After an overly long vet appointment with a chronically sick dog, I went to this location to send a package out for work because it was closest to the vet’s office. I got there in the nick of time to get the package out, and went to the counter that I thought might be for sending out packages and said I need to send out this package. She tells me if I print out the label myself using one of their computers over THERE, it’s free. So apparently they charge to print out labels. This is for work, so I really don’t care if the label printing is free or not but she directs me to the computers, stands over me and directs me through getting the label printed(but she couldn’t do the actual typing on HER computer). Then their system glitches and it won’t print out the label. Tried a different credit card. Glitched again. So instead of saying something like, ‘let me try it at my counter’ she says there’s nothing she can do for me and the package won’t go out tonight. That was a REALLY fun phone call to my boss. Is anyone else sick and tired of companies putting the work onto the customers? When I walk into the UPS store, they say ‘how can I help you’ and get busy type type typing into their system to get your package out thee door. Not only will I never use that store again, I promptly canceled our corporate FedEx account the second I got into the office this morning, AND I used their box to send the package out through another carrier. Thanks, FedEx OREM!

I walked in with a warm, non-awkward greeting from someone who directed me where I needed to go. I did not have to wait long at all to be served. Nina, the manager who helped me, was great. Even though her computer was slow today, she knew how to make up for it by her excellent customer service skills. She treated me with care, and even impressed me by guessing my major! The only thing I didn’t like was the extra $ 9.99 that got added to the price, due to how expensive the object inside the package originally costed; however, that’s probably just standard procedure, I’m assuming.

This place is the worst. They promised overnight delivery which took four days. Then they lied and told it could be place on hold at a facility and it wasn’t. Cost me a lot of money in the end. Terrible service.

All the amenities I’ve come to expect from fed ex Kinko’s office Free wifi Computers, copy’s. laminates Today I left my iPad here. Didn’t even realize it for a few hrs Luckily the honest helpfull staff here had it . Thanks
