Cheese steak is fantastic, fist time here? Order the cheesesteak. Traditional is with cheese whiz, I preference white American as it melts into a creamy sauce. Fries are quite a large order, small fries are enough for 2 to share. Sandwiches come in 6 inch increments and 12 inch is lots for most.

Best Philly cheesesteaks in town. The amoroso rolls are delicious and fully loaded. I got the steak supreme, which is served with sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms. The fries are fresh and salty, mouth watering goodness. I highly recommend it!

I’m reviewing for the newer Waterford Lakes location. The store is a bit closer to my house than another cheesesteak shop, so I checked Brianto’s out one evening. It’s a smaller shop, with just a small bit of seating inside. It wasn’t busy at all inside, so I went ahead and ordered a medium 12″ cheesesteak. I did notice they offer sizes all the way up to 24″ — I’ve never seen that size offered anywhere else! Other reviewers here are mentioning fries, but they don’t seem to offer them at the Waterford Lakes location at this time. They do offer bags of Herr’s chips, as well as Hank’s Gourmet Soda. They use the authentic Amoroso roll which is an absolute necessity, and offer the authentic cheese options — Whiz, Provolone, or white American. I did notice on the evening I visited, all the soda options at the fountain were marked«out of order» except Diet Coke. That would probably be a huge letdown for anyone who wanted something other than water, though I don’t think there was anyone that came in and encountered this issue. Staff was really friendly here. Overall, not a bad shop, but I also don’t think it takes the top spot from another shop near my house.

I am a HUGE fan of this place! It’s not often I write a review… But this is one of my go to restaurants so I’ll send a positive review! Being from up north I know what a good cheese steak tastes like an this is an authentic one. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

This review is for the location behind the Waterford Lakes Towne Center. I work close by and my crew and I anxiously awaited the opening of this location. I decided to go with a Philly with cheese wiz because thats how I’ve had them when in PA. Not disappointed. Very much a genuine Philly. Got a medium thinking I was hungry but it was huge! Lots of meat, good meat. Ended up saving half for later in the day. Didn’t get anything but the sandwich so can’t speak for sides. Yum.

Meat quality is good, as well as the portion sizes of the orders. My in-laws make it a point to make a stop every time they’re in town from California. We come to the Avalon location at least a few times a month!

This review is soley based on their philly cheese steak supreme and fries. I literally order nothing else from here not because it’s not good but because I just can’t help my self to not order a philly EVERYSINGLETIME. The supreme comes with steak, onions, peppers, and mushrooms with your choice of american white cheese, cheese whiz, or provolone. A small 6″ cost about 6 something. I always choose the american white cheese cause i love the melty(not a word) aspect of american cheeze but not too liquidity like the whiz. I don’t like provolone cause it doesn’t melt well. I’ve had it sometimes when it was a little dry but most of the time it is all well chopped and mixed together in the perfect roll. I love it when the cheese is all melty with the steak and it gets super creamy in that first hot bite. Can you say YUM? The fries(2.50 ish?) brand they use is also pretty good when it is fresh. They have toppings for you to sprinkle such as old bay or vinegar there. A small size feeds 2 people or more. I’m guessing their medium size could feed a village. The service is friendly and casual. Sometimes when its busy the tables get a little dirty so I like them to be mindful. The rolls sometimes creates lot of flyaways onto the tables. I am truly excited for their newer location on Waterford Pkwy! I’m guessing some sort of licensing/inspection is preventing them from opening since sign and everything is up. Crossing my fingers it opens soon so other people can enjoy it without having to drive to Avalon. **btw newer location on Waterford Pkwy right outside waterford lakes town center is open…(2⁄10)***

One of Orlando’s best Philly spots. Worth the drive from downtown, gas and tolls. Italian’s just as awesome. Last few visits have been off, mistakes and such, but I wouldn’t let it fault my rating. Fries are awesome, you get a big olé’ basket of em — what a treat. I still remember when you gave us the smallest bag of chips I’ve ever seen with the combo. Nice turn around! I Love those fries(you make em fresh)!! Good beer specials too. My biggest problem with Brianto’s is deciding whether or not to go with the Italian or the Philly!!!

I have been several times now. I was not impressed with my cheesesteak either times. Felt it flavorless. However, the cold subs are amazing and will keep me coming back.

2 stars since the food was ok. However, the service was bad. We came in last Thursday with our kids. We had a coupon buy one 6″ get one free with the purchase of 2 beverages. So we did that and asked if we could buy $ 4 beers if they counted as beverages. The girl at the register didn’t know so asked the other girl standing there. She looked at me like I had two heads and sternly said no they need to buy sodas. Ok, so instead of us buying multiple beers at $ 4 we bought $ 1 and change soda cups. Duuh good business sense. We then ordered my son a kids tuna. I asked register girl if they had onions. She said no, just cooked ones. Are you kidding me? They’re all cooked? Ugh. Anywho, I would have spoke to a manager but it looked like the place was run by a bunch of clueless high school kids. Food was ok but doubt we’ll come back.

I’ve only made one trip here but that one trip was great. I live in the neighborhood and am friends with friend’s of the owners so upon a recommendation I finally checked this spot out. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed everything about our trip. The only change I would have made was to order extra cheese on my chessesteak, but that is only because I’m a cheese addict. Stop by and support a local business who is doing it all right!

So I found out about this place on Unilocal.Actually, Colleen B.‘s review. My husband is from Philly and his favorite is Steve’s Prince of Steaks. So we decided to check it out. It’s a drive for us since we live near downtown Orlando, it at least 30 minutes without traffic. We could go to a WaWa but when we are really in the mood for a cheesesteak we head to Brianto’s. The whole place in decked out in Philly stuff… Phillies, Flyers, Eagles and a little Sixers stuff too. Which Alan loves! We also like the staff. They are very nice and sometimes they talk to us about Philly stuff. The rolls are awesome, Amoroso! A must for a cheesesteak. They have many different size steaks & hoagies to choose from. Alan says it reminds him of home. It’s the best steak sandwich in the Central Florida Area. I enjoy the outdoor seating when the weather is nice and being able to walk around Avalon Park is nice too!

Cheese Whiz and sliced ribeye. The way a cheesesteak was originally intended. I have enjoyed every bite ever ordered here. This place is frequented by the guys at firehouse 85. This is a great place to get a real cheesesteak. Firehouse Subs is a joke compared to this place. Grab one of the specials, food here isn’t cheap. You can get high quality food at a reasonable price if you look for the specials.

My husband and I have been searching for a great Cheesesteak and until our visit have not had much luck. Imagine how happy we were to find this place! Easily the best in Orlando, the meat is exceptionally good, both in quality and flavor, the buns are spectacular and for those truly discerning cheesesteak fan, they have Cheese Wiz as an option. Will definite be back!

Cheez Whiz brings me to a happy place. Especially on a cheesesteak that came so highly recommended and lived up to the hype. This is one of my favorite places by far. I haven’t strayed from the cheesesteak on the menu because… why? Lunch special for $ 7.49 included any of the 6″ sandwiches, fries, and a drink. This is one happy camper!

I started off with the Cheesesteak supreme. With Cheez Whiz, that’s the way it’s mostly done in philly, Fantastic. Not a better one in area. Since then I’ve had there pizza steak, and the italian cold sub too. The pizza steak is well, great, good marinara sauce on it and mozzerella. Cooked to perfection as usual. The cold italian sub was great too. Great cold cuts, the bread is really good and the subs are made to order. Disclaimer — Being from Jersey originally, I don’t call them Hoagies, Grinders… whatever…they are freakin sub sandwiches, end of story, alright? Okay… They do a great job on the french fries too. It’s also quite a bit, for a small order too, so two people can share a small order. As long as they are not pigs about it. Its an entire basket of fries. Don’t want to know what the large order of fries looks like. Speaking of big… Jesus, Yes you can get a 24″ sub… Yeah, TWOFEET. They come in human form too at 6″ and 12″ and an almost inhuman 18″. The cheesesteaks can be made anyway you want them, they have a good selection of different ways to get it. OFMG! They have Black Cherry Soda!!! WHOOO!!! This is a favorite place of mine… oh yeah, one thing… I hate to reiterate I’m from Jersey but this should go without saying when you arrive there… There is absolutely, Positively one item I absolutely hate about the place… The Décor… see… I’m a Yankees, Giants and NJ Devils Fan… Makes me nauseous every time I go in there… BLECH! :) Everyone who has been there will understand. If you don’t get it, you’re not going for the décor anyway, so go and eat, then you’ll understand…

Hands down the best Philly’s in Orlando… and their right in my backyard! Their chicken philly is awesome. I have never had a Philly from Philly, but imagine it’s pretty close to Brianto’s. Especially since the owner is from Philly. Know the owner and he is a great guy. Does a lot for the community as well. Great place to have in Avalon.

This place has the best cheesesteaks outside of PA! Prices are reasonable and portions are huge. Share the small basket of fries with 2 people. Trust me, it’s plenty. Service is great and the food is ready within 5 – 10 minutes depending on how many orders are in front of you. I can’t speak for anything except the cheesesteaks and fries. They also have a lot of other items on their menu and daily specials.
