I am very upset and disappointed that I couldn’t send one of my closest friend flowers for Mothers Day. I placed an order of beautiful flowers online on Sunday morning and I recieved a confirmation email and the funds were taken from my account right away. My friend has yet to receive anything. I’ve called this place at least 6 times a day at different times and the phone just rings and rings until the machine picks up. I left a detailed message on Monday and one on Tuesday and I still haven’t recieved anything back. Not a phone call, not flowers and not a refund. At this point I’m very upset and I am thinking of taking my next step by reporting them to The Better Business Bureaus.

Ugh worst experience ever! I purchased a voucher from groupon for 20 dollars and received 40 dollars to spend. I drove over an hour to the florist who on a Tuesday at 1 pm was closed. All calls to the floral shop were rerouted to a woman’s cellphone(I’m assuming the owner). She said she was out running«errands» and would return to the shop in an hour. I couldn’t wait so she said she would call me so that I could place an order for delivery. She never called. When I called her I left an order including my telephone number and credit card for her to charge for the remaining balance. Oh and she tells me that the arrangement will not look like the online picture but instead something similar and that she was going out of town so the order would be delivered within two days. The order was never delivered. I called and left messages no answer! I will be calling groupon to reimburse me for the voucher! So unprofessional!
