosphere for visiting and very fresh looking! A little pricey, but with it

Came here after my wife raved about their ahi tuna burger and wanted to give it a try. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Food took ten minutes to come out. The chicken fingers were actually delicious and much better than Publix chicken strips which I think are some of the best. The Tuna Burger looked very appetizing. However, it was very fishy and not fresh. I ate half and threw the rest out and shared my four year olds chicken fingers. It was $ 20 just for chicken fingers, a tuna burger and soda, fries were separate. A little too expensive for the quality imo. I would be willing to try something else, but too expensive for my taste.

A few friends and I came out here in between dance workshops, so we needed food that was tasty and filling but that wouldn’t cause us issues when we went back to dance for another two hours. Burger 21 definitely satisfied those requirements! I thought, based on the name, that I’d end up getting a nice beefy hamburger, but then I saw the spicy Thai shrimp burger with sriracha aioli and my hipster instincts took over. Sriracha! Shrimp! Thai slaw! Yes please! The burger was as delicious as I thought it would be, and the fries I ordered on the side were those perfect skinny crispy fries that I love. I even tried a friend’s sweet potato fry, which I normally do not like, but it was just as crispy and salty with just a hint of that sweet potato flavor. Although I didn’t try any of them because my meal was perfect as it stood, I liked that they had a little sauce bar over by the soda fountain for the sauce-loving people in my life. I will definitely check this place out again if I find myself in the area!

Today was my first experience at Burger21. My parents were in town for a few hours and we were interested in a burger. I thought I’d take a risk and try something new with the out of towners. I was overall not disappointed. We went a little after 1:00pm. My mother has severe arthritis in her knees, so I was happy to see that while all of the handicap spots were full, the other spots were very close to the entrance of the restaurant. This place is like Pei Wei in that you order the food at the counter and it is then brought to you. The girl at the counter explained the process to us when we walked in. Very helpful. I ordered the Black and Bleu burger and sweet potato fries(both pictured). I’ll give the burger a 3.5 out of 5. It was good, cooked well, but it just didn’t have that extra zing that makes a burger perfect. The cheese sauce also left something to be desired. The sweet potato fries were good, but they are the shoe string fries, which aren’t my favorite. The sauce selection was freaking awesome. I love sauce. It should be a good group. Chipotle mayo was great and there was another spicy one I really liked. The sauce alone could keep me going back! A crazy thing happened. Some girls left the restaurant and I noticed they left their purse. I ran out to tell them. When I came back in, the store manager said it was the nicest thing he had ever seen and bought me a milk shake! Him doing that was the nicest thing I’d ever seen! Lol. So I had the Key Lime Milk Shake. That was phenomenal. I’ll take one a day please Overall, excellent customer service. Good, fair prices. Almost great food. I will absolutely be back for another try.

Their milkshakes are so good! Banana foster is my favorite I tried their chicken Parmesan burger and it was decent, but their black bean burger is so good! Yumm

Burger 21 is subpar. Great customer service and excellent ambience. Very clean but the main attraction, the burgers, are not good. And they are expensive. Like others hVe stated, BurgerFi, Shake Shack, Burger King are all better burger joints. The sides are all great. Fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and oh my yums the shakes are all 5 star. Again, pricey but good.

It’s just okay. The burger is thick and uniformly shaped which makes me think it is not fresh. Regardless of fresh look it did not have a fresh taste. My burger lacked flavor big time! There was no juiciness, beefiness, or any of the usual burger taste. Tasted like a plain ol’ patty you thawed out of your freezer and poorly grilled. Meh. Go to 5 Guys, Burger Fi, Shake Shack, or even Steak n’ Shake for a better burger. My sweet potato fries were pretty good. They were very thin cut shoestring style but a tad over done with salt. So salty! They do have a lettuce wrap bun which I had to ask about since I did not see it listed as a choice. They supposedly have a great gluten free menu but it is not that extensive. The sauce bar was interesting and had a few choices. The shakes looked great on the advertisement tv about where you place your order but we did not get one on this visit.

I felt fairly positive about this place, despite the high prices and sometimes slow service… until I got food poisoning. I have never felt so sick in my life. To be fair, the manager called me immediately when I reported it on their website, but was a little weird about it. I mean, who wants an offer to return to a place for a meal that made them violently ill for almost a week? And no I don’t want you to call me back and check on how I’m feeling. I have not been back since, it’s just not worth it!

The burgers are okay. I like that they also have chicken burgers as opposed to just offering a piece of grilled chicken. I got the Mediterranean chicken burger and enjoyed it. I’ve also had the beef sliders and they were standard. Nothing too special. The shakes are awesome though. I’d go there just for the shake. I had the bananas foster and oh my gosh I want to go right back and have another one.

Not bad. Tried the BBQ Bacon burger and fries with the Thai Ketchup and Ragin Cajun sauces. Everything was 2 – 3 stars. The burger was a fine size but too wet and not in a good/gloppy way but more just a leaky way. It didn’t have much bbq sauce on it, that bbq sauce didn’t have a great flavor, and the rest of the toppings were not very distinctive. The fries weren’t all crispy and basically just tasted of salt. The Thai Ketchup wasn’t very spicy and the eel sauce gave it an odd aftertaste. The Ragin Cajun sauce was ok, but a bit too much mayo for me. In a world with good burgers, this is a middle-of-the-road establishment without a good selling point. They may stay in business, but it’s telling when the restaurant next door has students in a line out the door and when those students get fed up and walk away they don’t even consider going into the 2/3rds empty burger place that’s just a few feet away.

The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is due to the price. If you and a date are going to dine here, keep in mind it will cost you close to $ 30 between the two of you for burgers, fries, and drinks. Despite the price, the amount and quality of the food is superb. This place offers many different varieties and twists on the plain ol’ burger. They also offer and great variety of milkshakes to go along with your meal and a condiment bar with different types of ketchups(spicy, normal, cajun, etc) and dipping sauces for the burgers and fries.

I ordered a OMG It Cheeseburger and malt shake. The shake was tasty and good consistency and I liked how it came with malt calls but I felt like there could have been a little more of the malt flavor within the shake. The OMG it cheeseburger was good but too juicy, almost as if it were artificially injected with flavoring. Very messy to eat because the juice made the bun too soft and didn’t hold well together. Overall the burger was good but there are other burger places I would choose over burger 21 but I would give this place another try and order something else. The interior is very clean. It’s not an open kitchen like some burger places so you don’t leave smelling like burgers which is a plus. I liked the shake the best.
