Dead rat in your attic? No problemo!
I was in total distress when I got home one day to the most foul smell you could imagine. I knew immediately that something had died in my attic and I also new immediately that I was too much of a wuss (or perhaps just being totally rational) to go up there myself to dispose of the decomposing creature.
I called a few pest control spots and got quoted a ton of money just for someone to come out and evaluate the situation (not even removing the animal– that was extra). Finally I called Advanced Animal Trappers and was so happy with their total willingness to help and only get paid if and when I decided to use them to remove the animal.
Kevin was super prompt and let me know when he had to push back our appointment by half an hour (AMAZING). He was so helpful and friendly and I felt totally confident with his advice.
Quick, timely, professional, friendly, and efficient. It doesn’t get much better than that.
I’ve had to use their services twice (yay old houses!) and will keep going to them in the future if need be!
