Great job Noor! Noor was very patient and friendly with me. I explained my problem the phone was giving me. He grabbed my phone and figured it out in a few minutes! Thank you Noor for having great customer service!

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I wish there were an option for ZERO stars!!! Although I’ve had problems with a certain salesman here in the past, I decided to give it another try because it’s close to home. BIGMISTAKE! Walked in and they assigned me to a very arrogant salesman. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but he looked like he was a 20 year old crack head. Before I could even explain anything(I was switching to a new phone plan and upgrading my phone) he said«We can’t do that!» What? Are you kidding? I just talked to someone the night before in the Bolingbrook store(which has excellent customer service by the way) and was told that I could. Clearly this kid has no training, so I asked to speak to a manager. «Sandi» was also very arrogant and refused to listen or help me. She told me to go back to the Bolingbrook store. Apparently everyone at this location needs to be trained in customer service or just manners for that matter. This store needs to replace these lazy employees with people who would enjoy their job. Clearly these people weren’t cut out for customer service. I did end up going back to Bolingbrook and it was so worth it to travel out of the way! I upgraded to an iPhone 6S Plus and love it! Thank you to Andrew D in Bolingbrook for taking the time with me, something the Orland store did not want to do.

I was here to redeem my Plenti points. The guy I had help me may have never heard of these before, but took my information, entered it in and said that it wasn’t working and would have to speak with someone else. So he sat there looking at the error screen not doing anything for a good 10 minutes. Then, abruptly, tells me that I can only use them purchasing items because that is what the error message said. How was it any different than 10 minutes before? Oh, wait, I know, you did not waste 10 minutes of my time then.

I was in the Orland Park AT&T store recently on a Sunday afternoon with my parents. My mom was ready to get her very first iPhone(she’s 67 yrs old). We only waited about 10 min to be helped, but unfortunately the iPhone 6 we came in for was not available in the color she wanted. Nick was the representative that helped us. He was incredibly patient with all of my mom’s questions and called 2 other AT&T stores in the area to see if they had the specific iPhone she wanted so she could have it right away instead of waiting 3 – 5 days to have one shipped to her. He found the phone and made my mom incredibly happy! Thank you Nick for all of your help!!! :) Now I have time to teach her how to use it before I fly home.

We got our new iPhone 6’s here and it was a miserable experience. First, a lady greeted us at the door to sign us in to wait. She had absolutely no knowledge about phones and treated everyone like a shepherd herding sheep. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we got paired with a representative, Cipriano. After our experience, I learned that he’s a lying, deceitful con-artist. He blatantly lied to us by hiding a promotion currently being offered. He also forced us to select the larger data plan when I made it clear that I didn’t want to and then lied that we would be penalized for lowering our data at a later date(we’re on the Next plan). All in all, this is a corporate location, so if you need to get something advanced done this is the place to go. But do NOT get your new phone from this greedy and deceitful store.

This AT&T store is incredibly slow. On my particular visit there was a huge wait. I was signed in and as customer #7. It took me 45 minutes to get helped. I didn’t get why there were 4 people working there just talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. I would only go back if I absolutely had to, but will avoid at all costs having to do so!

I literally dread every time I have to walk into this establishment. It is the most clueless and inept customer service I have ever experienced at any store, anywhere. I feel bad for some of the lower level workers because the sheer uselessness of the managers causes them to be scolded by customers. The managers treat the customers time like it means nothing. I have been here back and forth nearly three times in the past week with the same question and they cannot answer it. In the cluelessness they plead and beg for you to go see Apple for any complaint or service change. When Apple says you need to go to this store, for your own sake, beg them on your hands and knees to solve the problem for you Avoid this store at all costs and if you have a problem, may God have mercy on your soul.
