Some mornings I’ll get a full cup of coffee… Which I LOVE…& Other mornings I get a half cup of coffee & the other half is whipped cream!!! WHYYYYYY!!! THISWHIPPEDCREAMISN’T GONNAWAKEMEUP!!! I hate when the usual barista isn’t there.

I’ve been a Starbucks drinker since I came out of the womb and fate has brought me to the best Starbucks in the world Eddie, Katie, and Yousef, only to name a few, are some of Starbucks finest. The staff is unlike any other, they have my drinks memorized and ready by the time I get to the register, always ask how I am, and never fail to make my mostly crazy mornings run a little bit smoother. Love this location almost as much as I love the coffee

Thank you for giving me my coffee without a sleeve. I really like holding on to a hot coffee cups!

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but the last few times I’ve been there service quality has gone down the drain. Last night I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes to get a hot chai tea latte with no sleeve on it and to receive a venti ice tea with a grande straw. I called them to tell them about their mistake and was hung up on. That says a lot about management and training at this location

This store is very rude. If they don’t want you hanging around inside the store they’ll play some really annoying music and REALLY Loud in hopes that you’ll leave. Not to mention their coffee seems weaker at this location than other stores. If you like to enjoy your coffee in a nice relaxing environment then stay away from this store because they obviously don’t want you hanging around there. We refer to this location as the in & out S’bucks.

GoldBucks! This is the newest Starbucks in Orland Park, IL, da best SW burb o’Chicago. It’s located on 159th St in the front of the Lakeview Shopping Plaza in a stand alone store. If you think the building looks suspiciously like a Long John Silver’s Restaurant you would be correct. In a former life it was originally an LJS/A&W, then a Baby’s Cheesesteak & Lemonade, now much to my delight Starbucks came in, converted it & set up coffee shop! I never ate at either of those previous restaurants when they were doing biz here but I swear I occasionally get a whiff of fried fish/fries-grease smell when I walk in. There are just some things a shiny, new paint job & new signage can’t cover?! Could be in my head, but I think it’s in my nose lol! That being said, this is my fave Starbucks location in all of Orland & the neighboring suburb of Tinley Park for a few reasons. First, all the baristas here have always been friendly & efficient, a rare combo across the boards at all Starbucks locations. I only order black coffee & the occasional ice water but to some that’s like asking for the moon. Also, this is the first SB location where a barista has asked me if I wanted a bakery item I purchased warmed! Um, yes warmer is betta! Now, I always get my cookies, muffins, pastries, etc. warmed! To date, this is still the only SB location that asks if I want something warmed upon purchase, so thank you! The other SB locations are too lazy & never ask, I have to request it & they always looked super annoyed & put out when they have to warm my goods! There’s usually a line at this location but the wait is never that long as the baristas are good at getting the orders through in a timely, efficient manner, unlike some SB where the lines are completely backed up & it’s a total cluster f! A+ on service & speed! Next, this Starbucks always keeps their bakery case fully stocked with an awesome variety of pastries, cookies, sliced loaves, muffins, bagels & there’s a nice selection of hot & cold sammies, nuts, bars, yogurt, oatmeal, & other assorted packaged snacks. There’s a gemload of appetizing food options at this Starbucks, so you’ll never starve here either! I hate it when you go to a SB and they are outta everything or its slim pickins only. Finally, what makes a great coffee shop? Lotsa seating & outlets for your devices! As I said previously, this SB was converted from a restaurant, so it is much bigger than most SB. There are tables & countertop seating lining the perimeter & there are comfy, over-sized chairs in the middle. There’s always a place to sit! Plus, there are outlets everywhere! So you never have to worry about dying or not having a seat! The free wifi isn’t the fastest, but oh well it’s free. FYI: No time to go in & loaf all day?! Don’t fret, get it to-go, this SB location has a drive-thru! I don’t think all Starbucks are created equal as they are usually lacking in either the service, space, and/or selection department but this Starbucks meets all my Gem expectations! So when I wanna sit & chillax with a cup o’coffee & a yummy, warmed pastry that will perk me up & never let me down I’m gonna go to the biggest & best Starbucks in the Southwest aka Orland Park on 159th. I think Starbucks has found the recipe of success for this building &3rd time’s obviously a charm!

Here is the reason why I like this Starbucks better than the other four Starbucks in Orland : I have ALWAYS been treated well by the staff. This location is huge and a good place to chill out or let some work done. Drinks have always been well done. My only issue is the drie-thru is VERY tight

First and foremost: at the time of this review(9.15.14) the address is incorrectly listed. The exact address of this *$ is 15858 LaGrange(the old Steak & Lemonade/Long John Silvers spot). Just FYI. Confession: I love me a new Starbucks. The employees are always insanely friendly and their coffee game is ONPOINT. This location is no exception. I’ve been here twice now(once inside, one drive through trek) and service was great at both the counter and drive thru.(Coffee was great, too!) The inside is nice; I really like what they’ve done to the building. The drive thru, however, is a potential tire bumper, if you know what I mean. I always appreciate a drive thru option(um, hi. five kids and all that) but just remember to hug the curve and you should be fine. It’s not the worst drive-thru out there… it’s just a little tight. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the OP area and jonesin’ for a coffee fix. :)

We stopped at this location for the first time today and I’m in love with this place. I love the space and the outlet availability. It is the least noisy of all the OP and TP locations I’ve been to. The only criticism i have is the hours. I wish they were open late on weekends like the TP location.

Nice to see this place is open! I opted to go inside rather than drive-thru to check it out. Friendly staff and ample seating both inside and out. Free Wi-Fi as with other SB.

So happy they are finally open. Wasn’t to Grand on walking into target every time for my coffee in my vicinity. Staff is very friendly. Hopefully this isn’t just a new opening trend.
