I have been a customer of Inksmart for a few years now. Tim has always been fair with his prices or if a cartridge didn’t work, it was replaced. I even went there and asked if they made copies, they don’t usually do it, but he did, AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!

Tim (who actually runs the place) knows more about ink that anybody I have ever met. Ink Smart provides for my organization a lot of high-​volume toner orders for over 12 of my offices. I work in IT for a non-​profit that does free tax preparation for low-​income families in Northern Illinois.
Even with a direct delivery needed to our satellite offices instead of the main office here in Chicago, Tim has always been able to accommodate our needs. I get my toner fast from Tim and at a reasonable price. With Ink Smart, you are one-​on-​one with them and they always have your business handled in the most professional manner.
