I have been shopping at this Harmons for a few months now, and it’s the most convenient place for me to shop. Their prices aren’t really in my budget, as things can be a little overpriced. I try not to buy too many things when I go, but when I did this last week I needed to pick up some tortillas for dinner than night. They looked just fine, until I opened the package to find a large blue, moldy splotch on my tortilla. In fact, every single tortilla was rotten and moody like that. I send my fiancé back to the store to swap them out, which they had no problem doing, I just think the stock employees need to be a little more vigilant when it comes to their product freshness. The employees are always friendly, their customer service is wonderful, and they have a very clean and organized store. I will continue to shop here, but will refrain from purchasing anything without thoroughly checking expiration dates.

Super clean all the time. Customer service is absolutely amazing! I eat lunch here when I’m in the area because they have some of the best soup. Their maple butter crème doughnuts are to die for. I also love their artisan bread

Harmon’s is the best grocery store around. They have the most wide selection around. The produce section is by far the best around. It’s always delicious. It is a little pricier than other grocery stores, but I absolutely love it. It’s very clean and the staff is very helpful! My only complaint is that they never have basil. Ever. No matter when I go. Other than that, best around!

Harmons is a definite 5 star grocery store. They have the best selection of everything. I especially love their deli, they have all Boars Head meats, which is a very high quality brand. They’ll slice it right there for you, give you a sample, and their service is phenomenal. They have soups, chicken dishes, salads, and all types of meals made in-house and fresh daily. Their prices are very competitive. They carry a lot of locally made products as well which is very nice to have the option to support local businesses. All around, Harmons is easily the best grocery store in Utah County.

This is a great grocery store in Utah County. The other Harmons I have been to are larger and carry more options but for a smaller grocery store, this is packed with amazing selections. Good prices, organic selections, specialty items, the salad bar is terrific. Fresh on site bakery and staff who actually know their trade not just someone who has hired in off the street. The customer service is phenomenal. They carry Winder dairy products which we prefer and use regularly. We have not found another store that carries this brand. When we ran into a stretch over several weeks that our preferred milk selection(half gallon whole milk) was out, we spoke to the manager. She listen attentively and kindly. She mentioned that she was grateful for the feedback and would take care of it. We thought«OK, just another brush off.» We were very pleasantly surprised from that point forward the milk has always been in stock. Every single time. Moving to Utah from another area of the country, it was so nice to see such excellent service in this area that we find tend to be all rush, rush, rush. I would give it five stars if this store were as comprehensive as the other Harmons I have shopped at.

It’s a good store but pretty disappointing compared to the Draper location. Lunchtime options are lacking, and the store feels small and cramped. Employees are good and lines are short though, which is super important.

Third time I’ve come in this week they did not have something. Today it was crackers for the soup. Yesterday it was Honey Mustard dressing for my salad. I had to buy a bottle as I had already paid for the salad. Not a good record.

My first time filling at harmons pharmacy I was nervous because I was afraid they would be like walgreens, but they sure weren’t. Not only were they very fast but they were very kind as well. And to top it off the pharmacist counseled me on all my medications. Great place I’ll be going back.

I work close by and the salad bar is amazing! A ton of selection and everything is super fresh. This is the level every grocery store should be at.

This is my go-to grocery store. My husband has celiac disease, and Harmon’s has a better selection of gluten-free options than anywhere else around. Even better, they have purple«Gluten Free» labels on much(but not all) of the gluten free stuff around the store. They also have labels for organic and local products, if that’s important to you. The cheese island is great; we like to try something different each week. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but honestly it’s worth it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the store is well-maintained, and shopping here is just an all-around pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Love the store! Anything that you can’t find anywhere else you can find here. I do like the meat department, however, most of the butcher assistance are really good, however, there is one guy that is always a negative Nancy. As long as you handle him right, You can get good customer service. Update: I am going to have to lower my review on this place. It seems like every time I call the meat department I get told that they cannot help and I would have to wait for a butcher. The customer service in the meat department has just gone downhill dramatically.

We can’t afford a cart full or anything, but the produce and Winder milk is a must to qualify as a regular. Special trips for meat, bread, cheese, ice cream, and ingredients. It’s our closest grocery store so we frequently get in trouble if we go here hungry…

Ok store prices are little expensive though. They have good fruit choices as far as that goes. I would research before coming here

Relative to all 15 of the other Harmon’s in the state, it’s just okay. If you consider that it’s the only REAL grocery store anywhere in Utah Valley, it’s absolutely awesome. If I lived around here, I’d have to hit up at least four other stores to accomplish what I can at Harmon’s. As it is, most Utah Valley residents have to drive 12 – 18 miles to get to this one — the artisan cheese stands alone in Utah County. For those shoppers who rely on the standard half-aisle of coffee selection on the shelves of every other Harmon’s store, you can find what you need here, even though it’s a bit skimpy by comparison. I’ve been sorely disappointed at other UV groceries over their far too puny coffee choices.(Sorry, but two coffee options is just insufficient REAMS. Particularly when one of those two is Dunkin’ Donuts brand. C’mon.) I found the produce here to be fresh and adequately stocked. They carry Buddha Hands. Does anyone out there ever buy those? There are a few standard Harmon’s specialties that are missing at this store — salad bar, olive bar, and most of the claim-to-fame chef-made items. It’s as if folks in this part of the state don’t appreciate that stuff, or they’d likely carry it. It’s not centrally located to the UV business districts, so weekday workers wouldn’t travel that far for salad anyway, I guess. The cashier neglected to ask me if I wanted Drive and Load. I love Drive and Load, especially when it’s 4 degrees out. I guess you have to request it if you want it here. The other small handful of employees I encountered were semi-friendly; but again, it just seemed pared down or something. Not the full-fledged Harmon’s experience I’m accustomed to. If Bob and Randy are reading this, how about a real Harmon’s in Spanish Fork, or even East Bay Provo, guys? Utah Valley deserves it.

Prime grade beef, Amano chocolate, fresh produce, more cheese than a cheese monger could ever eat… Best grocer in Provo /Orem. Period.

Our car was dead. 2 women stranded on dec 26th… We walked inside Harmon’s and asked of they sold jumper cables… Someone pulled some out of the drawer in the back and a clerk named keith walked us outside, pulled his truck around and jumped the car for us. We often shop at harmons for the great food and excellent gluten free selection but now we are loyalists. Above and beyond. Keith deserves a raise!

I don’t know how I was able to miss reviewing Harmon’s from my latest trip to Utah, but without it, I wouldn’t have done a lot of eating! I was staying at a cabin in Sundance, and as I do on these trips, I like to do a lot of my own cooking. Harmons has everything you need, and then some! Stopped by the meat and cheese counter, and they have Boar’s Head. Stopped by the butcher’s counter, and got escolar just flown in from Hawaii and scallops from the Gulf. Produce, delicious. Add that to super friendly staff, and a separate«whole-foods-like» section and you’ve got a great supermarket for the middle of nowhere, Utah.

Don L. is correct on all accounts. I’m glad it’s now on the way home from work so I don’t have to go out of my way to get here. I’d love it if they carried a few items from Bangeter Crossing they won’t carry here.(Yes, I’ve asked. They have to be special ordered.) However, their support of local business, gourmet items I like — not goofy whole foods ones I don’t want is first class. I’ll purchase certain items from Costco and Winco, but the bulk of my shopping is done here. Just the artisan bread and aged beef make it worth the trip.
