These folks never fail! It’s dominos people! Don’t expect a steak from Gibson’s. But customer service from these folks never fails. Amazing app, easy reorder process and great and timely deliver. Get the hand, add pan pizza. It’s really good! They’ve made great strides in their products!

On 10⁄18 all Chicagoland Domino’s Pizza places had a special — $ 1 pizzas for a very short period of time. Very understandable that this caused Soviet bread lines at a number of different Domino’s Pizza places, one of which was in Orland Hills.
At the exact last minute, with a lot of people still in line, someone closed and locked the door; there were a lot of people in line who had been waiting for some time.
Yeah yeah, I know, first world problem. I don’t exactly feel entitled to some really cheap pizza after waiting awhile but I do think it was kind of a jerky move.
As for the food itself — well, it’s Domino’s.

The ordering process was extremely simple. When we went to pick up, nobody talked to us initially. Then we find out our order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. We ordered about an hour early. I understand that they are busy but you can at the very least call. Then once we got our order, I found out my sandwich, the chicken bacon ranch, had buffalo sauce on it. I didn’t bother going in since they seemed busy, I just tore it off. But still, they can do better. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again.

We decided to give Dominos a try after their recent ad campaign admitting that their pizza used to be horrible, but was great now. The regular pizza is absolutely perfect. The best part is the buttery garlicky crust. Tonight we tried their sandwiches. Perfect. Together with the iPhone app or web site for ordering and tracking the status of our order, Dominos has become one of the default answers to «what do you want to eat tonight?». Try it. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely fast delivery, never gets order wrong or any small mistakes of that nature. Manager is very friendly! Recommend for delivery or pickup.
