I came here and the service was poor. The manager I spoke with was not very nice a bit rude. I drove back to the one in lake Nona location that I always go to. I will not go here or the one on goldenrod ever again.

Nice location but always busy. Employees inside are nice and most speak Spanish since its a Spanish area. They have 2 walk up atms and 2 drive thru atms one which is a talking atm for services and its nice. Only downside sometimes is the machines go down which is frustrating. Overall I only use the atm services when i come here

terrible service!!! I was there on 4−2−14 and I will never use this branch again, the greeter its very polite but they only have 2 representatives and they are so slow!!!

Typically understaffed and excessively long lines, not horrible if all you need is the ATM though. Would recommend the goldenrod boa over this one.

Nice bank locale, but the walk up ATM faces E. Colonial and not the parking lot, so if you are forced to use the walk up ATM because the drive through one is down it can be a bit creepy at night to not see your car or not have the ability for anyone in your car to see you either. Also, the set of doors facing West (towards Target) are always locked… which kinda sucks if you can’t find parking… this means you have to go all the way around the building and through the grass or drive through as there is no path to the open doors.
