Very cute! And the environment is inviting. But :(I ordered a bagel and fruit. They asked me if I wanted cream cheese on the side I said yes! Well it came with cream cheese ON it and not toasted?! Who eats a bagel not toasted. Oh well. I was there with a 2yr old and another friend and her younger baby. Mine got to be a little fussy. No one was in there. And I was taking care of the issue. When a worker came up to us and said «there is a lovely patio area if u girls would like that»!!! Omg! In the nicest way she told us to get out! I was in shock! My kid was not over the top or even crying just being a little fussy. Mind u it was over 100 outside that day. Why the hell would we want to be outside with babies!
I hope everyone else has a better experience. I won’t be going back :(

We used Salvagno’s service for our wedding on 5÷24÷15. They provided the custom lighting set-​up for our wedding at a private residence.
We were very happy with the lighting treatment that we paid for. Clint and the two folks that helped him were very nice and easy to work with. Due to the nature of the private residence where we had our wedding, they were at the property for three days getting everything just right. They helped us deal with an electricity issue and ensured every bulb was working perfectly. By the time all was said and done, we have 400 feet of lighting overhead and the trunks of 12 trees wrapped in string lights. My husband, myself and our guests were captivated by the lighting treatment they produced.
The reason we didn’t give Salvagno’s 5 stars is because we found it a little difficult to work with Terri. It was hard to actually get in touch with her to get answers or responses. When we finally would get in touch with her, she provided us with the information we needed. For example, it took almost three weeks post our initial payment to receive an updated invoice showing what was still owed for the lighting treatment. And while we understood that they are a company with many other requests for service, we were upfront with her about our timeline for installation of lights, and the week of she called asking if she could change the installation date. It just became frustrating when there was already so much else to worry about.
Once the wedding was over, Clint and his crew were back and removed all the lighting and cables and left the yard looking just as it had.
Would I recommend using them for a lighting treatment, yes, just with the fair warning that you MAY find Terri frustrating to work with. This could have been a off couple of months for her, but I want to be honest about our experience so future couples know what to expect.

Omigosh. I used Salvagno’s for my flowers and for my wedding coordination and my wedding was beyond my wildest dreams! I recommend them to any bride looking for excellent flowers and an AWESOME wedding coordinator. They made my wedding the best day of my life :)

I sent an email to have flowers sent to my sisters office for her birthday on the day of. I didn’t plan ahead and I was very surprised when Terrie emailed me back saying that her flowers were on their way! My sister was so surprised that she cried. I live in chico but this experience was way more then I expected. Price was excellent and they recommended a bee bar lotion cause she is pregnant. All in all I’m very happy and will return again!

It is so wonderful to have such a great business as a sister company! Salvagno’s Events and Party Dog’s along with Dream Coordination Group is a one stop shop that has everything you need to make your event and wedding a wonderful and gorgeous event and fulfill all of your dreams!

Like the previous reviewer, I am surprised to see a negative review for Salvagno’s. They have been a member of the business community in Orland for many years and they have always provided my family and I with the best customer service.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers, beautiful gifts, or supplies for your events (i.e. weddings).

I have been using Salvagno’s for over 10 years now!
They go way beyond to make the customer happy. Their work is amazing!!! My flowers stay fresh for days and the friends I send them to just love them!
Cant wait till I get my next flower arrangement…(hope my husband reads this) :-)

I’m surprised to see a bad review on here! I send flowers for everything! Birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day and just because. I have sent 20 or so arrangements and everyone has been gorgeous! Well worth the money.

Here it is…9:10am on Saturday morning and I’m trying to order flowers for my mother.
877 number doesn’t work and I’ve been calling the store non-​stop since 9am. No answer. Website ordering doesn’t work and the call me now button works, but no one answers at the shop… Very frustrating. This is the only place to order flowers in Orland and apparently they can’t get to work on time.
FRUSTRATED!
