With so many fly by night companies operating in this space it’s not always easy to find a local company who you can trust. We hired Scott Flanagan to design and install the landscaping/​patio when our new home was built. We were sold on his expertise. Two years later our appreciation for the detail in our landscape design continues to grow.

As a plant manager Scott Flanagan provide multiple services for out 5 locations. By providing snow removal, landscaping maintenance services, and landscaping installation allowed our facilities use SFL as a one stop shop for all our needs. His arboreal expertise far exceeded what other contractors were providing for us in the past. I was so impressed by Scott’s knowledge, passion, and the services they provided, I hired them to landscape our new home. Scott landscaped the front of our house with a beautiful design that had trees flowering all through out the year. His designs were so innovative I hired them again in 2012 to overhaul my entire back yard. I have been happy with everything they have done for me over the years that I did not hesitate to take the time to write this review when he asked me to do so.

Scott has done two major projects for us and we are very happy with the results. He completely transformed our backyard and our front landscaping. On his first project, he removed our large southern facing wood deck and created a beautiful outdoor space that we use for relaxing, dining and entertaining. He met with us to discuss what we were looking for and he really listened to us because he nailed it, we were really impressed when he showed us his design proposal for our patio. The finished product is a beautiful paver patio with an eating area under a cedar pergola, built-​in gas grill, firepit, herb garden and alot of seating, this is a great space for parties.
Our second project was revamping our front landscaping and creating a more welcoming approach to our front entrance, again beautiful work with paving, stonework and plantings.
Scott not only is a talented designer, he listens to his customers and takes into account their tastes and design style. He does a great job in the implementation of his designs. He has a wonderful team of workers, especially in stonework/​paving, they are very meticulous. We are very pleased with his work and will always use him for any landscaping projects.
