I give two stars for the friendly office staff. I was referred to this office by my physical therapist who is in the same building. I needed to be adjusted as pt just wasn’t making the best impact that was possible so thus I decided to see a chiropractor. First visit I was instructed to watch a video. It was informative but a little commercially for my preference of a chiro office. I met with the dr told my story… Got x rays and was told that I needed to come 2x a week. The hours are not accommodating. I told the dr that I have two children, work full time, and am going to pt 1 x a week at 7 am because my schedule is tight to begin with. He told me my body needs to be fixed and two days a week is needed no ifs ands or buts… I told him about the scheduling issue and he said to take off of work … Without your health you have nothing… As this is true and I highly agree I am not in a financial position nor able to take off from my job like that. I felt the dr was getting rude with me and angry that I wasn’t listening to him. I repeated again the problem with his practices hours and he became more snotty. Needless to say this was a huge turn off for me, I’m not able to adjust my life according to his schedule so at this point I got my X-rays and went to another office in Frankfort that was able to accommodate my schedule. The new office I went to wasn’t pushy and demanding of what I needed to do which made me not feel pressured. I wouldn’t go here ever again because I felt the service was more of a commercial sales pitch rather than 1:1 patient doctor care.
