Their sandwiches are very good, just enough meat and pickle radishes to make it fulfilling. Ask them to toast the bread for you if you want to eat right away. There are two small tables for people who want to grab a quick bite.

Hidden gem offering a range of authentic Vietnamese sandwiches and boba, tasting just as appetizing as it is, in the motherland, Vietnam. Bread is extremely crusty and prices are remarkable. Dine in is small as there are only a few tables, however, my group and I were able to find a seat while waiting for our banh mi, while we were the only ones in the house, other than consumers who were in and out picking up their call orders. Array of delicious boba tea flavors are offered. Drinks have a real texture to it as ice does not take over the cup, making it that much more rich. Simple but impressive menu for this small recommended Vietnamese business with style.

If you like simple, authentic, and reasonably priced, and despite being low-priced a really fresh and savoury Bành Mì, this is the best place to be in town. The downside is that you have to always carry cash. They do not have enough seating if you go with a group or even if more than two people go. So you always have to order to go. If you get lucky and the seats are available, you can eat there. Even if you sit there for 10 minutes, you will realise how much business do they have, and most of their clients are of Vietnamese origin, which speaks volumes about how good the food is. Despite being a very busy place, the service is always fast, and they cut no corners in making sure that each bánh mì you get from them tastes the same. I go there every Saturday with my other half, it’s almost like a ritual for us.

Love love love this place! My favorite banh mi’s in town, and also awesome boba tea! Cheap, quick, fresh, and delicious. These people bake their own bread, and even other local places come to buy their bread. It’s cash only so keep that in mind.

Friendly and efficient with solid Vietnamese food. They also have great Vietnamese iced coffee and smoothies. They ran out of the grilled BBQ pork which was a bummer but their other options were really good. I’d def recommend a sandwich and Vietnamese coffee from here. Lots of parking in the back and side lots

My god!!! They make the BEST Banh Mi ever! Hands down! They make it just right. Not too dry. Best garlic sauce ever! If you want to bring a container home, it’s only $ 3 – 4. The container is only size small but it lasts for a lot a lot of sandwiches unless you’re making 100 sandwiches then you need more. In summer, I noticed that the prices have gone up. Kinda pricey for just one banh mi. Buy the buy 5 get one free deal, it’s a better deal for you. I noticed that sometimes they give less meat after their prices went up. It’s still good but just disappointed on what they’re doing. One time, we did the buy 5 get one free, we only got 5 banh mi, not 6. There was no language misunderstand because my viet boyfriend ordered it in viet. We ordered here many times before. It was too late to go back when we found out. It was the first time that ever happen to us. I dont know if we are college students and they wanted to be cheap or number their banh mi wrong. PLEASEBRINGCASH, THEYDONOTACCEPTCREDITANDDEBITCARDS.

So driving by you’d probably never think, oh Boston Bakery — that’s where I’d get amazing Banh Mi — this is now my favorite Banh Mi spot in town! Simple, fresh ingredients and the bread… oh man, their bread is absolutely fantastic! For the price point, you can’t go wrong either. We ordered two beef Banh Mi sandwiches and an avocado smoothie for $ 13. I wanted to try their chicken but it wasn’t available that day — I’ll be back for it for sure. In terms of the location, there are a few parking spots around back. The staff isn’t overly friendly but not rude either — won’t stop me from returning to this local foodie find!

4 Stars for possibly my favorite Banh Mi in town! Dang– this Banh Mi is legit! Don’t be fooled by the name or nondescript exterior, there is no discernible Boston connection and you won’t find traditional bakery sweets. With that being said, you will find incredibly fresh and flavorful Banh Mi(Vietnamese sandwiches). My personal favorite is the Chicken Banh Mi. The first time I ordered it I was blown away. This is NOT your typical, bland chicken breast. This place marinates the chicken in some wonderful orange sauce which gives it a seasoned, savory flavor and keeps it from being too dry. What else keeps it from being dry? The pickled veggies! They add a sweet and tangy bite to the sandwiches and are seriously so good I ended up eating the bits that fell from my sandwich on their own. But I’d be a fool not to mention the bread. And mama didn’t raise no fool. The bread is made in-house(I suspect they provide the bread used in other local Banh Mi shops because I always see people picking up bags of it to-go). It’s a warm, crumby, flaky perfection of a baked good. Be aware that you will get crumbs all over yourself. Also be aware that you will be picking at those crumbs to savor every last one once you finish your Banh Mi. A few notes: This place is cash-only, which is not ideal for those of us who never carry cash. Is it worth it? Yeeeeeah. Is it annoying. Yeeeeah. It’s also more of a take-out joint. Though there are two small tables, the inside is incredibly warm(there are a few fans, but they are always off when I’ve been there) and it just isn’t very comfortable for eating in. Otherwise, this place is my go-to for great, fresh, simple(ly delicious) Banh Mi.

The only reason why I wouldn’t give 5 is because I wish it had some dine in and some AC. Based on food and service it’s pretty good. I’ve gotten used to the ordering by phone and making sure I have cash. Most of these 4stars on Asian food is pretty unbelievable like Hawkers and Tasty Wok. Boston subs is actually good.

This is a banh mi place in case you didn’t know. There are better places to get banh mi in this area. I just don’t feel the love here.

I’m quite disappointed after reading all great reviews about their banh mi. It’s average tasting. NYC has the best hands down! First, the bread is okay. They are cheap on the meat and literally only gave one slice of pork, pork ear, and ham. Yes, I counted because I thought I’m being pranked when biting into the sandwich and all I tasted was the bread and veggies. Second, I had the Che 3 mau, rainbow ice slush and it’s too sweet. I felt like I have a cavity now, lol. I drank about half thinking that when the ice melts, it will be more bland but nope. I threw it away. What a waste of money!

Tl;dr: Really good $ 4 banh mi, highly recommend to those who have never tried it, or are from out of town looking for that go-to banh mi place. When it comes to banh mi, this place and Nha Trang across the street a block away are the top dogs in Orlando. No one comes close. What I like about this place is that they put in a considerable amount of meat and are very consistent with their sandwiches. Saying that does not mean their quality is «ok.» In fact, they offer very good banh mi. Their bread is fresh. The meats and pickled veggies are high quality, tasty and done well. I usually get the #1(combination), which offers a variety of their cold meats, butter, pâté, pickled veggies(carrots, daikon radishes), cilantro and jalapenos. However I do switch it up sometimes with the BBQ or the grilled meat. All are good and different. If you are looking for banh mi, I would highly recommend this place. Many of my friends from out of town prefer these guys as well(over Nha Trang). Other miscellaneous info/tips: As of my last recent visit(end of March 2015), they have raised their prices to $ 4.00 per banh mi. They have always had the«buy 5 get 1 free» deal since eons ago, so grab that deal while you’re at it if you fancy this stuff. You may also only want to bring cash because they do not accept credit cards. In terms of parking they have both street parking and parking in their back. Considering how busy Colonial is(or can be), I usually end up parking in the back, which can be somewhat cramped as well. But hey, it’s hard to find parking anywhere really on that street. It’s worth the park though! You can choose to eat at the store; they have tables and chairs. In addition, you can opt to take the banh mi to go, with the veggies on the side too. Just make sure you tell that specifically. You should probably do that if you do not plan on eating it right away because the veggies can make your sandwich soggy. Finally, they CAN run out of banh mi for the day. So if you are coming at the end of the day make sure you call these folks first before you physically go there! Happened to me once when I took my friend there from out of town. He ended up not being too happy of a fella.

Stopped in for my first visit based on their high Unilocal rating and wasn’t disappointed. I bought two Banh Mi, a #1 and #5 – a combo and a meatball. They were very good. I can’t decide which is the best aspect of their sandwiches… the meat, the veggies, or the bread. Meat – tasty, veggies – crisp and flavorful, or the bread – like it is straight from Paris. Just two tables, if you wish to eat there. Very busy Sunday at noon. I highly recommend Boston Bakery.

We swung by here before venturing to Universal Studio to load up on banh mi’s for the day. Buy 5 get 1 free is a legit deal and all in all I think it was around $ 17 or $ 18 bucks for 6 banh mi’s. We ordered the combo banh mi and it took around 15 minutes to get it out to us. We also ordered a café sua da with bubbles while we were waiting. Although the coffee itself was delicious, they put waaaaay too much ice in the drink so it was like you were getting 30% coffee + bubbles and 70% ice. Taste-wise, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted(so warm and crispy) and the meats and veggies were all super fresh and on point! These sandwiches are especially perfect to pack away in your bookbag to whip out for lunch to avoid those crazy themepark food prices.

Great place to grab something to take on the flight back home. They make all their banh mi to order and it took about 20 minutes for us to get our order of 18(buy 5 get one free) which wasn’t bad. The bread is baked fresh and was pretty hearty, but light and crunchy – even after it was stowed away in my bag for a couple of hours. They give a good amount of meat. We got several café sua da while we were there which were WAY too sweet. Even after all the ice melted, the sweetness was not tamed and my friends threw the majority of their cups away. Thank goodness their banh mi is good enough to warrant another trip.

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place. It is one of my go to spots for Banh Mi. They’re usually pretty generous with how much they put in their banh mi. Perks: CHEAP! $ 3.50 for a Banh Mi(almost every option I believe falls within this range), $ 3.00 for a Café Sua Da(Viet Iced Coffee). Service is relatively fast, if you think it’s slow be aware that they make these Banh Mi only when ordered, so if you see a huge pile in the back that means they have a large order pick up on the way(I’ve seen it enough times to know this to be true). Downside: CASHONLY. Sometimes I’ve forgotten and had to mooch off friends.

Love this place, I came in at 9 and glad they were open since I begin my worm day at 5am. I was starving so two Subs definitely satisfies my hunger. One of the Best Banh Mi sandwich in Orlando. They buy 5 get one free cash special is a great deal to help feed coworkers or famiky!
