Jim has helped me and my wife with 5 different home purchases or sales over a period of about 20 years. He’s been incredibly helpful in finding a great home at a very good price, when we were buyers — and in quickly and efficiently selling our home for more than we’d expected, when we were sellers. In two cases, he even completed the process when we were overseas — and that with no real «bumps in the road.» I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We met Jim at an open house and right away he impressed us with his impeccable knowledge of the real estate market. He was patiently answering all our questions and guided us through the complicated buying process. He was always willing to work out strategies with us, promptly returned our phone calls, and kept us updated on every single step of the process. Not only was he a good negotiator, we really liked the fact that at times when we got frustrated, he boosted our mood with his good sense of humor. We developed a trusting relationship, needless to say, he helped us to to get our dream home!
